Springfield License Bureau: what do users think?
Sue Davis: There wasn't very many in there this time everybody was very nice the person I spoke to was a very nice young lady I appreciated their help
Case: Short-staffed but everyone working there does their best to help.
Matthew Sheppard: Nice service people, in and out very quick.
Abishay Gill: This place is awful, I am an international student here in United States and they guys didn’t listened to me as I wanted to get my license renewed. The 2nd floor staff especially the driving license one’s is very racist.
Karina Smeltz (M): I came here to get a new ID card and went to 2nd floor with no problem! Got a ticket number and I was called up as soon as I arrived . Very quick service. Everyone was nice .
British Geek1978: This location was super fast. I got in and out in less than 5 minutes with new tags got my car
Zachary Bull: You can be waiting for hours. Your government at work, barely.
Megan Schiller: Driver's License Office staff are fast, efficient, and friendly.
Abisai Pablo: Good experience and the ladies were very helpful
Amber Sahagun: Maybe your employees should look up from their personal cell phones and do their job. I waited while this rude employee scrolled on her phone. They lady in office walked by me looked at her and didn’t say anything to her. We get it’s a government job but do it.
Jen Kean: Honestly, best DMV experience. Super fast, efficient, and friendly. I live in Kansas City where the DMV offices are a hellscape and haven't been able to get anything done, so I thought I'd try the Springfield office while down visiting family. Very glad I did ☺️
Jennifer Bartholomew: I was confused- it looked like a DMV. They did the things a DMV did. But there wasn't much of a wait and everyone was friendly and professional. I'm considering making this place my monthly hangout.
Kevin Huff: Super short line, in and out super quick.
Charley Barnes: Had a great experience today at the dmv. Sounds weird but I was in and out in a timely manner and was treated well and fairly. Great job and thank you 😊
Tyrone Davis: Had a really good experience this time
Jimmie Kelley: It was great
Rex Harris: Fast.
Shannon Wortham: This was fine. Apparently Friday is a busy day but we got done what we needed.
Katherine Crossman: The overweight blonde that was on shift on 12/1/22 smugly sent us away due to my gpa who has dementia not filling out the title completely, we fixed that issue and came back and she was YET AGAIN smug and turned us away telling us my grandpa needed to fill out more paperwork due to the vehicle being a gift. This horrible woman could have told us everything we needed upon the first visit but instead let us go through all this effort just to tell us we needed to go back to my confused grandfather and try to get him to fill out more information when he can barely remember his own name. She wasn't friendly in the slightest and seems everytime I come here for something I'm always faced with horribly rude people that seem like they don't even want to be bothered by you worst place for you to legalize you vehicle ever. I hope they burn the place to the ground.
TomW 8073: Showed up 8am to beat the line, The employee looked through my paperwork then said, "Sorry we don't have any stickers left to register electric cars", you need to try a different location! The very soul of this place is to be meticulous about paperwork to the extreme! But they run out of stickers? The level of incompetence is staggering. Why not complete my paperwork, give me my tags then MAIL me the sticker, not go stand inline someplace else and hope they have one? I can drive on temporary tags for years in Springfield, No one would notice a sticker missing for decades. The employee was very nice, not her fault. She is as powerless as the rest of us.
Angela Howard: First time not so much, on Monday. Today, different staff, much better.

South Springfield License Office: what do users think?
Ryan Blamey: Disorganized. I understand that it’s a busy office and that the lines are long. I appreciate that they have an option to renew registration online and so I did so 17 days ago. The money has been debited from my account but I never received my stickers in the mail. Address on file is correct. Things happen so this wouldn’t be that bad except when you call and select the correct options to speak w someone you eventually get a message they are currently closed (they’re not). It even tells you their hours (they’re open). And I did this same thing on Friday so it’s not a one off. I also left a message on Friday and haven’t heard back. I tried every option and you simply can’t reach anyone. If I have to go in, and take a number, and wait an hour then say so. Don’t waste my time by telling me I can call when no one will ever answer or return a message. As others have said, just go to a different office. Though I suspect since they’re managed by Elle also you’ll encounter the same problems.
Brandon Flood: Poorly communicated change of hours.
Stacee McDermott (stacalee): I went for my new tags around 9:30 a.m. on a Friday. There were several people but they still had open chairs. I heard that the system had gone down the day before so many of the people had come back. My wait was about fifty minutes. They really kept things moving. When it was my turn, the young lady had me on my way in less than five minutes. I have never had less than a positive experience at this location. The people that work here are very helpful and kind.
