D Bebber: Loyd is a good dude. I wish he would take better care of himself though. He really needs to improve his diet and exercise routine. He does CrossFit and eats a vegetarian diet, but he has an issue with his sleep pattern. He stays up late and gets up early. I’m pretty sure he never gets 8 hours of sleep.

John Jouett: Plumbing is not my forte so when I had to go from a 1/2 inch dielectric union on 1/2 inch copper down to three quarter inch pex, their suggestion was inexpensive and I was able to complete the plumbing on my bathtub in minutes. I think it's worthy of a five star review in this day and age when service is hard at most places. Thank you guys!

Oliver Hoedel: Store hours are not correct. They close at 4. Saw a review 4 months ago saying the same thing. U think they would bother changing their store hours online so customers don’t drive all the way to the store to be greeted by a worn out paper sign on the door saying their hours have recently changed.

John Brandt: I am not a professional. I first showed up at the wrong place; a kind man graciously walked outside with me and showed me where I needed to go. The customer service in the plumbing supply section was excellent. If he was annoyed or amused by my ignorance, he had the decency to hide it. It was a much more positive experience than I've had at the Depot or similar places because of the personalized service I received.
