I had some water damage around my foundation of my house, which I addressed by extending the downspouts and grading soil away from the home. As we were going to do our own actual restoration work, they gave us advice about products and how to best finish the work. I did not feel that they were only there for the money. I, very rarely, have good experiences with the service industry, but Dana and her sons and their company, that has been in the family since 1968, took care of us physically and emotionally.