Alexie Welton: I went in today to get a Missouri license, and the clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful. The first time I went, I was missing my birth certificate, and the first clerk kindly communicated a list of things to provide. I do not know the second clerks name, but right away, she rolled her eyes, raised her voice, was short temped, used a disrespectful tone, and was simply unprofessional. In the end, I grabbed all my documents left the DMV, disappointed with her unethical treatment. This is a service I really needed, and she was completely reluctant to provide respectful communication for the situation. It's sad that this person is in charge of such important legal processes. Looking at the other post, I'm not the only one who has had this issue. If you're lucky, you'll receive service from the first clerk, but don't waste your time. Just go to a different DMV.
Malinda Jones: It is closed today, Truman Day. Google didn't inform me. I was hurrying for nothing.
Michael Smith: Rude staff
Dré Richardson: Opens at 8:30am but they won't really open the doors till about 10 am. Leaving people outside waiting. Ridiculous and rude of an establishment to be this tardy to open up for service. Yet they want to and will close at 5:30 ON THE DOT. Pathetic to say the least. Only thing good about this place is that it's bigger and nicer than the Northside DMV. If you need something done, you'd better wait till the middle of the day to be helped sufficiently.
Trystan Miller: I asked to get a REAL ID so I can fly to go visit my folks. Lady said sure, no problem. Come to find out, she just got me the SAME EXACT ID I already have which is not a REAL ID. Gave her the benefit of the doubt because she verbally confirmed it multiple times as I was mentioning flying. However, I go home and compare the paper printout to my old one, and it’s the SAME exact thing as I got when I moved here. Absolutely baffling and stressful.
Jason: The DMV is not open on Saturdays trust me don't waste the fuel don't waste your time they need to update their Google ad
Christine Kelley: They changed the hours and are only open one Saturday a month at 9am. Google needs to change the hours
Beau Brantley: Hours are wrong. 9-5 only
Erin Mach: I usually go to the location on glenstone because they’re much nicer and there’s less wait time, but I had to come here today because it was closer. On google their hours said open until 5:30. I walked in at 4:50 and got a ticket. At 5:05 a couple people tried to walk in and the lady yelled from the desk “we closed at 5, look at the door”. Apparently their hours changed and they didn’t post it online, just taped a piece of paper to the door. At 5:15 my number got called and as I was walking over to the desk, the woman LOUDLY said “we closed 15 minutes ago come on!” Apparently the time it took for me to walk from my seat to the counter was too much for her. I didn’t get her name, but she had red hair and she was very rude the whole time. Just avoid this location if you can. The other one is much better overall.
Rae C: I always appreciate coming to this office for any of my DMV needs. This is my third experience in less than a year and they are consistently efficient, professional, and helpful. They get customers in and out as quickly as possible but they really try to work with you and get you good information rather than finding an excuse to return you away. I tried going to the government-run DMV downtown and had a terrible experience. This place is privately run and those working there do a great job, keep up the good work! One note that isn't evident from Google: their hours recently changed, and they are only open on the LAST Saturday of the month, as it says on their website.
Lori lee: Time is not updated on Google which is done when Google calls and you press the prompts to update it with the automated system. It says online they close at 1230 on Saturday but they actually close at noon I came 2 min before noon and th doors were locked but Google said 1230. The door says they close at noon
jim drake: The best in Springfield.
Madison Morgan: I was here today and the manager went so above and beyond to help me, not only did she point out that something I thought expired was still valid and would save me $700 but diligently tried to help with a nationwide issue my bank is having.
Eric Weiskopf: Always busy.
Colleen Powell: Nothing like rushing across town to get there by 12:30 (what the website says) to be closed already at 12:00!
Maggie Seise: Need to change your hours of operations online and your automated voice-mail. There's about 15 people here on Sat morning at 8:30 and you guys are actually not open... update your information
Brookelyn Moyers: I came here yesterday with my husband and my service dog to get my license renewed, I've been putting it off for months due to panic attacks, severe anxiety, and agoraphobia, I passed the sign test with flying colors and my eye test but one, I have to brag on the sweet young woman that did my sign test, she did everything that put me at ease she had me laughing, she built me up, she was so charismatic, she went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful and thankful! It's people like her that make doing little things such as this even possible! I hope she gets ghe recognition where it's due!
Mary Geer: Always a pleasant experience, got two driver's licenses renewed in less than 1 hour.

