Christine Kelley: Springfield 11 theater is great! The chairs are recliners and semi stadium seating so you aren't looking into someone's head trying to watch the movie. The prices are a little high but it's worth the experience to take my kids to a movie every now and then.

Timothy Capehart: I like going to see movies. I'm not too happy about how expensive it's gotten, but this has been somewhat mitigated by joining the AMC Stubs A-list. I can now see up to 3 movies a week for a monthly fee of about $21. This includes IMAX and 3D movies. There are other perks as well, such as no fee for online seat reservations, a free bucket of popcorn with drink on the month of your birthday, and if you spend any additional money you get reward points.I would prefer that there were still less expensive theaters in business, but this is not as bad as it could be.

SuzyQ: Just a heads up if you have inflammation problem..there oil they use as BUTTER is different oil. They took the pumps out and that Oil aka fake butter but its oil was good this new stuff will cripple you before you leave. Serious its bad oil i couldnt move when i left its what ever is in that new oil they use as butter.

Got there and they told us we could not bring the 3 year old or baby in.Very disappointed with this. Manager was not helpful either. Just told us no children after 3 pm showing times. Kayla Kemp: I love every Alamo I’ve been to. But Springfield did not enforce its no talking policy during the movie. The group immediately to my right arrived late, on their phones, talked over the movie, and cause so much noise that I decided to leave. But no staff was around. I had to leave the theater and still could not locate a single employee. I went to the front of house, no one was around for ten minutes. Finally, I found an employee more than 15 minutes later and cashed out, tipped, and paid over $45 (that bottomless popcorn is good). However, it took another 10 minutes to checkout and the employee informed me that I needed to raise this issue with someone in my theater. I tried but no one was there. And other patrons shushed the group repeatedly. It is wild to be told in a theater that has a no noise policy that I should have notified someone when I could not get someone to assist me

Brandon Keene: This theater isn't bad. The parking is in one of two nearby parking garages and the theater is in the heart of Downtown Springfield. Very clean and the staff is polite. You purchase tickets at the pickup window prior to walking in the building which eliminates foot traffic from people who wouldn't normally buy a ticket but want to loiter on the property.

Mysti Brueggemann: We went to see the Fathom event to kill a mockingbird. I took my parents, in their 80's, they always find something wrong...lol. BUT NO!! The temperature in the theatre was perfect, the seats comfy, the whole theatre was immaculate! The young woman at the snack counter knew her job and was beyond kind and good. No there was no amazing story. She was just perfect. Smile, happy to help me, and great popcorn dipper. This has been my theatre of choice the last few times I have gone to the movies. I live in Marionville so not a quick place to choose. So it must be good. I love the Fathom events. My only wish is that they add the performances of the ballet or the opera...what fun. But I understand, they know the audience better than I. Thank you Hollywood Theatre for a great afternoon with my parents!!!

So if you go alone to the movies be sure sure that you don't go to the concession stand 1st because there is no place to put your food unless you want to take it with you in the restroom. Other than that it was a good experience overall. Crazy Rule in my opinion

John Durbin: I mostly enjoy coming here because of the smaller crowds. Always a good selection of first run movies to pick from and the typical snacks to choose from. Having free garage parking right across the street is another nice feature.

FOSTER TV LLC: We love this theater it is never busy so you can spread out. Great place to social distance. Only issue is prices have Increased tremendously.

Searching with Clay: Nice place to watch first run movies. It seemed well run. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they make you buy tickets at the concessions counter, which greatly slows the process of getting a ticket if you don't want any concessions.

We have monthly unlimited passes that is around $20 bucks per person which makes it to where we can see as many movies as we want as many times as we want. The only issue I have is some of the Theaters have been really cold lately and with it being Wunter right now. It's hard to enjoy the movies sometimes, but overall we love this place.
