It became apparent to me that Brad exercised an excessive level of control over his spouse, making her feel trapped and limited in her actions. Witnessing such behavior was deeply disturbing and left me questioning his integrity as a husband and a human being.Additionally, Brad claims to be a devoted Christian, but his actions are contradictory to the teachings he supposedly upholds. It was disheartening to see him frequently disobeying the very values he professes to hold dear. This level of hypocrisy raises serious concerns about his character and authenticity, leaving me skeptical about the integrity of the business as a whole.Another concerning aspect of Upward Promotions is their perpetual struggle with finances. It became evident that mismanagement and poor decision-making led to this perpetual state of financial instability. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the underlying issues, Brad and his wife seemed more focused on exerting control over their employees, leading to a high turnover rate. The constant lack of good help speaks volumes about their management style and the work environment they foster.Furthermore, the way Brad and his wife treat their staff is nothing short of deplorable. The controlling and manipulative behavior seeps into every interaction, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disrespected. It is no wonder that competent individuals are reluctant to stay in such a toxic environment. Baptist Health Federal Credit Union: We ordered bags from them with our logo and never received them. Customer service was rude and unwilling to help. Eventually we found out that they had ordered our bags directly from China. Their online catalog said 2 weeks. We were misled to believe they were printing these in house. Two months went by and we never received the bags. We had to order last minute elsewhere costing us double the money. If you think you're ordering local you are not. Most of their promotional items come from overseas and will take months to receive if you ever get them.
Joe Sainz: I have done business with this company for a long time, even before they moved to the new location and it seems like every time I place an order with them their is a problem. The young lady that works at the front desk is very kind but the responsibilities of the work crew have been very disappointing. Lots of miscommunication amongst each other.

This one is Easy to pack, absorbs more water than other towels, and we have had it now for 4 years and it STILL LOOKS BRAND NEW!

They can pretty much do it all to help your biz & logo stand out to help build your brand!

Lacey Wright: if the shirts being comfortable is the only thing to go to this company for, dont as they dont make their shirts they order shirts to print on. they have no quality control at this company. they hire employees long enough to train the partially to produce halfassed work. then they fire all but basically two people and try again. they treat people as they do their machinery, with negligence. They aggressively push their religion on people and theyre okay with bringing up disabilities during firing. , which “they cant say happened” because they let some narcissist do their firing alone. i would say youre youd be luckier to just write what youre looking for on a shirt with sharpie. probably stick longer than their heat transfer.

Professor Who: We called several places before these guys. Jeremy's passion for tshirts was the primary reason for going with his business. He's no the cheapest by any means, and it's noticeable why! First 2 print shops I visited I walked out because there were no fancy doodad machines (don't know what they're called) for printing. Nothing worse than a middle man for a middle man.