Glenstone License Office: what do users think?
Kristin Shapiro: Very nice staff. Busy office, come early and bring your life's legal paperwork.
Denita Tiller: Always helpful and fast. I love going to this DMV over any other
Navaeh Lara: This place is so rude been coming here with my grandmother in they refuse service to people who stands up for themself because the older white lady tells my grandmother friend to shut up , we came this morning me in my husband in they immediately assumed he was a immigrant asking him for paper in stuff honestly it’s super rude she grab our mail in opened it out of our folder didn’t ask or anything this boss or top boss of this company pls reach out to me ! Thank you
Troy Allison: This place is where you want to go and take care of your license and vehicle! The ladies here always smile and make your experience a joy! Not much of a wait if you come in anytime of the day. Parking can be a little tight, tho if their busy, but there's a lot across the street for those of you who need space.
Paulbo D.: They are very nice and do a great job
Ted Johnson: Nice people...
Carol Boehm: Trena was very helpful. It was busy, but the lines moved fairly quickly.
Charles Meyrand: Take plenty of identification papers
Elese Reichard: Super helpful
Norman Giffen: Came early enough that I was 2nd in line, forgot something and then I was third in line, just to have them tell me that photos are not acceptable....but the fist lady I was with said a picture would be okay. Just a lot of dumb women "working" here with power trips and dreaming about lunch.
Jamie Calvert: Fast and east
Mike Morris: Quick and easy
Christine Kelley: They are the only one open on Saturday except for the last Saturday of the month. They were very friendly and super efficient!
Mark Shimonek: The office I usually go to was closed. I came here about 30 min before they closed. The place was packed. They locked the door at closing and proceeded to make sure everyone already there was taken care of. One gentlemen talked to everyone to make sure they had everything they needed so they wouldn't wait needlessly. They were organized and friendly. Everyone was joking around and had a great time. It was seriously the best time I've had at a DL Office.
Mayura Shekatkar: PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE ARE VERY NICE!Staff in this office is co-operative, polite and very helpful. I need to apply to new MO license and transfer my vehicle from other state. In my visit they give me all forms, and details where to obtain documents required for the real ID & registration. Just in twenty minutes I got both DL & Vehicle registration. Also, they mail me new title just in five business days.
Charlie Winger: They were friendly, quick and convenient. Was able to take care of my title issue then and there. I will definitely be going back.
Sherri Cheffey: I got right in got my business done and left. No waiting on the day I went. It was a Friday around 2:30 or 3:00pm
Anna Hayes: I went yesterday to renew my driver's license. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant experience.
Nakia Hamby: I've had the best experiences at this DMV! Always fast, polite, and helpful.
Abdulaziz Abutunis: Staff are so professional and nice
Martina Spencer: The lady was so pleasant and they were closing and she did an awesome job.

Missouri Department of Revenue: what do users think?
Sydney Routh: The DOR lost my ID, won’t answer emails, phone calls or anything. Your worthless machine can’t hear anything even when talking nicely. Ordered my new Nondriver License 02/16/2023 and it is now 02/28/2023 and it STILL isn’t here. You’re all not worth 2 cents, I needed my ID to start my new job, but you worthless POS’s can’t even do that. Another reason to hate this state, another reason to hate the government. Thank you Missouri government for costing me money.
Rae Alexis: So after taking an exam for a different class of license I was SHOCKED at the experience. I want to be clear the testing employees were just so Informative and considerate each time I went up there. But after going upstairs with 10 minutes to 4, and I saw the sign says they closed at 4..... The door was locked. I knew I saw one person with someone they were helping. Then another person apparently an employee, passed by as I waited and someone let her in and immediately locked it behind her. I was so frustrated when finally they opened there door and asked if they could help me me, I explained I had been waiting and why and she's said they closed at 4, but I know I mean 100 percent sure it was before 4. It was just when she came out to say that that it turned 4. It bring me so frustrating if I didn't see people in there that didn't have anyone in their line and including the person that had come to the hallway back into the location and still didn't tell anyone to let me in and still did not have anyone they were helping. I'm really frustrated with the DMV and there inability to take accountability for their actions
William x Lucifer: There is no way to get ahold of them by phone. Absolute trash. Leaving a call back message does nothing and I guarantee they are not too busy from 8:30 in the morning to 5 p.m. on a Thursday.
Eryn Trudell: The girl with green pants was very rude. And not helpful. Get someone nice to make this even sort of bearable.
