Samuel Dameron: Called for a quote at around 4:30 PM one day and had somebody come out the next morning. Quote was sent the day they came out and within a week they had the replacement glass installed in one of our basement windows. Great service from beginning to end. Josh, the guy that replaced the glass for us, was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future if we ever need another window replaced.
Ronnie Todd: I built a custom curio cabinet and needed custom size glass cut. The staff was personal and professional. I received the glass when promised and cut perfectly. This is the place to get glass!

Andrea Hughes: We came to Binswanger almost at closing time and they had my glass cut and ready for my curio cabinet the next day. They were the most reasonably priced glass store in Springfield and the other surrounding area glass stores and I called all of them for a price comparison. They were a third of the price of the other glass stores. They were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. We brought the curio cabinet with us in the back of our truck and it was 6 foot tall. They even came out to our truck and measured the opening where we needed the glass replaced. When we picked up the glass they also carried it out to our truck and loaded it for us. I will never go anywhere but Binswanger for any kind of glass I need to replace or get cut. Thank you very much Binswanger glass!!!

They were able to schedule an appointment within a week, and I was greeted with exceptional service when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. The gentleman that was working the day of my appointment was very friendly and courteous and attended to me quickly even while helping several other people dropping off at the same time. Everything with the new windshield seems to be great, and I will definitely recommend others to use this business!
Mollie Hardin: Called on Thursday to get a quote for 2 small sections in our bay window that my dog broke. Repairman showed up the next day to give me a reasonable quote and had it fixed in less than an hour. This is was a huge relief because our baby shower is in a few days. Would highly recommend!

I really like Linda at the front desk. She went above and beyond on customer service, she even carried my pieces to the car for me! They did awesome work. Mia: Professional, Punctual & Courteous!I needed a window replaced in my kitchen & let me tell you, these guys are who you want to call for service.The turnaround time for waiting on a replacement window was significantly faster than what I was quoted. Austin was great with communication and working around my schedule to get the install done asap. Upon arrival he got right to work & completed the repair quickly & efficiently. He even double checked his work area to be sure any remnants of glass were cleaned, that was a nice touch as sometimes repairmen leave the cleaning up to the client. I would not waste any time seeking out anyone else, College Street Glass is the way to go for all glass needs, make sure to ask for Austin if you can because that guy knows his stuff!!!

Kevin Styles: The best experience for window/glass repair. We have a foster son with autism and he was aggressive and broke out a smaller window (twice). I explained this when I called as I was looking for safer glass options. Austin was out to the house (both times) within 30 minutes and installed a piece of temporary replacement glass until they could get safety glass in, came back out after our son broke the temp glass and installed another piece and didnt charge for extra labor. When the safety glass arrived, he let us know and installed. Very professional.

Nicole Tackitt: Amazing! Gave me all the help and advice I needed and didn’t charge me a thing. I’m renovating a building in town and had a door with a broken pivot joint. I tried the door manufactures and the local hardware stores looking for help. Someone recommended this company and within five minutes, I had the answers I needed and they even had the part (I’d already had it shipped to me from somewhere else). I got some tips for handling usual problems their guys have getting the part in the door. I had it replaced and back to new in a couple hours. Thank you!
Ron Arnold: I was attempting to cut mirrored glass for a home project when it quickly became apparent this job was out of my skill level. Enter Building Glass and Products. You would think a company doing large commercial jobs for 40 years would scoff at my small project but I not only was surprised but grateful. All I had to do was supply a few mirrors and they made the cuts the same day. This tells me a lot about this company and it's all good. At 80 plus, I'm hard to impress.

I called Aasby automotive (my usual auto mechanic) and they recommended Carstens. Carstens quoted me $228 and had availability less than a week away when I was on a time crunch. They told me it would take about an hour and it ended up taking less than that! I left paying $228 in 35 minutes. If I ever need any auto glass replaced again this is where I would come!
