Meena H: Got a great price through Google's built in travel feature. This rooms was much cleaner and nicer than some others that cost twice as much. All the bases covered nicely. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable. Only possible gripe might be the unfortunate water pressure in the toilet.Rooms: Sink is in room, but a door separates the room from the shower and bathroom. The bathroom area is a bit narrow. Room had a fridge, drawers, armoire, and desk.Nearby activities: Pretty close to several restaurants and a downtown areaFood & drinks: Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, and pancake maker were available for breakfast

Campus Inn: what do users think?
CurvyGirlFam Travels: Pros:If you need a room, it's a cheap one, and is always a slight upgrade from sleeping in your truck. Gated parking lot to keep out anyone that may want to mess with your vehicle. The staff is always super nice and helpful, and the cafe has great food. Pet friendly for only $5 extra per night, always a big plus.Cons:Rooms definitely need updating. They're clean and secure, all interior facing doors, but something about the place still has that shady small town motel vibe that everyone knows is where various "transactions" occur. 😅
maurice ware: I was unfairly accused of doing things that did not happen. Also gave accommodations to truckers who were already employed. I drove myself and was given a difficult time about protecting my vehicle.Nearby activities: Actual prime facility located a few miles away and used small shuttle buses to transport students.Noteworthy details: Eat there or eat at actual prime building. Students received and used simulator that didn't seemed outdated. Prime main building used hand on training.
A. Markland: 3/5: This is exclusively for truck driving school lodging only!4/5 Woman that answered the phone was very courteous and polite when letting me know that was the case.Service: 4/5 …More
David Graham: I think Campus Inn is in a great location, it's friendly and convenient. However, the rooms are dated and smell. No windows open and the entertainment is lacking. The laundry facilities are constantly overcrowded and equipment is down.On a very positive note, housekeeping is 5Star.Safety: I'm not worried about safety.

Culture Boutique Hotel: what do users think?
Emily Pelz: Dare I say this is a hidden gem in Springfield (despite its obvious existing fan base!). We used to live in Springfield and were back visiting for a wedding this weekend, and really felt like we lucked out staying in the Jaipur Room. The price really cannot be beat, the location is great (and nostalgic for me, having spent my first few months in Springfield living on C Street), and our room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Justin and the entire team at Culture were accommodating of our needs (like late check-in) and helped us get situated by answering questions, etc. We loved having Eurasia's wonderful coffee and food right downstairs. We will definitely be back!
Steve Gibson: Cool and unique. Big rooms. Very clean. The attached coffee house has delicious food and great coffeeRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Adam Calkins: Room was unique and huge! Had a really awesome vibe to it. Clean as well! Anytime I come back, I will be staying here!
Vandala Dalbec: Loved this place! It is so rustic and cool. Not the usual hotel vibe which I loved. The room we stayed in had a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and "bedroom". Located right on a main street so lots of shops to explore. The parking was a little confusing but nothing unmanageable. Got a little heeby jeebys at night, so it may or may not be a little haunted, but I would 10/10 stay again.
adventures with FLY Frances Youngblood: What a beautiful place for a special event.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jared England: I needed a room near downtown. As I perused the usual suspects, the Boutique Hotel showed up with equal if not lower pricing. So I took a chanceI stayed in the Jainpur Room. It is a handicap accessible room, but that changes nothing for me and my stay. The building is old, late 19th century, I believe. The renovations are very nice resulting in a very relaxing, quaint environment. Bed comfortable, room clean, delicious pour over artisanal coffee in the room for when you wake up. A very spacious room, very large bathroom with an extra reading space. The street appears to be a newly renovated area of a neighborhood that has seen better days, but they have done a great job attempting to bring life back with about half of the buildings occupied.Bring your own late night snacks, check-in after 5 is via text message, but it worked out just fine. When I come back, I'm bringing my wife. She's gonna love it.