Bonni Douglas: My year is wrong on my plate renewal despite being correct last year and on all my tax forms so I can't renew online, holding until their line hangs up for the last two weeks is useless, the office claimed they can't fix it and we need to call in so now a month of trying to renew has resulted in expired vehicles registration with absolutely 0 help and no way to correct it.
Charles Dickson: It would have been better but the young women who work the vehicle registration area didn't tell anyone that we didn't need a number to get service. So many people stood in line waiting for a number to be called. Finally, someone from the Courthouse who was there stated we didn't need a number and we got service from a very, aloof young lady. They should be more proactive than socializing with themselves. Yes, there was a sign posted in a hard to see area. The place looked dirty and not very well maintained.
Janet Jones: I wasn't there
Janine Quinnelly: Critical:Quality,ResponsivenessHours to get through to a person who then sends you on line where no matter what device I use I can't get into the site
John Risolvato: Very difficult to contact by phone. When it rings it just keeps ringing after transfer to Assessors office, springfield, Mo. Tries at least 5 times on different days and times. Pretty sad.
Juanita Blevins: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI called over a week ago and left a message for them to call me back, nothing no call. 😡
Jason Jones: This was fast. More frustrated at the guards of the building. But one of my best trips to a dmv
Chase Bruhn: Very quick experience was in and out within about 10 minutes
Josh Norris (Chops): Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessI have 1 hour a day to drive from my work to a license office before they close, they keep telling me I can't get in and to come back the next day. They also state that I owe the late fee for every day they refuse me entrance. I'm trying to pay my taxes on time and they refuse so I owe more. This is why no one likes government.
Andrew Flores: Critical:Quality,ValueThey sign for packages and then completely lose track of/deny getting them on top of never answering the phone. Do not trust them with anything unless you handle it face to face in person.
casey smith: Was awesome only 22 mins for my entire visit and had multiple transactions
Britt Hembree: They never answer and when you go down there it’s a long wait for them to tell u nothing a cave man could do better
Norman Clark: Automated phone system runs you in circles and then disconnects you. You cant get through to talk to anybody. Very frustrating and poor customer service. No wonder people hate dealing with state and federal government.
eric thome: Worthless, just plain worthless! Never answer phone, ever. Can never get anyone to do their jobs! Worthless!!!
Anita Kuhns: Friday July 5th... you site says You were open but after making the trip you’re not ! Thanks for nothing...wasted my morning and my gas
Amy Smith: Called them 2 ask a question about my stolen car tags An was put on hold for 30 mins An then hung up on

Republic License Office: what do users think?
ice: Always fast and really friendly!
Gary Ehlers: Timely courtesies service
Jack A. Saliba: Went the Republic License Office today to license a new pick-up truck and transfer tags on two vehicles that took a long time to do, mainly due to some problem in their computer system. The lady that helped me, Bekah, was excellent, patient, professional and courteous and needs to be commended for the same.
Misty Hilliard: The ladies here are fantastic & there's never an endless line like all the others.
Ronnie Todd: Very friendly staff. In and out quick even with a big line. Efficient!
Megan Sapp84: Cheyenne was amazing and so kind, thank you!
Michael Lanphier: Fast and friendly people here!
Jennifer Gebhardt: I was dreading it but was actually greeted at the door by one of the ladies working! All the others working there seemed to enjoy what they were doing, even though it was Saturday at 8am LOLAll my questions were answered in a professional, helpful manner.I will always use this DMV office.
Dapper Dave: Great service from a friendly staff. Took me 15 minutes from the time I walked until I had my license.
Chris Sapp: I've been driving a long time and have lived in many states. Without a doubt, the people at this licensing office are the friendliest, most efficient, and helpful you will find in any DMV office, anywhere, any state. I actually do not dread going here (except for how much the sales tax costs on a car sale, but that's not their fault 😆) Seriously, very good people work here.
Cindy Chesney: Extremely quick efficient and friendly
Andrew Shireman: Quick, helpful and professional service. I really appreciated the courteous staff.
Chris Meredith: Laura was very helpful and polite and efficient. The best experience I’ve ever had at any license branch in Missouri.
Mary Weekes: Wonderful customer service, very friendly, very helpful.
Alex Hennis: I went early in order to avoid the crowd. Missouri is tough as a Communist nation when it comes to taxes and registering a vehicle (don't forget your tags). Three ladies were hanging out, not busy. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to thrilled at my presence, much less interested in helping me. After a few pleasantries, the lady stuck with helping me warmed up. She offered some helpful information concerning Missouri's budding police state and how to navigate through unhelpful state workers. She kind'a turned a bad trip into not so, so bad.
