Brittney Vanvolkenburgh: Quality of the doors themselves are really good, minus the seals at the bottom.1 star review stems from the fact that my boyfriend and his friends built his shop all by themselves. He’s had a dream to have his own shop for quite some time. He planned how he wanted it to look, including the doors. He wanted gray, insulated, roll up doors. That’s not what he got.It was recommended to us to use Renner by a few people so we reached out. They quickly gave us a call, came out and looked at the shop and gave us a quote. The salesman, Shane I believe, was really nice. They only had a 7-9 week wait time compared to the 3-6 months everywhere else had. They were also decently priced so we decided to order from them. During the wait period we did not receive any updates. We contacted them for an estimate on when they’d be delivered and were then told shipping was delayed a few more weeks because the doors were delivered to a different town 4 or so hours away. We waited the extra time patiently. The doors finally arrived after about 11 weeks or so. They were not the right doors at all. They delivered white, non-insulated roll up doors. Again, we ordered gray and insulated. At this point it’s the end of December and more snow is expected to come so my boyfriend, who is a bit too passive sometimes, allowed them to install them after taking some money off. The discount wasn’t much considering the difference. They were installed okay, but the seals at the bottoms of the doors do not meet the concrete well. There’s almost a 1inch gap on one side of the back door, and a gap on the front door as well letting way too much rain inside the shop. The installers should have made sure the doors were adjusted correctly so the seals met the concrete much better. I am highly disappointed in Renner and we will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Chris Moore: Was scheduled to have someone come out to give us a repair quote. Never showed. I guess we will be going with a different company.Update: the company replied with a bold faced lie, saying they showed up and the door was fixed. No one ever showed up and the door was NOT fixed.

Mike Fisher: My perfect experience here had us make the 1.5 hour trip back the same week. I needed help getting an old garage door opener to work. Kevin not only knew what I needed to do, but coached me so I'd feel capable of making the repairs myself. We will be back.

When we were finally ready to purchase a shed we shopped around and chose Classic Buildings. Their salesman in Springfield was very informative guiding us through whether we needed permits, their warranty of their work (which is excellent), the building materials used and the list goes on. He was very patient with us as we asked a multitude of questions. He also came to our home to do a site survey helping us determine if the location we chose would work or not and what we would need to do to prep for the delivery. Our shed was done and delivered early. The delivery person was very polite and was awesome with his remote machine that moved the shed into place. There were a couple of tight squeezes for him and he expertly moved the shed thru without any mishaps. Jeremy Anderson: We bought a building about 6 months ago. We researched who to buy from for over a year. We finally decided Classic Buildings. The price of the building was a little higher than other builders, so was the quality. In the end we felt the quality of the product was worth the few hundred extra dollars. We are not sorry, it has been through storms, wet weather, dry weather, hot and cold. So far the building has been perfect, no flaws and no problems. One thing I did not expect was the extra customer service they gave us. Maybe some homemade Amish cookies come with all building manufacturers, but I am guessing not. From conversation #1 at the Ozark Farm Show, through buying, delivering, to customer follow up, they have been great to work with. I have zero complaints and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

David, who is the Springfield representative, was so helpful and told us exactly what we needed to know and came to our house to make sure the building would work and anticipated our questions. Our interactions with you were stellar! We came out to yourlocation the next day to just see the buildings and to place the order, itwas reassuring to see samples and to get straight answers. We got a load of gravel to prepped the location and Wade, the delivery man, arrived with the building and a remote control tug machine he maneuvered with a remote control, up our big hill, did a 3 point turn, and parked it in a very tight spot without hurting one branch on all of our trees. He was awesome! It has been a great experience from beginning to end. I just can't say enough about how easy you made it for us. It was so easy.