Kyle James: My girlfriend and I loved this place! Plenty of places for food and drinks are within easy walking distance. The room itself was absolutely amazing! The breakfast at the coffeeshop is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christian Crutchfield: Awesome unique hotel with a great mission! The themed rooms are very cool. The only hotel I've been to with coffee in the room that's actually good! It's also very nice having a coffee shop downstairs. Their espresso is top notch and the baristas are very skilled. Great company doing great things. Would very much recommend!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Karen: Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was really spacious and unique. I was worried it would be noisy because it faced the street, but it was fine (and I’m a light sleeper). The coffee shop is also awesome!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Caitlin Lee: This place was so unique and beautiful! The room we stayed in had beautiful decor and custom design, I loved how a lot of the decor was from their travels. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! The coffee shop below was so nice and convenient. Highly recommend you stay here you will enjoy it if you was a cute, unique cozy getaway in a good location downtown!
Maylee Stewart: Oh my goodness, what a cozy and comfortable property! They bring the city to life with the decor, but remain loyal to the quiet and stillness of the Ozarks. A wonderfully situated café just underneath the property rooms leaves one feeling invigorated and ready to seize the day. I would highly invite anyone traveling in the area to visit.
Lacey King: The most charming place! What a great experience! We are so happy to have found that gem. The remodel of an old 1800s building provides a rich history with modern amenities. Our stay was in the St. Petersburg room. The bed was incredibly comfy. The little heater provided plenty of heat. As a heads up, there is a train that rides through the night and does get nosy but, it adds to the experience in my personal opinion. As one reviewer mentioned, it’s a nice white noise as you sleep. Definitely recommend this spot!
Lindsay Blum: We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Jaipur Room at Culture Boutique Hotel. The room is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Special touches like the coffee and pour over kit, welcome/information booklet, and curated décor specific to the Jaipur region made our stay so cozy. Culture Boutique Hotel will be the first place I look to book anytime I'm in Springfield. Thank you for the perfect stay!
Kelley Humbard: Such a fun place to stay. Food was great too!
Taura Kindrick: Oh my gosh I loved every bit of my stay here! We took a long weekend stay here this past week and everything was incredible. The parking was easy, the location was so convenient, the room was stunning, and the cafe on the main floor was wonderful! We stayed in the Pokhara room and it was so clean and luxurious! Really enjoyed the stay. No complaints! I’d also recommend trying the rose water latte from the cafe.Truly incredible experience! Very happy with everything.
Evan Queen: Fantastic rooms. Very spacious with an upscale apartment feel. Tall ceilings, soft beds and very clean. A cafe with healthy food combined in the same building. Great location within short walking distance to restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lorrie Weber: I loved my stay at Culture Boutique Hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and I loved the exposed brick. The bed and linens were dreamy. The coffee in the room is from the Eurasia Coffee Co attached to the hotel and it is very good. Spent time sitting in the coffee shop surfing the internet. I wish I started my trip staying here. Will stay again if I return to MO.
andy haun: I'll be a little generous with the 5 stars - there are a few things that aren't worth 5 such as the minimal window coverings and skylight that means when it is daylight your room is bright. But the restored 1880 rooms are large, fashionably minimal with reclaimed wood features, and comfortable. The C-Street historic district has many good, walkable places to eat & drink, though be careful on Mondays, only a couple are open. The Eurasia Coffee Shop on the first floor served an excellent breakfast wrap. Hopefully they'll fix the few minuses - the big picture things are very well done.
Cindy Moore: Looking for a unique and beautiful place to stay in Springfield, MO? This is it! Culture Boutique Hotel offers six spacious rooms, themed around cities in Eurasia, in a converted 1880s building. I stayed in the Tallinn Estonia Suite. Each suite features a kitchenette, sitting area and super comfy king sized beds plus roomy bathrooms. All suites are decorated with art and decor from the cities whose names they bear.On the first floor enjoy the Eurasia Coffee Co. The conveniently located cafe serves coffee, tea, drinks, smoothies, bakery items and breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.I loved my weekend stay here. The hotel is perfectly situated on Historic C Street in Springfield. It’s easy to walk to a variety of interesting shops and restaurants in a six block area.
Brian and Kim Schellhorn: Super cute and trendy hotel. Beds were very comfortable.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Comfort Inn & Suites Springfield I-44: what do users think?
