Julie Beach: Was in to get birth control today. Made my appointment over the phone. Wait time was fast. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the quick and helpful process.
Terran Ledford: I called asking whether they charged for a pregnancy test. I am unemployed with no savings and they said they could only do urine tests with no financial assistance. I asked if they could refer me somewhere and they said "no, have a nice day, goodbye" and hung up. Very rude and there are other places in Springfield, MO that will help pregnant women for free.

Piper Brewer: I’ve tried to go to this location on 4 separate occasions during their business hours and they have not been open, I’ve even tried calling ahead to check and have I sat with the automated information for up to 30 minutes and they never pick up the phone. Very upset by this as I was in desperate need of their services.

Sharlena Goodman: I recently had a bit of a mishap attempting to get my birth control from another provider. I called PP and they had me in within days of my call and filled my prescription right there. The staff was so kind to me, I actually got several compliments from staff on my outfit All my questions and concerns were addressed and I felt very "seen" by the people I interacted with. Thank you planned parenthood for ALL the things you do.

Adrien Thompson: PP has helped me thoroughly with my needs since the first day. They have been polite and understanding in all of the questions I've had in regarding my health and decisions, and I am someone who asks a lot of questions. Because I am a low-income person, PP has assisted me with providing financial aid that is funded by the government. I have never had an appointment that was more than the funds I had available in my own pocket, and all the medicines that I have been prescribed have been easy on my budget as well. PP also provides me with free medical supplies that I need at home that lasts months for me, and they are kind enough to take care of my Sharps containers when the containers have reached capacity. They gave me a new larger Sharps container for free, so that I couldn't have to pay ~$20 at the pharmacy! Thank you Planned Parenthood Joplin and Springfield.
Leg-ace-y: Going in for birth control is painless and easy. But I tried calling recently to ask a question and no one answered the phone. I figured they were understaffed so I waited for 20 minutes on hold before giving up. I called again a couple hours later and received the same result. 40 minutes wasted. How hard is it to pick up the phone and answer a simple question? Why should I drive across town for a simple question??
Ashley Van buren: Do not go through planned parenthood for any gender affirmation care!!!! Do not do it!!! Please find a doctor or anywhere else. They will make appointments and then overbook not once but 4 times over. They do not care about helping people.

I was feeling nervous due to previous bad experiences with OBGYN's, however I was quickly put at ease with the wonderful and kind staff that were able to answer my questions promptly and professionally. I did not have to have an exam and my visit was free without insurance. My visit was a great experience and I will definitely be back in the future.

Victoria Aladeokin: Very nice family owned lab testing business. Mark & Julie were very nice and kind to my children, parents, and I. Mark was very professional while drawing labs for my parents. Service was quick with no wait time.

Irina: I asked who would be drawing my blood,making sure it's a registered nurse or a doctor (I personally want only nurse/doctor to draw my blood from the vein and I don't care that federal and state laws don't have such requirement), administrator was very surprised and said Mark has a master`s in theology(?) and they have been here for 12 years, then mentioned he was a doctor. Mark had gloves on but he cut an index finger out, so after he sanitized my skin he touched my vein with his unglooved finger. I said I wanted my skin sanitized again, because I don't feel comfortable with people who don't follow basic higiene rules when punching my veins. He said he already sanitized his finger, and he had been in medicine for 30+ years but he sanitized my skin again and then touched my santized skin with his finger again.
Izzy Do: After having such a nightmare situation trying to get a PCR covid test done for travel through Walgreens, I was suggested to take the test here and I would get my results back the same day.They promptly helped get me tested and the results back within an hour. If it wasn't for them, my whole vacation would have been ruined.I wish I just did the test here from the start. Would have saved me nearly 3 days of headaches going through Walgreens after the first test came back as "inconclusive" wasting valuable time that I only had 72-hour window before my flight took off.Very nice people and professional. Thank you!

Josue Velten: Quick and painless records retrieval, and as a plus everyone staffing was genial. They even laughed at my corny dad jokes, which is why I had to give them 4 stars as they were so quick I couldn't complete my whole set. Totally subverted my expectations on wait time, perhaps I was just lucky or perhaps they were getting tired of the jokes, I'm not quite sure...

Jerry Riley: Changes that have recently been made through the water department has created a lot more work and headaches for people submitting samples. I do hundreds of samples a year and I will no longer use Greene County Health Department. Their policies and approach to customer service has the I don't care mentality. If any information is incorrect on any of the samples. They cannot be resubmitted unless you go and get another sample no matter if it is your fault or theirs. The new management in this area is much different than what it used to be. They're not here to provide customer service just create more work for customers.
Scott McCarthy: Regina is absolutely amazing!! She deserves a 20% pay increase.. She helped me out even when the Springfield Police Department and Greene County Sheriff's Department wouldn't.. Regina keep up the amazing work and thank you from the bottom of my heart
