The DJ's are super responsive and well-dressed for each occasion so that my crowd has always felt super comfortable. By the time my second party came around, my attendance tripled! Their song bank is huge, and got all my super weird requests, and even bought a song ON SITE for one of my guests at no charge. Super-duper satisfied!

Robert Valenzuela: As a working Musician, reviews are vital for the success of winning more bids when submitting quotes. Gigsalad's review app is broken. I received a four star from a client who didn't know the importance of reviews. My over rating was reduced to 4.66. Since then, I have received numerous 5 stars reviews. My goal is to built it back up to an overall rating of 5.0 I have proven that the algorithm used is broken. There are reviews I have received with no change in my overall rating. On my 11 review, my overall rating increase by 1.2 points after receiving a verified review. #12 review, my overall rating changed by only .01, a nonverified review. #13 review, no change.#14 review was a verified review and instead of increasing by 1.2, the overall rating just increase by .03. #15 review, no change.I have placed numerous calls but no one cares to look into my problem. I just renewed my subscription for six months and thought they may be more helpful. During the next call, I determined that I was making no progress in them fixing my problem and asked if I could cancel and get a refund. Do my disappointment they said NO refunds. So unless they fix the algorithm for review calculations I will let my subscription run out and try another gig solution company since this one has failed me.

Putt putt golf rentals: I been using GigSalad for 3 or 4 years I used to get a lot of hits and I think there marketing team has went down hill because I do not see the jobs coming in. I have emailed them and get no answer on there approach to get more customers. I am getting more thumbtack leads and that’s sad. I will rethink my Decision to renew next year

Jim Kirk: With this company for years. They gave me a bad address to a Gig and when I called to complain they wanted to argue with me. Then my next to Gigs I they wonder why I didn't show up. Well, I didn't want them to send me to Tacoma when the Gig was in Edmonds. Worst part of this experience was having to debate with customer service every call I made to them to resolve. Meghans exact words were why didn't you go to the next two Gigs..I've explained why more than once. I think my feedback explains how I am with to others I've worked for and with. This salad has become rotten and I'll never go back.

Cord Schnakenberg: Incredible company with a platform that helps so many (vendors and people planning an event) and is probably one of the most unique and neatest companies in the world. The team working behind the scenes are very intelligent and caring individuals who work hard together - as a unified team - with compassion and wisdom to see the best outcome for everyone. I would know this because I once worked there and saw this first hand, and absolutely loved the experience of working there over 1.5 years! I'm giving them five stars because of the level of quality they have, that I have personally seen and attest to. People need to know this from a first-hand observer from behind the scenes! I'm no longer with GigSalad yet continue to vocalize my massive support for this amazing company!

AJ Raggs: EXCELLENT service!! This website and the company are both awesome! I am a singer/songwriter, and I had an issue with my account. I contacted their help center email, and heard back within less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had to close down my account totally because of a personal reason, and I knew that I couldn't be refunded for that, which was ok, but Madi was extremely helpful and sympathetic, and she even gave me a promo code so I could have a discount for a new account...and I didn't even ask! These guys are awesome, and they care about their clients. Thanks Madi and GigSalad for all of your help!

I initially signed up with GigSalad, thinking, "If I get a couple jobs from GigSalad, it'll be worth 5%."Mrs. Claus and I worked four gigs on Christmas Eve -- and had to turn down an additional TWENTY EIGHT GIGS for that date, alone! Blew our minds!!I really value GigSalad's services, particularly the fact that I don't have to worry about getting paid. It's kind of unbecoming for Santa to go chasing clients to get paid. GigSalad handles all of that for me .I became a "believer" in just one holiday season!

jeri elliott: I have never booked a gig before. It's the bosses wife, and its her birthday...do they still have singing telegrams? When I googled singing telegrams up popped gig salad. Let me say up front that the folks from GIG SALAD want your business so they work extra hard at customer satisfaction. I had a bad experience when I selected a vendor to come and falsely arrest the bosses' wife on her birthday. Paid for it, got confirmation was ready to go until 3 hours before the event the vendor CELEBRATION SENSATION cancelled because " they just received my request and they don't have anyone who can come to their office and pick up a cop uniform in time...can you find someone else? I am likeWHAT THE EFF? Then the vendor tells me " most people call the actor and confirm before they pay". Really? I think most people who receive a confirmation would believe services will be rendered!!' (and these folks claim a 5 star YELP! rating..not any more they don't! After a half hour of back and forth I called the nice folks at GIG SALAD. The CSR was absolutely 100 percent going to see our event did not go sour and he made it happen. He made some calls in our area and within 2 minutes I was contacted by another vendor out of Orange County and they were so eager to help they sent an actor (Joe) who played his role like an expert. This actor impressed my boss who is not too impressed by people trying to impress him!!! And, our VICTIM, well she never had a clue that the arrest was fake. I will post video as soon as my copy is in my hand. We had a great time it was well with the money and GIG SALAD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REP made it happen. But the reason I felt really compelled to do a 5 star review was from the excellent customer service I was provided. Specifically from Cord Schnakenberg. Cord is amazingly dedicated, and a true professional. He helped me every single step of the way (with a smile on his face) through a booking process issue that was long, and tedious. The issue was no fault on GigSalad's part. It was special circumstances through a particular client. Cord was very understanding, incredibly nice, and he really helped me feel at ease through what could have been a chaotic process. I am extremely happy to say the issue was resolved 100% positively for everyone involved, and I couldn't be more thrilled about being on a company's website as professional as GigSalad.
