Drew Shoemaker: Our garage door stopped working, trapping my wife's car in the garage. Ezra came out the next morning before he went to the shop and repaired our door (a broken spring) and got it working perfectly. He was very professional, and we will definitely use Renner again if we have issues in the future. A word of advice. Don't work on your own garage doors. They can be very dangerous!

Brittney Vanvolkenburgh: Quality of the doors themselves are really good, minus the seals at the bottom.1 star review stems from the fact that my boyfriend and his friends built his shop all by themselves. He’s had a dream to have his own shop for quite some time. He planned how he wanted it to look, including the doors. He wanted gray, insulated, roll up doors. That’s not what he got.It was recommended to us to use Renner by a few people so we reached out. They quickly gave us a call, came out and looked at the shop and gave us a quote. The salesman, Shane I believe, was really nice. They only had a 7-9 week wait time compared to the 3-6 months everywhere else had. They were also decently priced so we decided to order from them. During the wait period we did not receive any updates. We contacted them for an estimate on when they’d be delivered and were then told shipping was delayed a few more weeks because the doors were delivered to a different town 4 or so hours away. We waited the extra time patiently. The doors finally arrived after about 11 weeks or so. They were not the right doors at all. They delivered white, non-insulated roll up doors. Again, we ordered gray and insulated. At this point it’s the end of December and more snow is expected to come so my boyfriend, who is a bit too passive sometimes, allowed them to install them after taking some money off. The discount wasn’t much considering the difference. They were installed okay, but the seals at the bottoms of the doors do not meet the concrete well. There’s almost a 1inch gap on one side of the back door, and a gap on the front door as well letting way too much rain inside the shop. The installers should have made sure the doors were adjusted correctly so the seals met the concrete much better. I am highly disappointed in Renner and we will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Chris Moore: Was scheduled to have someone come out to give us a repair quote. Never showed. I guess we will be going with a different company.Update: the company replied with a bold faced lie, saying they showed up and the door was fixed. No one ever showed up and the door was NOT fixed.

Mike Fisher: My perfect experience here had us make the 1.5 hour trip back the same week. I needed help getting an old garage door opener to work. Kevin not only knew what I needed to do, but coached me so I'd feel capable of making the repairs myself. We will be back.

I called them four times the next week and kept getting the same answer. The next monday I called and finally got an appointment with a salesman to come and show me my options. He never showed. They lost business with poor communication and not keeping their appointments.