Saad Lemouchi: Hot tub and the pool not working ::::(((((Also the room smells like old milk 😏I will not book this place again for sure
Patrick Lee: I have always had a wonderful experience staying here but this time they have some reject that sure acted like he was on something saying he is the maintenance guy running around in nothing but shorts confronting customers in the parking lotIf this is the kind of people the owner has around here i guess this is my lat time to stay here
Cassi Coger: Moldy shower head, severe disrepair - they haven't updated in decades Located just beside a pot shop plus several weekly rate hotels. So sketch. Monitor at the front desk showing cameras watching everything - sticker on the front door from Springfield police warning you to ensure you locked your vehicle. Nope! Not for me and my fam.
gwemtp: No pool..been down for a long time. Don't recommend staying here if you want to swim. Otherwise no issues.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Regina Smith: Room was clean and staff is courteous.

william owens: Whoever cleans our room did a fantastic job. In today's world everyone has about the same to offer ..you need to set your business apart from the rest. I noticed that everything was nice and clean..EVEN the corners of the room.. and under the mattress and the filters in the air conditioner. Good detail. Thanks for caring for our health and well being. Rest of staff very considerate, helpful, and cheerful.Safety: Card entrance only at other doors and cleanliness. Truck parking in rear lot but not enough room for tractor and trailer. Bobtail good or straight truck.Walkability: Close to restaurants and gas station.. Even a Walmart within walking distanceNoteworthy details: Truck parking but not tractor and trailer. Straight truck or bobtail good. Guest laundry available.
Cassidy Weathers: I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. I have never had an issue with the staff, my room, or breakfast. The check-in process is always quick. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always tasty. And the location is really convenient from the Interstate, a Walmart, and various restaurants. The parking lot is a little odd, similar to an "L" shape, but I haven't had issues finding parking or leaving the parking lot. My friend and I just stayed here and she claimed the pool was cold and wasn't really heated, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Also, as a housekeeper at a different Comfort Inn, I would recommend this hotel.
Toni Hocevar: Great clean place to stay. Staff is wonderfulRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Alexa Hacker: The building is older & decor a little outdated but we will absolutely return due to the cleanliness of our room, friendly staff, and very satisfying breakfast. Breakfast is served 6:30-10. We made our way down at 9:15 to the staff refilling hot food (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage links, biscuits & gravy). They also have machines to make waffles & pancakes (try the strawberry batter!). Other options were chobani yogurt, bagels/toast, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit.A soak in the hot tub would've been a cherry on top but they informed us before reservation that it was not working.Rooms: I had booked a double queen room (only because it was cheaper). Upon entering our room, I was happily surprised they had given us a King. We didnt pull out the sofa bed but the room seemed spacious enough. Impressed not to find a cob web, hair, or dirty corner in our room or bathroom. Only dislike was the odd-shaped, smaller bathroom. Difficult to close the door without stepping in to the shower but it could have just been the way our specific room (#370) was built.
Beth Sherlock: What a delightful stay!! Location for what we needed couldn't have been better, service was awesome, room was very clean and in good repair! Maintenance man was delightful and timely when the treadmill needed tweeked and the outside door key reader wouldn't work. Housekeeping was friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Choice Hotels!Rooms: Room was very comfy. Temperature in the room was awesome!Safety: The area felt safe. We walked to restaurants in the area.
Richard Blair: Easy on and off the highwayRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gary Tate: Get their 2 queen bedRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Debajit Das: We stayed for a night while traveling to NM. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The hot breakfast was really good with lot of options.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Molly Anderson: The front desk lady Amber Lee was the rudest person I have ever met. I typically like to leave positive reviews but I was after how she treated us in person and later when I had to call, I was flabbergasted that Comfort Inn had hired her to be the first person guests see. Otherwise the rooms were nice but the pool was not working during our stay.
Angela Turner: The building is very old and in need of some remodel. Their pool was not working, so they had a neighboring hotel let us swim there, which means driving there in swim clothes or packing up everything to change there. Very inconvenient!Card keys were not working consistently, and other guests concurred to this as they banged on the side doors waving their card keys at passers-by to get help.It was 30 degrees outside. However, the floor they put is on was SWELTERING! Our room unit was on low heat at our arrival, I switched it to fan, then in a few minutes when it was still way too hot, I turned the AC on low.Again, upgrades are needed so that you can set the thermostat, not guess if fan or low or high is needed. Just put in the number that makes you most comfortable. Then, in the middle of the night, it turned off suddenly, and within an hour, the room was stuffy again. I will never return to this hotel.Nearby activities: Several restaurants are nearby. It's easy to find from 44, but the traffic noise can get annoying with it being that close!
