The equipment is state of the art and they walked me through how to use every feature. Even when I forgot. Sean Levy: As a business owner I know how it can be hard to get paid from customers. I paid for a job that I was quoted for in full in April. The work they did was great, they did accidentally order the wrong parts and over ordered some parts. But I was told I would get a refund. It is now Aug 21, 4 months after the job was paid for and I have gone in and called numerous times, and yet they can't seem to get me a refund for the difference. I've been told twice in the past 2 months the check was getting sent out. I've received nothing. I was told that I should have not paid the amount in full by there receptionist, and this would never have happened. I can say the tech team who did the work is excellent, it was a father/son team. But absolutely nothing about the office is worth any praise. Please be careful when you do business with them, and don't pay your quote in full until the job has finished like I did. You may never see the difference back.
Al: Losh is more than a vendor. They are a partner. They have gone above and beyond to assist my company. I have not seen the savings I thought I would see as yet since we have so many locations, but we are only half way through our conversion project and I know it will be worth it. David Peck: If you're looking for some place to co-locate computer equipment this is a pretty nice place. As a customer it's fairly easy to access and all the personnel are friendly and easy to work with.
Cory Capps: Great datacenter, good physec, impressive redundancy. It's in a nice safe cave. They have a guest wifi network that covers the facility- and it's a good thing because most cell phones dont work underground. Really love this place. Loading dock options for large equipment ingress/egress as well as drop shipments from vendors. Best in SGF.
