The variety of the menu and the ability to modify each sandwich to personal taste with low extra cost makes it even better. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's not worth 15.67 for me anymore.

The heath department or fire safety needs to go in there. Will not return again.

angelology: So before I write this review I want to emphasize something: I am *not* a sandwich guy. I always find the bread ratio to be off, the bread gets way too wet, it becomes way too messy, the toppings always clash way too much with each other, all sorts of stuff. So take my word when I say that I would GLADLY eat here every single day for the rest of my life. Never once have I had a sandwich, let alone a food, that makes me legitimately begin to salivate and grow hungry ANY TIME I think about it. For me, personally, I ADORE their Shrimply Irresistible, and I love the inclusion of a rotating menu. Even now as I write this review I want to go back and buy myself yet another sandwich at this place. While the wait can sometimes be a bit if it's busy, it is very much worth it with where the shop is placed. The people you can come across whilst waiting for your food have gave me some conversations I still think about to this day, and once again I can not emphasize this enough. The sandwiches here are above heavenly. The bread is never too much, the way they wrap and fill them keeps items from spilling out easily, the tastes compliment one another to an ethereal level, it is truly paradise in my mouth every time I eat here, and I would gladly eat here every day till the day I die if given the chance.

We've lived in Springfield for 4 years and this is the first time we've ever hit a cash only business. Yes, there is an ATM, but paying a $3 service charge to buy a $5 sub is not a great customer experience. Would love to come back, but please consider getting something like Square. We'd be more than happy to be charged extra to cover transaction fees for the convenience of not having to carry cash for this one situation.

Michael Vest: Crowded during peak meal times. Sandwiches are fantastic. However, watch out for someone else grabbing your sandwich when they call your name, especially if you have a common name! Some random person grabbed my sandwich, and I didn't notice until I got his. The personnel, however, handled it like champs. The hot sandwiches are excellent. I haven't tried the cold sandwiches yet.

Christopher Eason: Yesterday was the first time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's. I stopped in at the Glenstone location, I took some time reading the menu, and was greeted with a nice "Welcome to Jersey Mike's". The staff was very friendly and asked if they could answer any questions for me. The young man that made my sandwich was extremely professional and even recommended a few options. I got a giant club, grabbed a mountain dew, and some chips, and then went to pay. My card declined and I figured it was just my chip so I asked him to run it again. And again, it declined, I said well this can't be happening I know I have money in my account. Now the line is starting to build up, people are behind me waiting to pay and I check my phone and realized my truck payment had been Auto withdrawn so I didn't have as much money in my account as I thought. The staff was very generous, and understanding, they help me out and I got my sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed but even more so because of their professionalism and their kindness. I will now be a regular at Jersey Mike's. Not to mention the sandwich was REALLY GREAT, and I'm only sorry that I hadn't eaten at a Jersey Mike's, sooner in my life. Today I will be going back in not only to get a sandwich but to leave a very generous tip. With all the negativity going on in the world it was nice to see their professionalism and kindness. My two regular workers that are usually there, were not today 2-3 -23, waited amost 10 mins and all the order taker did was cut meat while customers waited to put they're orders in. And they had 6 to 7 employees working at the time. Left without placing order. Very disappointed and for that, 5 stars is now 1 star. This was the sub shop on Glenstone. You have too small of a menu, your staff doesn't ask if you'd like any more toppings like what's sitting RIGHT in front of you as if you've got a choice ( a very small choice at that ) before they wrap it up. I had to yell " Hello! " because me and 3 other customers had been waiting a good 5 minutes before anyone came out from back room AND you didn't carry The Ruben anymore. The only reason I went there to begin with.Should have just walked away instead of giving this place 20 bucks.Terrible

Loretta Brewer: With restaurant prices rising due to economic reasons and covid you know you will pay more for the same food. However the potato soup I got today was as watery as dishwater and had a comparable taste. Wake up people with so many restaurants offering potato soup there are no reasons to purchase this slop when I can drive a few blocks for much better.

Brad Hopkins: First time coming here and I was very happy with it! The food was very delicious and I enjoyed it a lot! It's a little high priced for what you get honestly, the portions are pretty small for the overall price. But the quality of the food is great and I would definitely like to try it again down the road. Also Broccoli cheddar soup for the win!! It's incredible!!

Alyssa Pleasant: The service at this location is always very friendly. Sometimes chains have a tendency to have better or worse food at varying locations, but this one always has good food. The salads are delicious and fresh, and their potato salad is the best. They’ve been working on a repair/remodel for several months now which is frustrating but they do have plenty of seating and it’s usually very clean. The lemonade and sweet tea are always exceptional at this location too.