Melissa Artiglere: Fast service and the staff is very personable and proficient!
rob snead: Horrible as usual
Shawn Haggard: Great service, personable and attentive!
Greg Ransom: Easy to work with nice staff very knowledgeable , those girls work hard ,they're always very busy.
Derek Raulston: Well what to say? Nobody looks forward to the DMV but if you get here at the right times they'll get you in and out fast. Make it as painless as possible
Eric Weiskopf: Very friendly and helpful, efficient use of time.

Springfield Business License: what do users think?
james lee: Springfield city is fair and helpful
gear billies: Springfield business license office is obviously not interested in supporting small business. They harass and ticket every chance they get. They are obviously interested in doing the dirty work of the larger corporate business that a smaller company may compete with.
DERRICK UNIVERSITY: Becoming an entrepreneur is scary but not knowing what now is worst. My business license put me in a better seat to define my goals. Professionals do as the Romans, when in Rome.

Tiffany: Staff was friendly and helpful
Rick Kuntzelman: 5 star
Alexie Welton: I actually left the dmv in a better mood. Thank you Chris at the front for being so nice to everyone. Thank you to all the clerks, keep up the good work it is greatly appreciated!
Jazell Smith: If you want to be talked down to and treated rudely, this is the place to go.
Mike Wall: Short wait, very friendly staff
Troy Jennings: Friendly, efficient, helpful. Not sure you can expect more than that (anywhere, really).
Scott Oakley: Register my vehicle updated my DL in 20 minutes. Way to go Nixa License Bureau
Stephen Kidd: I just finished renewing my license plates. A+ experience!
Cherokee Tree Care: This is the quickest and most knowledgeable location we've used. They are always friendly and ready to get you taken care of.
John Payne: I have all the documents I need except for my social security card. Luck had it that my mother had it . I go back and it was not good enough, they want the form the card was attached to, and like a miracle my mother had that too after having it for more than 50 years. Then they decided it was still not acceptable. . In other words, not one employee would take any responsibility..And then I went downtown where it was accepted and walked out with my License
m: Highly impressed with the woman we worked with today, Chris. She was very professional and helpful. By far the easiest time I’ve had at a DMV and we appreciate her.
Miguel Tovar: It was pretty empty, got thru there in about 10min. Ladies were vary nice.
Bluejeans: They ACTUALLY got us in very quickly today.
G Fleck: Clerk was very quick and efficient in processing new title request, transferring license plate, and renewing license plate. In and out 15 min tops.
Nata: Thank you for the work of this office of the city of Nixa. I am satisfied with this office. They are very competent in any business. we are once again convinced of the excellent and professional work of this office!!!
maria schuler: Jenna was so sweet and the ladies there are quick and efficient. Last few trips I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
Matt Robertson: It's the DMV. Not a whole lot to say. This venue is small, but organized. They actually enlarged it. I've never had a problem here. People will be waiting in the morning to get in before they open. I would either arrive really early or an hour after they open. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
Spader - spyder: Extremely friendly and helpful. Got me in and out in 20 min!
alok jain: Normally think this office is great, but they said “wifi is down since 8” and are not doing work since then! Who doesn’t call their internet provider as a government agency and tell them they need this back up or use a hotspot to conduct business or even put on their message board that they are closed for the day?! This goes to the level of entitlement and work ethic that the post pandemic world has entered into.We know from experience that wifi providers for businesses willCome out with emergency notice within 2 hours.People take off from work to do these things!

Ozark License Bureau: what do users think?
Marcia Carol Miller-McLaury: The folks here are nice and knowledgeable. In 15-20 years, I think the longest I've waited was 45-60 minutes, though I know the wait can be longer certain days. What especially impresses me is that they are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, unlike some DMV offices. I prefer this DMV office to Springfield, for sure. Some other DMVs in the area are comparable for service and speed, FYI.
Anthony Boze: Helpful and efficient personal.
Floyd Nine: Wouldn't accept my birth certificate. Its been working fine for 40 years, and its in fine shape. Apparently some ink faded and "We can't scan this. You'll have to get a new one." Also informed me how it wasn't a big deal, because I had plenty of time! She had no idea what was on my agenda! Passport maybe? Family death? To fly places? I dunno. Watch out for the fat one.
