Leobardo Felix: I called this location and asked if they had this certain specialty socket. I talked to a lady and after a couple minutes she said she had hunted it down and that she has it. I needed an m10 triple square. She said she looked it up and she had it. I really needed this socket for work to finish a job I was working on. So I woke up extra early and traveled all the way across town and was there when they opened before work. When I went In. They handed me a 10 mm 12 point socket. They didn't have it now I was late to work and I didn't have what I needed. These places are supposed to be professionals on fasteners. Literally thanks for nothing. You are worthless.

B&L Welding Service: Colton and the guys up front are awesome.But be prepared the warranty on all the tools go threw the guy in the back witch is very rude an doesn’t take any consideration of customer service.Everything with a warranty will take weeks if not months to process leaving you without the tool you paid for and paid for warranty. Very aggravating and will not be buying tools from here again.Again I will say the guys at the counter are awesome.
Garrett Mayes: This is one of the few places that do warranty service on Milwaukee tools and it’s right up the road from me so I thought I’d try it, but the repair guy who checked my tools in was super rude, condescending, and seemed to be trying to turn me away telling me the tools are fine, they lost my business today and in the future, thanks to him I will not even buy from them again

John Willis: These guys are awesome. Will never buy another power tool anywhere else! This past weekend, I dropped off a Dewalt 60V Battery that came with my 12” Miter. I wanted to have it tested, as it was only charging at 1/3 it’s original capacity after only a couple of years and very minimal use. Today, no questions asked and no green exchanged, they handed me a brand new 60V and thanked me for my business. I have always been a fan, but their actions today were 5-star worthy to be certain!

Shanna I Weathers: They have a good selection, prices are about right along with anywhere maybe a little higher than home depot, the negative was the customer service and no organization, Questions got short answers or a look, and hardly anything was priced but asking a question about a price or where to find anything seemed to be a hardship on the associates. My husband spends more on tools than we did on our car, house, truck, tractor, saw mill etc. He asked a price and the guy laughed and said "it is pricey" .... Totes sitting around sporadically, there was a random answer that did not make sense.so we went within a half hour and bought 8 Milwaukee tools. A holehawg 18 volt, 2 fuel impact drills, 2 m18 drills and a fuel drill, a multi cutter tool.

Not regretting it, however we had to get a marine battery at Batteries plus and an EverStart Inverter at Wal Mart, note Walmart beat the others prices. Daughter now has lights in the new hen house we built and later can plug in other things when using the inverter.
