They have been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even timely and tidy when doing the work. The sales person Chris, is helpful and willing to follow-up with questions during the process. Our electric company employee came today to install the net meter and was impressed with how quickly they received notice that the installation had been completed after the electric company received the initial paperwork. We are very pleased. I hope to follow-up with you when we receive summer and winter bills. The true test will be if solar reduces or eliminates our electricity use from the electric company. Understanding of course that we will always have a distribution fee of about $35.00/mo. Since our home is totally electric including heat, we expect to replace the electric bill with a solar panel cost equal to current expenses.

Derek and his staff were professional, tidy, polite, kind and very thorough. Great attention to detail. I was impressed with the level of electrical knowledge and experience. Ours was a complicated job as we had a Sol-Ark inverter with battery back up installed in addition to the solar panels. Ours is an older house so there were a few unexpected issues with our house electrical. His attention to those were seemless and resolved quickly and appropriately. He gave us a step by step tutorial on the system twice! David Romano: We had our 7.5 megawatt solar system and battery backup installed in Feb. 2017. I had some specific requirements in mind (I wanted the panels to work independently from each other in case one was in the shade, for instance) and Derek and his guys listened carefully and made it all work. Four and a half years later we encountered our first problem during a power outage (the battery back-up had too much draw on it and turned off), so I emailed them. The very next day they came out and determined the problem (the well pump, which also serves our two neighbors on the shared well, was drawing an unusual amount of power -- someone, or more than one person, was perhaps taking a bath in the dark?). They also tested everything else to make sure everything is working right. No charge.Needless to say, I'm very pleased with that.

Emily C: I dealt with Derek, and he was very detailed in his research for the estimate, so I was quite clear in what I was getting, like what was included, where it would be installed, where they would dig, etc. They installed a Tesla Wall Charger for me yesterday, and paid a lot of attention to detail with the install too. They had to dig through my gravel driveway, and even the way they put the dirt back showed attention to detail. They put the dirt back in the trench, then the gravel on top, and you could barely even tell where they had dug when they were done. They even pulled up all the flags out of the yard from the Dig-Rite company. They had me plug in my car to make sure everything was charging perfectly. They made sure the Tesla Wall Charger was connected to the wi-fi before they left. Every i was dotted and every t crossed. I was very happy with them. I had two companies bid the work, and I chose them as they had a way more detailed bidding process, which I appreciated, and thought would translate to detailed work, which it did. When I first got the bids back, the other company looked cheaper, but when I realized how much the other company left out in their detail, and I asked all the questions to make sure I was comparing apples to apples, they did not quote it right to start with, and rebid it, and were not cheaper after the rebid. I went with the company that got it right to start with, and I'm glad I did.
