Alyssa A: I was fully impressed by Carstens when I needed my windshield replaced! I called about a week ago after being quoted $400 somewhere else. I called Aasby automotive (my usual auto mechanic) and they recommended Carstens. Carstens quoted me $228 and had availability less than a week away when I was on a time crunch. They told me it would take about an hour and it ended up taking less than that! I left paying $228 in 35 minutes. If I ever need any auto glass replaced again this is where I would come!

Called Julie to ask how long it would take to get a new window since it's been below freezing outside and she explained I could take my business somewhere else because they no longer have someone who does home installation and the gentleman they had today had to come from KC, when it's was ordered wrong from the start. Glad to know they are doing so well they can send business elsewhere.
