Andrew Banks: Andy Ebbrecht presented the best plan for me, immediately after I had taken a few minutes to introduce my situation. His laid-back demeanor put me at ease, but he was able to recite from memory the ins and outs of various choices, from various organizations. He first became an agent in 2005, and the experience shows.But I told him that I needed maybe a week to ruminate on it, do my own research, and meet with another agency, just to make sure. (Finding your own health insurance these days is super-complicated, even for a computer programmer like me.) I like to dot all my i's and cross all my t's.The other agency said basically the same thing, except they offered fewer options. After studying everything as much I as I could, I came up with exactly the same thing that Andy recommended in those first few minutes at his office.Throughout it all, he replied to all my questions promptly. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but I cannot imagine the process any easier or the outcome any better. Thank you, Andy!

Michelle Chang: Lace has helped my family get great benefits with insurance for the last 3 years.
