R Kilowatt: I took an $1800 hearing aid there which had stopped working and he told me it would cost $400 or more to have it repaired. I took it to another place and they found that wax had gotten past the wax guard. They cleaned it and didn't charge me anything.

Terrie B: Deceptive practices!It seems like a scam as they are unwilling to give any kind of pricing after saying they would.For two days I spoke with the receptionist over the phone who was hesitant on giving any pricing wanted me to come in for an appointment first. After I told her of medical limitation she said that the therapist, Candace would call me back with pricing. After no return call, I called back the next day, and the receptionist said how busy they were yesterday, and that they now needed my insurance information before discussing pricing. I told her yesterday how much my insurance would pay, and I was not previously told that it would be needed before speaking to me. They seem more concerned about pricing than helping a new customer, even though on the first they brought up if I had read their reviews online. Very disappointing!

Patricia Chesnut: I love my new Phonak acrylic hearing aids! They stream with my electronics. I can easily change to different programs as well as adjust the volume as needed. Plus, they have canal locks so when I eat or talk, they stay put in my fairly straight ear canals. Most of all, I love they're in my ear and not tangled up in the face mask ties or my glasses.Candace and her staff are wonderful to work with. They made me feel like I was a special person, not just a warm body. I look forward to continuing this friendship for years to come.

Kelly McCrary: To start off with a BIG thank you to everyone a Hearing Wellness Solutions. I've known for quite some time that my hearing was lacking. Even tried ordering some hearing aids online and that was a big mistake and waste of money. So glad I called Hearing Wellness Solutions, the hearing aids I selected from them are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. They only increase the frequencies that I'm weak in as opposed to the internet ones that were basically just amplifiers. Everything was completed low pressure I felt like I was in complete control the entire time. The only thing I regret is that I didn't call them a long time ago.
Chip Kingsbury: I felt that I was being treated with respect and I felt I was in control of my own context. Nothing was pushed - just full info and choices being left to me. The testing was so "real life" not just a series of beeps or tones. I was very impressed. I love the new aids, which exactly meet my preferences and hearing needs. Everyone there treated me like a person, not just a patient. This is the only place I'd ever go for help with my hearing. The quality of products and their price were both great. Don't go anywhere else.

Justin is thorough in his exams, gives clear explanations, and does a good job of cleaning hearing aids and replacing tubing. If I have a problem in between visits, I know I can call for assistance. I had a problem with excess ear wax, and Justin explained what to buy and how to use it to correct the problem.

The cost of new hearing aids scared us silly!We had Medicare insurance that used Amplifon Hearing Health Care that reduced the price almost in half! It recommended Miracle Ear which offered a free hearing exam. Previously, we had always gone to Mercy for all of this.The insurance company made the appointment for him. Truthfully, we did not know what to expect.Wonderful surprise!! Justin Cackley was our hearing specialist. So very knowledgeable and educated about the ear and why my husband probably had hearing damage. Justin was an educator—showed an actual ear model and a diagram of the ear and how the ear is damaged.So impressed with his ability to make us understand. Definitely an exemplary teacher!! Justin also was an excellent communicator. He made us feel very comfortable right away.Why this 5 star rating? This is a place where you can get information or help long after you buy these aids. Also a BIG plus!! You try on your aids before you leave. Not only that but you have access to help at anytime if you struggle with your aids. Wonderful place!!!

This was a very positive experience for me and I'm very happy with my Beltone experience and will definitely refer to them if someone asked me about my hearing aid cuz I'm very I'm always willing to talk to somebody.

Clarissa Moore: Sue Ekstrem, MS, CCA, is the best audiologist I have ever been tested by. I will never go anywhere else to be examined. Their office is small, calm and caring. The woman who runs the office, Tammy, is pleasant and professional. If you have insurance that pays toward hearing aids, call and make sure they are in your network. There was no pressure to buy a hearing aid, it was a free lengthy exam. They have tinnitus masking hearing aids, which not all companies carry. I scheduled because I recently developed tinnitus, which is often caused by hearing loss.
Carl Gerhardt: Tina was very helpful getting my 3 year old aids fixed and fitted and working better than when I bought them. And sold me a connector to my tv so I can listen without driving my wife nuts.

Shirley Hathcock: I took my 89-year-old mother in to get her hearing checked. She already had some very new hearing aids that she had gotten from somewhere else a couple years ago and repeatedly had them adjusted Without anything working well for her so she discontinued wearing them.So that’s why we tried a new place and couldn’t be more satisfied. They didn’t talk her into getting a new pair so that it would have been a huge cost to her. They cleaned them and adjusted them to work the best they could for my mom situation. Dr. Sue Ecstam was so thorough along with being so gentle and patient with my mom. My mom was impressed on all the tests that they ran because she never received any of it at the previous place or even before that. Sue had a student that helped her and she was as equally wonderful. My mom felt secure and confident. It is a place she said she will not feel like she is taken advantage of.