David Stevens: Really nice and close to the airport.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Patty Goss: We travel for a living and I've never had as much trouble with a front desk as I did with this front desk. The room was booked with our hotel points, went to check in, they didn't show that. So I paid with my card. My account was double charged and all the way up to the GM said it was a banking error. The front desk clerk and on site manager were rude. I wouldn't recommend staying in this location. As I said before, I've never had anything like this happen... at any hotel.Rooms: The rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom door doesn't shut but we worked with it.

Robert Bickel: If you are a parent of an 18 month old, view this!We wanted to take a little vacation but with a small child, we didn’t want to go too terribly far. We decided to go to Springfield and found the Oasis through different hotel searches. We’re glad we found it and stayed there! The front desk staff were pleasant, nice, and so helpful. The location was great! North Springfield gets a bad rap for no reason. We ran into no problems, the hotel is gated, and beautifully maintained. For the 18 month olds, the splash pad they have was the perfect size! Your little one will be so excited to splash in it and never want to get out.Room was a great size, the bathroom was updated, beds comfy, and AC worked great. We stayed two nights and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend to families that may have little ones or even big ones because the pool is a great size too! Thanks so much!

Ayanna Black: I tried booking with them and was told that they don’t use Apple Pay and wouldn’t take my card information by reading it. And then she hung up on me for asking more questions. Not the greatest customer service for someone looking for a room for one night with a 2 year old.
Nikko Skaggs: A very beautiful hotel!Well maintainedThe staff is super friendly!Easy to find everything.Rooms: The rooms are super nice and clean!Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants near by

Hotel Vandivort: what do users think?
David: My Keurig coffee maker did not work and the girl at the front desk said they don’t make coffee until 9am. For over $300 a night and they have 2 Restaurants they serve breakfast you would think she could have been a bit more accommodating. On top of that there was a bar right outside of our bedroom window that people were loudly roaring motorcycles until late at night. I will never stay here again and plan to repost this on my professional LinkedIn account.
Bob King: Rooms: Room was well designed, but had not been effectively cleaned before our arrival.Nearby activities: Hotel was an easy drive to the Great Southern Bank arena.
Clay Lucas: The ac sucks. Thermostat is locked in the middle of summer. If you're going to pay this much for a room they should let you control the temp. Over $200 for a basic room and they'll try to save money not letting you use the ac.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Chris Hodges: Well branded, clean and beautiful atmosphere. It cost ~$25 more than the Hilton on the other side of town (near the Walmart) and is 20x nicer with a significantly better location. Unfortunately, no breakfast but the lounge and bar are beautiful and professional. Top notch.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Emily Woodall: A must-see! Famous Masonic hall turned historic hotel
Breni Thomas: Room service was handled by Gill and August. August at the front desk, very friendly and professional, saw a guest being rude to her and she handled it very well and professional. Made it very easy for me and my doggo.Gill came in with my food room service. My dog barked at her as he is a guard dog/still puppy. She handled it very well, very understanding as to why he was reacting that way, as soon as I let him meet her, they were best friends. Definitely an asset to a dog friendly hotel.I was a petite female solo traveler, and this place made me feel safe and comfortable. They had a small dog patch RIGHT outside the hotel, made me feel comfortable taking my puppy out at any hours.Overall nice hotel design, not so great views, but the layout covers for it. Definitely will stay here again.

Danielle Grimm: Worst experience that I have ever endured! The Valet mysteriously lost one of our bags. Of course, he denied and the staff also denied. Not to mention that the staff was very rude and unaccountable. We were in from out of town for a wedding and due to the lack of responsibility on the Valet's part, we were unable to enjoy a special time. Whether the Valet misplaced our bag, left it on the street or kept for himself, is unknown. But the Hotel has shown absolutely no accountability, fault or responsibility! We did not stay. Was told by front desk that we would not be charged for room. Guess what? We were! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Unprofessional and shady is all I can say!

Linda SnyderPatterson: Everything was wonderful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. We were in town for the funeral of a family member. The only downside was that the bed was too “fluffy” (for lack of a better word). Our mattress at home is firm and we both woke up with headaches both mornings. However, the service, cleanliness, and staff were above and beyond most places we’ve stayed in the past. Please take this as an “Excellent” review of your care and service. We had a bed to sleep in and no harm was done. We will come back if we’re in the area again.
