Paul Jarisch: The staff at General Rental will go beyond what is necessary to help you out. Their rental prices are competitive or lower than most of your larger rental companies.
Jon Bergman: I've rented tools, lawn equipment, trailers, and other items from this place, and have always had a good experience.
Tom Tobin: Always top notch service!

Joel Sutherland: I rented a trencher that they had agreed to price match. When I got there to pick it up they told me that they shouldn't have agreed to this deal. When they went to load it I questioned how loose the track was on the trencher. They said it was supposed to be like that. When I got it home the chain came off of the track after 1 ft of trenching and a total of 3 times that day. They never offered a discount for the trouble and then charged me 8 dollars a gallon for gas when gas was under 4 dollars.
Robert Stone: Rick and Justin were very helpful. I was surprised how much was available at the store including heavy duty DeWalt tools and skid steer attachments. Many thanks!
Chuck Walker: Not so excited about this trip. I was looking for a tool that I had rented from them before and now they said they never had one. Told me to go to the south store. Same answer from them. I just went to a competitors and rented one.

robert gale: Customer service has DROPPEDI rented a unit at ~3:25PM had to return to the store to get a correct end at ~5:22PM (I live 25 minutes away) and returned the unit by 7:20AM (keep in mind they don't officially open until 7:30AM) and they still charged me for 24hrs hours

Jarrod Golden: Rented an engine hoist; it was sturdy and did what it was intended to do. This is the second time I have rented the same equipment and found the employees to be quick and pleasant, with a rate that is hard to beat.
Deborah Long: Dishonest thieves trying to rip small business owners off for thousand of dollars they are not owed. Don't use this business.
Ann Anderson: General tool rental tried to charge me $4,689.47 for a 2 week dingo rental with some attachments and they are trying to charge me $1,000 pick up fee and a $325. Damage waver also trying to charge me 100% tax and the machine or it's equipment we're not damaged nor was the trailer, it was dirty with clay mud and it wasn't returned on time due to a death in my family DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESES PEOPLE! THEY RE WRITE UO A CONTRACT THEY TRIED TO PASS OFF AS MY CONTRACT BUT THE DATES ARE INCORECT AS WELL AS THERE IS NO SIGNATURE.

Sarah Carleton-Marshall: We rented a big skid steer and had excellent service. Will be renting from them again soon!
Robert Wilson: I rented a skid steer and needed it delivered. I reserved it and they delivered it on time and picked it up on time. I filled it up with fuel before the pick up so there was no charge for fuel. The bill was exactly as quoted. They even gave me a demonstration of the machine before I rented it. They did everything exactly as they said they would and were friendly to deal with. I give them 5 stars and will rent from them again.
Brad Kiser: Joe at Equipment share helped me out in a jam and was very professional. Needed lift at last minute and was able to deliver in same day.
