They did an excellent job, and I now have the precise television/soundbar setup that I had always desired. They were fantastic! I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
Blake Straley: No clear communication with employees. Granted I only worked for a few days but never got clear answers on how to get paid or how to clock hours. Other reviews with employees saying they never got paid. Never worked with the same people twice. The lady at the front desk can't answer questions on how to get paid. Worked around 10 hours roughly got paid 17 dollars. Manger asked for my account info several times made me feel uneasy. Finally, asked during the interview and while I worked how long it takes and what I have to accomplish to get full time hours never got answers and one person literally laughed?!?! So I left them.

And we just love their friendly staff, fast service, payment options, and the fact that they are willing to work with you if needed. Most companies aren't like this anymore. We have rented, stoves, refrigerators, washer and dryers, even tvs over the years. They have a great selection of items available, all different sizes to fit whatever your needs may be at that time. We will definitely be using them if we ever have anything we may need, but can't afford the huge price tag that comes with buying it straight out right from the store. 100% recommend checking them out.

First to start we un box everything to get the bed half assembled and there's several nuts and bolts missing.No big deal I call they come out bring another assembly kit but the part that aggravated me is the bed feels like it's going to fall apart when you sit on it.I have 3 or 4 pieces in a drawer they didn't put on and the head board doesn't connect to the frame.So the guy took a hammer and just beat the frame into to go inbetween the head board legs and everytuke you sit down the head board bounces off the wall. Then the dressers on the bed room sets are so cheaply and poorly made its unreal for the price they charge. I wouldn't recommend them at all this store don't know what they're doing.I used the one on kansas and never had these problems

JonEmily Bennett: I am so fed up with this place!!! This is an every month occurrence for me! I had issues with my card not going through at places (had nothing to do with the money on the card) and it went 2 weeks late because I didn't notice it not coming out of my account. I work nights and cannot answer the phone during the day. When I finally woke up to answer they were so rude on the phone. Store manager jasmine is the worst! She is rude and wouldn't even listen to my frustration of why this occurred. She basically called me a liar and said it was because I had "lack of funds". I'm pretty sure I'm aware of how much money I have and I did not appreciate that at all. I will never use them again and only did due to moving here from another state. They are rude and will harass you and then call you a liar . All I was doing was calling to pay my bill and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have paid off all but 1 with their 6 months same as cash program.I will say that everyone there are super great. The whole staff are super helpful and if I was short on a payment I always went to the store work out a solution to everybody’s benefit. The S. Campbell RAC will always have our business.

Jason Ray: We worked with Headline Pros for two events in 2020 - both were outstanding. Our hybrid in-person/virtual events seemed flawless to our guests and virtual attendees said it was the smoothest virtual event they had attended. The Headlines team is professional, hard working, innovative, and generally pleasant to work with. They helped us think through programming needs and solved problems before we even knew they existed. They did a great job working with another consulting group we had helping with one event and took initiative to work directly with the other team to accomplish our desires. They were also very affordable and exceeded my expectations all around. We will definitely be repeat customers!
Nathan Rouse: We had Steve and Chris provide us audio and video for the Kentucky Blasting Conference in Louisville, KY in December 2020. They had to be flexible and work with us as our plans changed up to the last minute so we could conform to the changing Covid restrictions. Even dealing with the extra difficulties 2020 has brought us, the Headline Productions team provided the best sound and video we've had at the conference since I've been involved. The attendee feedback after the event also praised the quality of both sound and video quality. They were even able to help us successfully include a last minute live stream presentation from a job site in Texas. I highly recommend Headline Productions and would give them 10 stars if I could!

Brandy Wren: I am very pleased so far! It was a painless process. I moved recently and I found out the day I signed the lease, that it didn't include a refrigerator or stove! I wasn't too concerned, I have all the cooking gadgets and I thought I'd find a fridge for cheap on Marketplace.... Wrong!! People are way too proud of their stuff and want new prices for used. Or they just didn't show up! I couldn't afford a new one all at once and I need it now. So, I went through RAC. It was a painless process, I was approved and they reached out to set it up right away. Within an hour, it was a done deal. The first delivery, however, was not smooth. I admit my house has awkward and narrow entryways. But, they managed to get the sofa in. Though I had to set it up and do most of the work. One delivery guy was very rude and didn't want to do his job. Then, he said the fridge wouldn't fit! Huh? The sofa is larger, how would that be possible? He just said no, it won't fit and left! I called RAC, again they were very nice and fixed it within an hour. The fridge fit with little effort. They set it up and it took about 5 minutes! Very pleased and happy! Thank you!
