Finley Wilson: We paid for Video, Photography and a DJ. We paid about $6,000 dollars for these services. When I brought these issues to their attention, they offered a $100 refund. There were 16 issues total, some I did not list. I was disgusted and I will not be recommending them to anyone. They have no desire to correct their mistakes or explain how limited their services are before you purchase.DJ: The DJ was great. There were a few complaints about the sound going up and down at the ceremony but overall it wasn’t bad.Photo: They do not edit your photos other than some color changes. My husband had deodorant on his suit that they would not correct. They basically only change the color of your photo. There are much better services that take the time to edit the pictures you want!Video: This is the one that really broke my heart. We paid for 8 hours and there was about 30 minutes of raw video and they were mostly inaudible one second clips of a moment.They did not record my brothers giving me away or any of the recessional.They do not record the whole ceremony.They do not record the full dances.We took dance lessons for months and they only got part of it, missing our lift.We only got a small clip ofThe Father/Daughter dance.The Mother/Son dance.The Mother/Daughter dance.The Anniversary dance.

Sam Vigil: Where to begin….my wife Brittany and I used complete wedding and events for our videography on 10/01/22. Kong Thao was an absolutely incredible person. He was there not only for our wedding video but he went above and beyond if we needed anything else. You can tell he loves what he does.We just received our video and it was perfect. I think we watched it a dozen times in one day. The music choice and story telling through video was astonishing. We couldn't recommend Kong more. Thank you for everything!

M: On behalf of the bride and groom I would like to relay how disappointed they were with the pre-planned songs and timing. The wrong song played for the groom walk. The wrong song was playing for the flower girls which creates a long, silence pause while waiting for the correct song to be que’d. It’s just killed the vibe of the moment and hard for the bride and groom to get back in to it. The song that was supposed to played at the entry of Bride and Groom entrance was timed wrong. Not at all like they spoke about and planned. Nearly every song was timed incorrectly after being ensured via telephone that it would all be perfect. The family dance songs were cut way shorter than agreed to. All of this avoidable. The rest is the wedding was beautiful and went off perfectly. Unfortunately what sticks out to them right now is what they deemed “the shir show of music” York Wedding 10.15.22Overall we would not use this company again. Unfortunately you only get one shot and it didn’t go as planned.The gal that came with the Photo Booth started setting up as the ceremony was getting ready so start. Groom had to ask her to hold off until after the ceremony.I feel like she could have interacted more with the guest to create a high energy good time.

Mike is professional, upbeat, fun, and organized. We couldn't have picked a better DJ or lighting service. 10/10

Adri Kooms: Complete was one of my favorite companies to chat with from the beginning. They were always kind, professional and willing to answer all my questions. DJ mike was amazing! He was very knowledgable and went above and beyond. I enjoyed having him celebrate and tell me that he enjoyed my song choices. He was always available and quickly responded. He didn't miss a single cue and truly helped make our big day perfect! And when it came to the dancing he read the room well and was able to get everyone, even the old folks in the crowd, dancing. AND on a Sunday afternoon at that. That took some real skill!

Tommy was so helpful with song selection prior to the wedding and kept everything running smoothly from the ceremony, to the reception to the sendoff! They even asked me if I wanted anything to drink or if I needed anything as I was sitting down for the reception.I can't thank them enough for getting on the dance floor to show us some of the dance moves. They went with the vibe I was going for and switched things up to keep guests on the dance floor as needed. I had an older crowd, as we are in our 30s so it was awesome that they understood the flow and genre we needed to dance to. They even honored my in-laws with a happy anniversary announcement and song just for them. Which i thought was the sweetest thing and so thoughtful and just added more sentiment to the day!Even when it was time to wrap up, albeit, a little earlier than anticipated because we (the bride and groom) were ready to get to the hotel 🤣🤣 They were flexible and made it happen 😜Again, I would highly recommend Tommy! He is very personable and will keep your guests engaged as much as or as little as you want. Not only did Complete put our mind at ease, but they made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the additional year to check up on any changes or adjustments that had been made to the original plan. On our actual wedding day, our main DJ, Connor, was amazing. He was fun to work with and even though he is young, he was extremely knowledgable and personable.

Katie McMillen: If you are still stuck between choosing a DJ for your wedding or any event, go with Live events!! They were AMAZING. Dennis was who I mostly stayed in contact with. He was awesome. At the wedding he would make sure I was okay. Making sure I was hydrated and the songs were perfect. He was super flexible with anything I needed. During the reception the music was perfect, I told him to choose songs because I didn’t want to deal with it and he did GREAT choosing. Nothing was too aggressive or inappropriate and it was at the perfect volume all night. Not too loud or too quiet. And at the end of the night he made sure we were all safe and he wasn’t needed for anything else before he departed. Also, I had alot of engaged couples asking me information about Live events because they were so impressed with them and wanted to book them immediately. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. :)

The man running the booth was always kind and professional. He was very helpful with all the guests photos. Even though there was a small issue with an update at the beginning that caused the photobooth to start late, he stayed a bit later than planned so that I got the hours I paid for! The photo-guestbook option was awesome, and I love that I get to see all my guests having fun, as well as put a face to all the signed names. Definitely did a great job!

The DJ's are super responsive and well-dressed for each occasion so that my crowd has always felt super comfortable. By the time my second party came around, my attendance tripled! He spoke with my husband and I on the phone before we even booked him, was quick to answer any questions we had during the wedding planning process, and video chatted the week of the wedding to make sure everything was ironed out. He played music at our ceremony as well, and while we had some unique song requests, he was able to find the songs and play everything we wanted. It was PERFECT. During the reception, the dance floor was packed! Alex did an amazing job of reading our guests, seeing what they enjoyed and keeping the dance floor full! It's been over a month since the wedding, and guests are STILL commenting on how much fun they had and how great the DJ was. So guys...hire Alex with Boogie Down Beats! Sarah Green Hord: I hired Boogie Down Beats for the USS NOA reunion in Branson, Missouri. During the reunion we experienced very heavy rainfall that cause some travel issues in the area. I was not able to get to the reunion due to the rain, however this did not stop Alex or Tyler with Boogie Down Beats! They communicated with me and let me know that they would be there, when they arrived, sent me photos of everyone on the dance floor and followed up to see if there were any issues. I will use them for other reunions in the Branson area and recommend them to other groups in search of reliable and professional DJs!

Dakota Arkin Cafourek: We will remember our wedding as a perfect day and Boogie Down Beats made it a perfect night. We met once beforehand to share our musical preferences along with those of our guests and he totally got it. He found our rare first dance song from the 60s, and truly, it was a dance party from the moment we set foot on the dance floor. He flowed through all the right ranges of new and old, from electro to rock to old school hip hop — he knows the classics and spins up late night. It was a blast. He was also super amenable to our request for a 2am close time. I can't say enough how highly I recommend Alex at Boogie Down Beats for your event.
