ugh dad: This was always an easy 5 star, but what's been going on? They keep cutting back on employees so attractions are frequently down, the 3 free pairs of membership socks expire I guess (we only redeemed 1 bc I was planning on using them as I needed instead of costing resources for the sake of it), and now parents with full membership passes don't get the water now? We've been members for years but now it feels like we're only getting 60% of what we pay for now.
Matthew Stickney: Most of the staff needs to be fired. During our visit they were cussing and breaking all of the park rules. There was no sense of security or safety with this place. One staff member was letting their friend jump over the highest beam in the wipeout zone with little kids no older than 5 in there. This is completely against the rules. Another staff member was throwing water bottles to their friend while on the platform in the warrior zone. This place is completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful towards their visitors. No place to take your kids if you value their safety. After telling the manager about what was happening on the floor all she did was walk out to the floor and then start texting on her phone. K Edmonds: I loved taking my grandson here! Inexpensive and plenty to do! The only downfall was the grown high schoolers who but in front, pay little attention to small children and hog nearly all the obstacles! My family represents 4 major businesses in Branson Missouri and we all feel there should be a specific day or 2 for older kids only!! Shame the older ones aren't enjoying outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, bike riding, skateboarding, Frisbee in the park, many other activities that little ones just aren't ready for or don't have the skills for!! Your business would bloom if a couple days were reserved just for say,,,10 and under!!

Now almost every Friday morning they have school buses full of kids or like today it's closed for a private event, even tho the schedule says there's Jumperoo. Will be canceling my membership. So disappointing.*The manager here is great tho, it's just corporate that's the problem.
Sparton 226: Even though I was dropping my child off and not picking him up they demanded that I wear a bracelet. I was very unsure why. They said it was for security reasons which made no sense. Cuz he ended up leaving without us anyway.

Kristen Davis: Stopped in to bowl a game and eat dinner while celebrating our son's 10th birthday! We did the VIB option. PHENOMENAL! This was the first time I've tried this. It's worth every penny. It's so much fun. Especially when having younger, less experienced bowlers. We liked the Angry Birds option the best. We played our hour and then had a great dinner. After we ate, we played a few games and then finished off with a round of laser tag! I've never played before. I had so much fun. I'm 30, and I felt like I was 10 again! We will 110% be back again. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was on point. Vibe was legit. Highly recommend! 11/10

Melissa Escobar: Went here to enjoy some time with my family yesterday and we had a blast! The owner had noticed the pink bracelet my mom was wearing and asked her about it. She has been wearing it since last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She told him about my story and how I beat cancer and wanted to do something special for me and my family and made our experience here a memorable one! I had no idea all this was going on because I was hanging out with my daughter at the arcade! They were very kind and caring and the service was great! Thank you all so so much! Will definitely come here more than once! Plus bowling is always fun ☺️

Hannah Sparks: Great for 2-7 year olds. A big room with 6 large inflatable mazes and bounce houses with a separate section for small kids.

Ralphie Saeed: Very friendly and interactive staff negated the parents who allowed children over 4 into the under 4 only area's access multiple times. Venue was clean and well kept and moderately busy for a Sunday afternoon. Some of the arcade games where in need of maintenance or repair but did not prevent the majority being used. Pricing on arcade seemed higher for some machines compared to other venues. Will return.

Jordan Young: We went as soon as they reopened after their remodel. Super cute toys were added and they painted some of the houses to make them more lifelike. I’m obsessed with the crystal chandelier and hot pink couch.

jenjenjkj: Recently work has been very busy and crazy. I finally had some time off and decided to spend a little extra TLC with the kiddos and as a treat decided to take them to Itty Bitty City. I called right before we left and confirmed they were still open, asked them what time they closed. They mentioned there was 1 kid still playing and I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. They said “ok.” True to my word, we were there in 15 minutes.The lights were on but the doors were locked. I knocked for a while, there was still over an hour left before closing. The employee finally came to the door and said they were closed. I told her that was not true, pointed out the times on the door sign and told her I called 15 minutes prior and told her I was on the way. She then said they were short staffed. I again told her we called earlier and they were ok with us coming. I told her to call her boss. She did, and her boss told her “it would not be profitable to stay open.” I walked away and my kids were crying.I’m frustrated that I took the time out of my schedule, called and confirmed and told them I was coming which they were ok with, and then turned us down at the door. Is this an acceptable business model?
Rebekah Hadlow: I am editing my original review. We came on a weekday and the place was trashed. Staff person sitting at desk watching videos on their phone while not a single exhibit or room was in working order. Not what I expected for $35.

khai mann: Great for rainy days but it's always busy. At points it gets so busy that the toys are strewn everywhere and theres nothing to actually play with. Could use more daytime staff to help pick up. Could also really use more parent seating, were always bumping around in each others way and it just congests the area more. But staff is always friendly, bathrooms are spotless, and the kids have fun.
Lisa Koch: We have visited twice. The first time we had a wonderful experience. March 5, 2023 we visited and had a terrible experience. The rooms were empty and toys were in the middle of the area. Older kids were spraying toddlers with water, pushing toddlers off the platforms for the slides. The women working agreed that the kids from the birthday party was creating and unsafe environment yet they stood at the counter with their backs to the room talking and on their phone. I called the next day since we had no choice but to leave and was told by the manager that their priority is resetting the toys. I was told there is a waiver and we sign it because we take a risk with the other kids. The manager said they have no responsibility to maintaining a safe environment.

misty hunter: Took my family here! Love the place. Really so much to do! The buildings are sturdy and so nicely decorated! Play areas galore are separated so nicely! My youngest two girls and two grandson's did not want to leave! Definitely very busy on a Saturday afternoon in end of February. But we will be back for a midweek session to hopefully get some more enjoyment with fewer roughhousing younguns. Definitely a place for more active imagination play and not running , screaming and wrestling!

Jessica Brunsman: I was really excited for this and quite honestly really let down by the entire experience. I agree with other commends that it is overpriced for what you get. We did the Date Night package and got a few pieces of glassware and plates. There were also previously smashed electronics, I think a TV and a couple sheets of metal. I felt like we smashed everything pretty quickly and ended up trying to resmash "our" items and went over the corner pile of previously smashes things just to try and get some kind of money's worth... I was also really excited to look at/purchase the footage like it said you could on the website but the guy at the desk told me I should have said something before the session. I get that could have been my bad, but also the website didn't mention anything about needing to request it in advance, just that you could purchase it AFTER your session. They also just kinda played whatever music, in our case it seemed to be 00's rap/club music which I enjoy listening to...just maybe not in a "rage" room. Staff really didnt offer much information or seem to care besides playing on their phones. Overall just left pretty disappointed by the overall experience that I had been very excited for. Would not recommend.**also I did not feel like the pictures online matched what we saw in person.

Erin Hudson: Do not go - overpriced (for what you get) and underwhelming. Seriously, this was just a joke. We went for the 25 minute package and got about 20 booze bottles and glassware and some previously smashed electronics (maybe? Random metal pieces really). Smashed everything in about 10 minutes without even trying.And the place was filthy - like disgusting even for a place where the point is to break things. There was broken glass everywhere…in the lobby, halls, piled in the rooms (you have to put on coveralls in a hallway with broken glass, so hope you don’t need to remove your shoes). Half of the room itself was filled with broken glass from previous visitors (they don’t clean after each use, maybe one every 2 months)…so you couldn’t even move in the room without stepping into the pile.