Bess Hochstedler: The ladies made my day so easy! My car has been due for new tags for a few months now, and I have been putting it off because we moved from St Louis wear and then missions inspection is required. No one around here does emissions inspections. Turns out, all I had to do was show proof of property tax payments and insurance, and no inspection was needed. They were able to take care of me. Thank you!
Kathryn Baker: Firstly, I have never given a poor review. I typically leave my lackluster experiences behind with the thought that everyone is entitled bad days rather than wasting my time trashing an establishment online. After numerous awful encounters for myself, family, and friends I had to clear the air.The inconsistencies and incompetency level at the Ozark License Bureau is nearly impossible to sum up in words. You’ve heard, and everyone knows, go to Nixa, Springfield, or even Ava! Do not waste your time or energy on this incapable, poorly managed trap.
Gary Lamb: Fast and friendly service today.
Shane Procter: Didn't even have to wait. Got my truck registered in minutes
Mischievous Jackel: Really fast & friendly service.
James Yeager: Fast service for license renewal
Erin Dees: I drive from Springfield to do all our DMV things here. Very nice staff, give you a paper that tells you what your missing when you don’t have what you need, and far better customer service than the Springfield locations! The wait is always a lot shorter too!
Levi Felton: Always in and out without any trouble or a very long wait. Even today when a building next door partially collapsed!
Nata: I want to express my dissatisfaction with this office. this office doesn't want to do the basic work with people who only need to verify their identity. this work was done to us without any problems in the city of Nixa. What's going on in the Ozark City office?
Svitlana Shevchenko: Very good
Vladi Ant: Wasn't busy and customer service was great.
Victor B: Good spot, hopefully they will get bigger soon..
Matt Wright: fast
Anton Kalashnikau: Instead of providing a full list of all the things you need to bring, they keep adding on different documents and papers that are required to register a car or get license renewed. The service here is unprofessional.
Gabe Ellsworth: Place seems to be hording all the extra chromosomes.
Lori Strong: I have been there 3 times in the last week. Each time I have waited 40 minutes to an hour and NO one was called for drivers license in that time. Incredibly slow. Some of the staff are nice but there are a few petty bureaucrats also. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
William Bogle: Very helpful staff.
marj Christoffers: Very helpful and polite.

Dan Bluth: Quit screwing up sunshine! You’re not helping anyone!
Jerry Hicks: Ok
Proudestcatmom: No words can describe how useless most of the work you do really is. Close most roads in marshfield to make a new useless exit for the highway with some nonsense roundabout but they can't fix potholes, put even lines on the roads, or any lines for that matter in a lot of places. Great job whoever made that decision. 😂
Ashton Tice: The "J" turns are extremely dangerous. Why in the world would you install them.
Paul Erickson: Taking out the lights at Highway "13" and Highway "O" was literally the stupidest thing EVER!!It's almost impossible to get out if other drivers refuse to let you. We've seen so many "Holy Cow" moments where we thought there was going to be a Huge Wreck.Big Rigs have to cross traffic (4 lanes) just to be going the direction needed to begin with.
Nell McInturff: I eat too much chilli here, I love it.
Niko: Very useful to contact to get a quick answer on the roads' conditions!
Shawn Watson: The left turn signal East bound at Kearney and Neergard Ave only allows one vehicle through before it turns yellow. This street leads to an industrial area and people are cutting the corner because of it. I can foresee a lot of major accidents happening here.
Monica Kelts: It would be nice if they could finish one project before starting another one. I live North of I-44. South bound 65 is shut down, and the bridge on H hwy (the only other good way to work for me) is torn out, and Chestnut is torn apart. Trying to get to work in the morning is an absolute cluster! A 20 minute drive now takes an hour. Both main ways for anyone traveling South from North of I-44 is a nightmare. Sure you can take the detours or the Farm Roads, but it adds a good 30 min to your drive no matter what direction you take.
Tim Sanborn: Your streets light at Plainfield and Campbell is broken. Please fix it immediately. The sensorn is stuck at red for 33 mins.
Chris Dodge: EXIT 61 &44 BRIDGE IS WORSE THAN DRIVING OVER A BAD SET OF RAIL ROAD TRACKS THERE ARE MORE HOLES IN THE ROAD THAN IN THE STATE OF AZ .
hank: I called for directions and road work issues , for a trip to AR. The MO DOT Rep was an absolute ACE , he clearly explained everything about work zones etc . This eased my concern about attending a Funeral service .THANK YOU MO DOT
