Heather Mulligan: I went in to get my ring cleaned/checked. They gave me a pager to wait for the next available person. I waited for a long time. Then someone else came in to get her ring cleaned. They walked her right up to the counter and didn’t give her a pager. She had her ring cleaned and checked while I was still waiting with a pager. I waited a while longer and eventually someone paged me to come up to get my ring cleaned. They need a better process and it should be first come first serve. People should be treated equally.

The ring needs to be checked every 6 months and we were faithful to that. Then this past 6 months we got busy and it slipped our mind. They don’t give any reminders of any sort. So our warranty was voided. We were told the ring we bought most recently (13 months ago) needed 870.00 worth of laser repair then the would reinstate my bridal set warranty. Emilia Rojas: People should make sure what material is a piece of jewelry made of before working on it. I took my husband's grandmother ring there to ask about what kind of material was made of, and they said silver. I asked them if it could be cleaned, and they said yes. So, I trusted them to repolish the ring, and guess what? It was plated silver, so the layer of silver came out when they repolished it. The ring looks really bad now, and on top of that it was my husband's grandmother special ring. I am really disappointed.
