Austin Safranek: I'm giving these guys five stars only because I can't give them six! My computer was totally nonfunctional and they restored it to life in just a few days, and for a fraction of the price other repair shops quoted me. Doesn't hurt that they're open on Saturdays as well. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional, and I'd take my machine back to them in a heartbeat. Big thanks to these guys!

Hannah Robinson: Our Mac laptop recently got a web browser virus we couldnt remove with paid malware removers. We called Beyond Computers and knew we would be choosing them to help us out. They had very fast service; we got the computer back within a couple days. They charged us very reasonably considering how hard to remove the virus was, and they did so without having to reboot our computer. Our computer also came back cleaned up physically. We will be using them again in the future. We also recieved great customer service via phone and in person.

Matthew Conner: Highly Recommended! The customer service was great and the rush put on my computer was excellent. My computer decided to short out and stop working the week I had a massive deadline. They were able to give me the files I needed within 24 hours and back up over 500gb of data the following day. Although I decided to not fix my computer, I appreciated the time spent trying to diagnose the problem quickly. The pricing was more than reasonable for the rush. I will gladly take any other computer problems back to them.

Nicole Barnett: Called ahead to make sure they had the TV I wanted. Like ten minutes before I got there. They didn't have it. Had to wait like twenty minutes to even be acknowledged even though there were plenty of sales people. The dude at the register I was at didn't even acknowledge me. Finally someone asked if I needed help and told me they had a comparable tv in the back. He went to get it and I waited thirty minutes before leaving. I have an injury and am in a walking boot and I couldn't stand any longer physically and was no offered any place to sit. Went to Walmart and was in and out in thirty minutes. Best Buy your customer service sucks, and I am definitely not a Karen. I gave you an hour to get me a tv in a box. You probably could have sold me a more expensive product if you had been more attentive. Not shopping here again.

Yvonne Kay: My husband and I went into purchase a ring doorbell bundle. We stood there in the doorbell area for what seemed to be forever. Wr finally saw one of the blue shirts walking down a main aisle. I asked if he could help us. He said he didn’t know much about them but he would call an associate to help us. We waited and waited. We finally got fed up and proceeded to the exit. There were four blue shirts hanging around the front door. Shouldn’t they have been helping customers?

Bonesmacker: FANTASTIC customer service. I walked in and was greeted. They asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told them I needed a wireless Xbox headset. He told me where they were located and that someone would be over to help me shortly (even though I didn't ask). By the time I got there, a nice young man asked me what I was looking for, I showed him the photo, and he led me straight to it. Not only that he confirmed it was the correct one and asked if he could help me find anything else! I expect this customer service for someone elderly, but I am only 38. It was truly a great experience, and he saved me some time searching for it.GREAT employees. It was a very refreshing experience.

Mr Ed: I went to Best Buy interested in buying an "opened box" MacBook Air. I was told that this item was not on display but it was locked in the Geek Squad room and I needed to have a seat and wait. I did that outside the the Geek's room for 50 minutes! I saw lost of employees coming in and out of that room. They were busy taking care of other customers. Too busy to just talk to me! I left the store, went home and order the MacBook Air on line from the Apple store. I will never go back to Best Buy!

Base Transport: Don't bother going anywhere else! This is a great place for home or business, products and services!
Solid Snake: It is good but a bit overpriced. Also lacks options in each category. But most brands do the same thing so they sorta get a pass.

Stephen Greek: Brought in a laptop that was slow & had a few unresponsive keys. Went to pick it up and it had no responsive keys. They said they couldn't do anything about it as keyboards were hard to get. Their solution was to offer me 10% off a refurbished computer that was "comparible" to mine. I needed a computer the next day so I went for it. After using it for a couple weeks I realized it wasn't as capable and didn't have the same features as my old one. It also has a mind of its own. (Changes settings & edits documents while the screen is shut)I got fed up with it and decided to try and fix my old computer. I found the part for $35, ordered it and had it replaced without any tools in about 4 min.

Richard Kessinger: After calling every computer repair shop in Springfield, Computek was the only one with the means and skills to repair a circuit board which I had broken a component off of. He was able to fit me into his schedule for a same-day fix as well. Very excellent work.
Roman Collins: Had to contact about 5 other places that wouldn’t solder before I found Computek. I got my computer back the same day for a fair price and had all my questions answered. My power button which had trouble turning on now works great. Really glad I found this shop.

Millie Kay: I am sure why the others had low ratings, but I took my Sony laptop to them to repair the charging port. The port broke after I accidentally dropped it. I tried some quick fixes by soldering the wires for about a year, but the guy at the local computer shop said that it would be too expensive to fix. From Sony, it would have been. Computek replaced the port and cleaned out the fan and it had it finished within 24 hrs. It cost 100.00. To me that is a deal considering that I had only owned this computer for 6 months when I dropped it. Thanks again, I am so happy that I stumbled upon your name for computer repair.
