Nicole Barnett: Called ahead to make sure they had the TV I wanted. Like ten minutes before I got there. They didn't have it. Had to wait like twenty minutes to even be acknowledged even though there were plenty of sales people. The dude at the register I was at didn't even acknowledge me. Finally someone asked if I needed help and told me they had a comparable tv in the back. He went to get it and I waited thirty minutes before leaving. I have an injury and am in a walking boot and I couldn't stand any longer physically and was no offered any place to sit. Went to Walmart and was in and out in thirty minutes. Best Buy your customer service sucks, and I am definitely not a Karen. I gave you an hour to get me a tv in a box. You probably could have sold me a more expensive product if you had been more attentive. Not shopping here again.

Wr finally saw one of the blue shirts walking down a main aisle. I asked if he could help us. He said he didn’t know much about them but he would call an associate to help us. We waited and waited. We finally got fed up and proceeded to the exit. There were four blue shirts hanging around the front door. Shouldn’t they have been helping customers?

Bonesmacker: FANTASTIC customer service. I walked in and was greeted. They asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told them I needed a wireless Xbox headset. He told me where they were located and that someone would be over to help me shortly (even though I didn't ask). By the time I got there, a nice young man asked me what I was looking for, I showed him the photo, and he led me straight to it. Not only that he confirmed it was the correct one and asked if he could help me find anything else! I expect this customer service for someone elderly, but I am only 38. It was truly a great experience, and he saved me some time searching for it.GREAT employees. It was a very refreshing experience.

Josh Stephens: I had a 530 appointment with TSA here. I drove an hour and a half from Neosho MO, sat at Mc Donald's next door with wifi for an hour to walk in for my appointment to be told they can't do TSA stuff after 3 and just come back tomorrow... A 3 hour round trip drive and an hour of kill time after a 10 hour work day. I had a scheduled appointment that I called and made. At the very least someone could have called me and told me the appointment had to be cancelled.

Renee Battles: Megan and Sam in the printing department were unprofessional and 3 separate times I was called rude after simply asking for 40 copies. I was talking with a customer as they continued to say to me if you want to keep being rude....I simply asked are you calling me rude because I have not done a thing but ask for copies. At this point I hear will you back me up to the manager and so the manager Hayley came over and was so sweet and apologized. I simply don't feel it's acceptable to call a customer rude multiple times then add an expedited fee on to my bill!!! Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had. This will be followed up with the store manager. I was embarrassed and shocked this was acceptable.

Jason Jones: I use to love going to staples, however this one is a waste of time and money. I go to use the printer there because mine went down and needing to get something done right away.I get there and followed all the instructions to print by emailing the file in a pdf form. All of this is what the instructions said to do. I hit print to get my documents done and it only printing the cover of my email sent. I talked with the lady behind the counter (lyn) she was no help at all. I wased over a hour driving here and dealing with this.I see why the parking lot is always empty at this store
Steve P: Went in to do a TSAPrecheck, there was a long line ahead of me. Watched the clerk multi task multiple times. She took care of everyone as quickly as possible, her computers kept locking up and through it all, she had a terrific attitude, and was very helpful and friendly. Don’t usually shop at Staples, but I will return just because of her great customer service, I was in the store Thurs, Sept. 16th.
Smokin Reptile's Homestead: Worst store I have ever been to rude and unhelpful never been in a staples walked in the door "where do I go to return this" get in line with a very rude manner and tone early that day they wouldn't tell me where to look just said go over there if I could give it a negative 1 review if I could save yourself the trouble shop somewhere else where the staff is less lazy and do something other than stock shelves and be rude.

Jack West: They have a good selection of office furnishings, the staff was not the most friendly, the interior felt a bit depressing, the prices for things were at least 20% to 30% above what you would pay at other similar fare stores. They do have a few niche items that are reasonably priced. I did buy a desk from them, but used it as a more convenient temporary tv stand as its been hard to find just what I want for an Entertainment center as of yet. If this was the 90s or early 90s then you could get away with the prices and crazy markups...but its not so I would not recommend this store unless they are the only ones in town that have a niche item you need.

Anna lastname: I had an aux cord break off in my radio, I tried to fix it myself and broke the port. It would've been $700 to replace my double din radio and the dealership couldn't just fix it, so they recommended this place. Stellar service, and great fix. Really nice guy, he had to solder on a new port, I had my car back with a new port a few hours later for 1/5 of what it would've cost me to replace the whole thing!
Maggie Wise: Had a problem with my CD player in the car. They fix the problem with a easy fix at no charge. The guy was friendly and helpful. If I have any more problems with my CD player or stereo in my car, I will sure take it there.

Greg Herren: Roland is an AWESOME place to get your factory car stereo repaired! He even does dashboard work (lights, instruments, etc.). The place is a hole in the wall in a small business strip center and the owner can be difficult to reach so keep trying.The process starts by an over the phone estimate. Next step, make an appointment. He will remove your unit and keep it for a few days and call you when it is ready to install.He has been in business for over 20 years and is an absolute electronic genius!
