Roxanne Ramirez: I'm not usually one to write reviews, let alone negative ones. I know everybody has a bad day every once in a while, but what I saw and heard needed to be shared. The owner is just a mean, hateful old lady. She was berating customers for shopping elsewhere. It didn't matter to her that they didn't have what they were looking for. She was just being mean and nasty to what appeared to be a long time customer. I can hardly imagine what she says when there aren't other people around. The owner is the textbook definition of a "Karen". I always try to keep my money local, but I would implore anyone reading this to take their money elsewhere, even if the elsewhere is a big box store. I will not be going back because of this disgraceful act. If she treats her customers this badly, maybe it's time to retire. If I were Brother, I wouldn't want to be associated with this lady.

Then they continued to try and charge me for invoices I paid in full last year through one of their staff members that quit and now they “can’t find” the payments and continue to call me.Not to mention, we ordered 5k water walk shirts from them over a month ago that were supposed to be ready for an event this past weekend. Nope. No call to let us know they’d be in late or anything. We have two more orders in with them and I wish we could cancel because I’m sure we won’t get those in time either

Professor Who: We called several places before these guys. Jeremy's passion for tshirts was the primary reason for going with his business. He's no the cheapest by any means, and it's noticeable why! Quality of care through the entire process. And he's fast! I'm not sure he doesn't live in the shop lol. Jkjk.

I just moved to the area, so when I needed something done quickly, I just turned to Etsy like a lot of busy moms, because I didn’t know any local screen printing services; and didn’t think I had time to research. Needless to say, my Etsy order was messed up and they wouldn’t do what was right to fix it and still get it to me in time. I tried so many local places and half wouldn’t answer their phones or return their voicemail messages. At Queen City, someone picked up right away and went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them again!

First 2 print shops I visited I walked out because there were no fancy doodad machines (don't know what they're called) for printing. Nothing worse than a middle man for a middle man. Where do you think that extra cost gets passed on to. If you want to look the part, this is where you start!
