John Hale: They are not a computer store and the owner needs to change it. False advertising. They are IT solutions specialists. They don't sell anything computers.

Jeff: I'm excited about started as a tech here. It's a good way to get in and start a path to success. What you take away from it is based off your own abilities and perception. It's a shame when people write bad reviews but you knew the job before hand. We all take a risk so make the best of it. Base Transport: Don't bother going anywhere else! This is a great place for home or business, products and services!
Solid Snake: It is good but a bit overpriced. Also lacks options in each category. But most brands do the same thing so they sorta get a pass.

Stephen Greek: Brought in a laptop that was slow & had a few unresponsive keys. Went to pick it up and it had no responsive keys. They said they couldn't do anything about it as keyboards were hard to get. Their solution was to offer me 10% off a refurbished computer that was "comparible" to mine. I needed a computer the next day so I went for it. After using it for a couple weeks I realized it wasn't as capable and didn't have the same features as my old one. It also has a mind of its own. (Changes settings & edits documents while the screen is shut)I got fed up with it and decided to try and fix my old computer. I found the part for $35, ordered it and had it replaced without any tools in about 4 min.

Andrew Poole: Insanely friendly staff! I thought my newly bought gaming computer was done for with a infinite boot screen but these techs knew exactly what to do. They kept me updated and gave me vital information on what to do if it happened again!
Terri B: Very knowledgable and pleasant staff. I use my pc to work remotely and they were able to get me back up and running in two days. They understood my concerns about getting my computer back in a timely manner and came though for me. I would definitely recommend them for computer service and will be going back to purchase computer equipment.

Christopher M. Bingham: Outstanding local computer store, they have everything you need to build a new PC, repair an existing one, and build or buy something new / used. Pricing is fair, but not the lowest. Very friendly staff and knowledgable repair technicians.
Mike Fay: Company is going down hill. Store is dark and dirty. Windows filithy. Chestnut Expressway store was clean and bright until they closed it. I hope their repairs are still good.

Liz Collier: We buy all of our computers here. Great customer service and they stand by their 3 year warranty. Our computer went out after 2 years from a power surge. Altec fixed it for free because of the 3 year warranty. Highly recommend.

Dustin Holden: Dusty is a life saver, I spilled liquid on my laptop and wasn't able to open the back due to to the type of screws.He was able to open up for me and I proceeded to clean and dry for several days. Now the laptop is up and running the only thing that seems to have gone bad is the battery, which ill purchase from Altec...Thanks again!
