jenjenjkj: Recently work has been very busy and crazy. I finally had some time off and decided to spend a little extra TLC with the kiddos and as a treat decided to take them to Itty Bitty City. I called right before we left and confirmed they were still open, asked them what time they closed. They mentioned there was 1 kid still playing and I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. They said “ok.” True to my word, we were there in 15 minutes.The lights were on but the doors were locked. I knocked for a while, there was still over an hour left before closing. The employee finally came to the door and said they were closed. I told her that was not true, pointed out the times on the door sign and told her I called 15 minutes prior and told her I was on the way. She then said they were short staffed. I again told her we called earlier and they were ok with us coming. I told her to call her boss. She did, and her boss told her “it would not be profitable to stay open.” I walked away and my kids were crying.I’m frustrated that I took the time out of my schedule, called and confirmed and told them I was coming which they were ok with, and then turned us down at the door. Is this an acceptable business model?

Hannah Sparks: A WONDERFUL place to have a kiddos party! There is a water station, baby play area, interactive light house, bakery, fire station, mail depot and more! 2 party rooms and bathrooms with child and adult toilets. My 4 year old loves it here!

khai mann: Great for rainy days but it's always busy. At points it gets so busy that the toys are strewn everywhere and theres nothing to actually play with. Could use more daytime staff to help pick up. Could also really use more parent seating, were always bumping around in each others way and it just congests the area more. But staff is always friendly, bathrooms are spotless, and the kids have fun.

Lisa Koch: We have visited twice. The first time we had a wonderful experience. March 5, 2023 we visited and had a terrible experience. The rooms were empty and toys were in the middle of the area. Older kids were spraying toddlers with water, pushing toddlers off the platforms for the slides. The women working agreed that the kids from the birthday party was creating and unsafe environment yet they stood at the counter with their backs to the room talking and on their phone. I called the next day since we had no choice but to leave and was told by the manager that their priority is resetting the toys. I was told there is a waiver and we sign it because we take a risk with the other kids. The manager said they have no responsibility to maintaining a safe environment.

misty hunter: Took my family here! Love the place. Really so much to do! The buildings are sturdy and so nicely decorated! Play areas galore are separated so nicely! My youngest two girls and two grandson's did not want to leave! Definitely very busy on a Saturday afternoon in end of February. But we will be back for a midweek session to hopefully get some more enjoyment with fewer roughhousing younguns. Definitely a place for more active imagination play and not running , screaming and wrestling!

Venue was clean and well kept and moderately busy for a Sunday afternoon. Some of the arcade games where in need of maintenance or repair but did not prevent the majority being used. Pricing on arcade seemed higher for some machines compared to other venues. Will return.

ugh dad: This was always an easy 5 star, but what's been going on? They keep cutting back on employees so attractions are frequently down, the 3 free pairs of membership socks expire I guess (we only redeemed 1 bc I was planning on using them as I needed instead of costing resources for the sake of it), and now parents with full membership passes don't get the water now? We've been members for years but now it feels like we're only getting 60% of what we pay for now.

Matthew Stickney: Most of the staff needs to be fired. During our visit they were cussing and breaking all of the park rules. There was no sense of security or safety with this place. One staff member was letting their friend jump over the highest beam in the wipeout zone with little kids no older than 5 in there. This is completely against the rules. Another staff member was throwing water bottles to their friend while on the platform in the warrior zone. This place is completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful towards their visitors. No place to take your kids if you value their safety. After telling the manager about what was happening on the floor all she did was walk out to the floor and then start texting on her phone. K Edmonds: I loved taking my grandson here! Inexpensive and plenty to do! The only downfall was the grown high schoolers who but in front, pay little attention to small children and hog nearly all the obstacles! My family represents 4 major businesses in Branson Missouri and we all feel there should be a specific day or 2 for older kids only!! Shame the older ones aren't enjoying outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, bike riding, skateboarding, Frisbee in the park, many other activities that little ones just aren't ready for or don't have the skills for!! Your business would bloom if a couple days were reserved just for say,,,10 and under!!

They were very accommodating and helped the boys with accounts for some of the games and were readily available to fix any problems quickly. Carli was our party hostess and made it all very easy and enjoyable!

Megan Walker: Our kids became familiar with Conteder eSports by visiting with the OC on a field trip. They immediately came home and said they had to have their birthday party there. We booked early to secure the date. The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Armando Jr Lopez: I came in with my little brother excited to try gaming on a PC and saw this place as a good opportunity to try it out. I don't have accounts set up for the 10 different accounts required to start playing and was told that there were guest accounts on the computers that I could use to start playing right away. This was not true and I spent 90% of our hour and 15 minutes trying to set up. I asked for help and the assistant just stood behind us and barely helped if at all. This experience was supposed to be fun and turned out stressful. If employees aren't willing to help set new people up how can you expect to bring in new customers who aren't experienced with PC? Don't recommend this place if you're new to PC. Otherwise, the facility was clean and it had some good options if I could just start paying them.

Morgan Brown: We had an unexpected internet outage at our office and when we needed a last minute meeting place for a training session, Brett was able to help us out! I knew of this place because of one of my brothers had gone before and loved it. We used one of their back party rooms that they tend to use for birthday parties and group gaming sessions and it worked perfect. The gaming chairs were comfortable, the conference table was a decent size, and there was a TV for us to connect to for sharing our computer screens. We didn’t get to play any games but I will definitely be back to experience it for myself! Thank-you to Brett for the last minute save, and to Elijah for being so accommodating!

The pizza was terrible however, I wouldn't want it to be any other way because That's the way it's supposed to work . For $26 we ended up with 500 tickets which is not a good ROI. But for $26 we did get to play unlimited for a whole 60 minutes.We did end up with some cool Chuck E Cheese stickers and tattoos. All in all it was good for nostalgia's sake and it was awesome to o be the only childless couple in there!!Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar.Kid-friendliness: It's Chuck E Cheese. S Walker: I took my kids here and they really enjoyed it. I decided to book a private party for my daughter’s birthday, so I went online and booked it for the date I wanted. I received a confirmation e-mail, and assumed everything was set. I tried to call a couple days later to confirm but no one answered the phone. A couple weeks later I decided to call to see if I needed to make a deposit and just double check that we were good to go. When I called, the guy who answered the phone had no record of my reservation and said that date/time was already taken. I told him that I had a confirmation e-mail for that date and time and he didn’t seem to care and wasn’t interested in figuring out what happened. The Imaginasium has poor customer service, and apparently a flawed reservation system, and we won’t be returning or recommending.

Saybra Deputy: So I am a mom of two toddlers. I had parties at other locations. Imaginasium was a gem 💎!!! I was able to split my payment! The day before Eric called to confirm the details of my two hour reservation. I explained what decorations I planned to set up. The day of I was greeted by the most amazing person. Keira was fantastic!!!! The support is real! She not only was extremely polite but also help my guest that forgot socks and helped air up balloons 🎈 She cleaned up without even being noticed. There was enough space that our guest from two months old to 12 years all had a blast!!!!

Mysti Brueggemann: Went to a birthday party there. Great place for kids to gather. They have 2 massage chairs for adults but they need a couple of more. The picnic tables SUCK. if you are more then 50pounds you feel like it will break and it will flip if you are the only one left sitting. But the games and toys and inside bouncy house is awesome.