Stevie Salyer: We came to rescue our daughter and had an angel on the other end helping me and her. My angels name is Melanie! She went above and beyond. The staff were amazing! Brandon Kayla and Angie were funny and pleasant and very upbeat! I really can’t say enough about them. They are all my angels and I loved the hotel! You don’t know how much you touched our lives and what you did for us!

Jon M: Just read through the reviews - terrible responses from the owner. Is it appropriate to say things like wanting to charge a customer 3 times for their inconvenience? Take a moment to self reflect.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Amy Moyer: This is a horrible place. I give them zero stars!!!! When complaining to the front desk I was told that they were going to throw me out and call security. I paid for 3 of their over priced rooms. My specific room the shower had mold, the hand held spray didn’t work, our room was dirty, the ac unit was filthy and there were unexposed wires underneath it, the hall way carpet was disgusting! Our teens room they had spilt some soda on the bed spread, I can take ownership of that but they tried to say there’s was a shelf taken off the wall. They proceeded to charged me $200. Which they would only show me pictures and not let me view the room. I as well as my adult son before checking out, went in the room to make sure nothing had been left behind and the shelf was fine. I think from reading the reviews, they just rip ppl off. I should have inspected the other two rooms, positive they would be the same!!! I highly recommend no one pay their outrageous prices for this place!
Tom Simmons: Live roaches, medium size, which indicates infestation. GM AND OWNER DO NOT CARE TO HANDLE BUSINESS PROPERLY, JUST LOOK AT EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW RESPONSE AND IT IS 100% EVIDENTRooms: Live roaches were in my room. I got followed out to my car by a hotel worker (Preston?) To tell me our hotel has never had roaches, so if you brought them with you, then you might want to clean yourself up..Noteworthy details: I softly complained about roaches. Could have made a bigger deal about it but I try to respect the customer service industry and ones involved. They threatened to call security and the police... All I wanted was some comfortability and maybe a little compassion while working with customers.
Nikko Skaggs: Very nice hotel!Super clean and friendly staff!Rooms: Very fresh and clean!Food & drinks: The cool thing here is, there's a very delicious restaurant connected to the hotel, so you really don't have to worry about the food situation! If you didn't want to leave your hotel!
Jacey Thomas: Loved this placewas very clean, and modern.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, High-tech …More
Steve Jones: If I could post zero stars I would. Charged 5 times for a one night stay for business. Not pre authorizations, but charges. I used my business credit card online for one night stay-for work purposes . It was pre authorized, and once at the hotel my credit card was charged three times after being told to swipe twice for incidentals. Come to find out my debit card on file for personal use was charge twice. So there was a total of 5 charges for a one night stay. Almost two weeks later and my credit card has taken care of the charges on their end. But the charges to my debit card which was not used or swiped (just on file) are still there. Tried to contact the manager but for the last two weeks “his back has been throw out”. I contacted Best Western directly and they tellme that they don’t have access and the property is liable. The so called manager won’t return my calls and every time I have tried to contact him during business hours “his back is thrown out”. Worst customer service ever, do not recommend, and now contacting local authorities.
SANDRA CARAWAY: Great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Betime Begzati: My stay at this hotel was far from ideal due to a number of issues that significantly impacted my experience.Firstly, the room size was shockingly small. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, and there was hardly enough space to move around comfortably. This was disappointing, considering the amount of money we spent on the room.Secondly, the thin walls in the hotel were a major issue. I could hear every noise and conversation from the neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax. This lack of soundproofing was unacceptable and contributed to the overall discomfort of my stay.Thirdly, the frequent and disruptive alarms that would go off randomly throughout the night in our room, without having been set by us. This was an unexpected and frustrating disturbance, as it interrupted our sleep and made it difficult to feel rested the next day.Lastly, the customer service was terrible, with a front desk woman named Emily being particularly rude and unhelpful. She interrupted my personal conversation, which was highly unprofessional and unwelcome. Additionally, the hotel took no effort in compensating us for our discomfort, which was a significant letdown.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room size was too small, the walls too thin, and the alarms too frequent, making for an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. The terrible customer service and lack of compensation for our discomfort only added to the disappointment. It is disappointing that the hotel did not take any action to address these issues or make an effort to improve our experience. To address the owner's response: After my reservation was canceled due to the local's policy, the other person in my party booked the reservation, and I stayed the night as a guest under their booking. This did not happen in a span of eight minutes.
