Staff came up to us to talk about the different rings, advantages, disadvantages, and durability of all the different metals and finishes were discussed with us. It didn’t seem like we were being pushed to purchase anything or swayed in any direction from staff preferences. We were actually encouraged to purchase the less expensive ring but ended up purchasing two rings and left extremely happy with the service we received from everyone.

Mason Musick: I had gone in for a quote and went back in to start the process based on friends experiences with Cornerstone being great but my experience was not the same. I should have asked for Marshall based on my friends review. I have worked not as a jeweler but in jewelry before so I do know a few things about the process and what all is possible. I worked with Sonia and she seemed condescending in her tone to me and didn't see the whole picture of what I wanted to do and seemed like she didn't want to either. Under the guise of saving me money, it seemed she just kept adding additional things since it would not be done all at one time but really if she wanted to do that, we would have worked out the plan for the final product and it would have been a multi-visit process based on the date of my 10yr anniversary surprise, so I didn't pay this additional cost here and then the same cost on the next visit and the same on the next visit... there was a way to get it all done but we didn't get there. She also didn't ask when I needed it by, it was just a statement of - we are taking jobs for June. I didn't feel comfortable to continue the process. They aren't hurting for my business and I'm ok with that. I will own that I left in a little of a huff and was abrupt at the end, due to being frustrated and undervalued.

He worked with me for 7 months trying to get the ring as perfect as we could get it.