Trishelle Ogran: Our engagement weekend the staff, especially Shelby, was all in on decorating our room in rose petals and keeping the big day a secret from me. They are an incredible group of people. That night I ended up breaking my foot and they accommodated in every way possible to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Between the staff, the clean facility and the beautiful modern building and rooms it’s the perfect little getaway!
Shelly To: Nice hotel off glenstone if you need to stay in Springfield. Rooms are beautiful. Staff was awesome and even the owner was working behind the bar. Would recommend to others.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center: what do users think?
Hailey Roach: Upon arrival, we were given keys to a room that was not clean yet. The cleaning staff member was not professional and when we opened the door to the room she frightened us. We waited for this person to talk to a manager and then were sent back to the front desk to receive keys for a different room. We were traveling with an infant and this was frustrating as we lost out on time for her to nap before we had to go out again. They upgraded our room but the quality of the room was poor and many parts were damaged or in very rough shape. Not worth the price, even in an upgraded room. Facility just seems not well maintained.Rooms: Not well maintained
Rea Rea: The Bed was comfortable and clean also good shower pressureRooms: Outdated and not well maintained. Popcorn curling dirty carpet old with stains ,smoking odor in room, furniture intact with wear dirt, all doors chipped and dinged,, if it was a super cheap room or discounted do to how condition but it wasn't it was $150 and that was with a late check in discount, as I said above bed was clean and comfortable but disappointed in the condition and overall feel of room sorry
linda fielderbey: The couch arm was dirty. House keeping should have cleaned the couch prior to allowing another guest. It made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned, 🤔Nearby activities: Other restaurants are minutes away.
Stephine Henry: Walk in thinking this place is going to be so nice , guess they put more work into the lobby where people don’t even stay than into the rooms, carpets nasty, curtains are nasty, chairs look like they’ve been in there for about 400 years and theres 1 plug in to plug things into in the entire room. The air conditioner was terrible not to mention. 132$ for one night and when asked why she couldn’t tell me anything for the extra 34$ for one room after i was told it would be 98$ and when i got there after they said i could check in at 2, with an infant they told me my room wasn’t ready and gave a 2 bed. with that being said i’ve never wrote a poor review on any hotel but i’m very upset about this experience. Could’ve just got a nice airbnb for the price of this place.
Magen: I love staying here! Great customer service.Rooms: Needs upgraded that's all I can say negative..Walkability: Downtown all kinds of fun stuff to do
Wayne Key: Nice hotel, might be my stay of choice from now on when I'm in town for the Ozarks classics..Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Anthony Franklin: The check-in: the check-in was a bit mixed. We arrived a little after 3 p.m. and we were told that the housekeeping staff had yet to clear our room. Which we made the best of it. By going to a CVS (just around the corner). When we returned, it was as smooth as can be.The rooms: we got the executive suite. Which was nicely appointed and was pretty standard. Having our grandkids along the separate room was great. The amenities: we used both the exercise room and both pools since the weather was nice. The exercise room was crowded (Saturday night- go figure) the indoor pool was really fun. It's 3 to 5.5 feet deep. And since we had the whole pool to ourselves, it was great; everyone else was in the outdoor pool. The service: we needed extra pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa. They had everything to us without any delays. The location: it's centrally located, and everything is within several blocks for us. We have been to Springfield several times, and we really enjoyed this place most so far.Rooms: Our room fit our needs perfectly.Food & drinks: We had pizza, which was less than 2 miles. We missed the buffet since we had to be in Joplin by 7:30. They also have a happy hour from 4-6 pm.Noteworthy details: Having two pools is nice.
Sheri Grote: Wonderful atmosphere. I am from Masonic family, so I really enjoyed and connected to the symbolism and historical references in the decor. The rooms and service were amazing.Rooms: Elegant and trendy decor. The blackout shades and all inclusive light switches really helped settle in at night.Nearby activities: Art culture was wonderful, amazing food and rooftop bar close by.Walkability: Very close to conference location, evening dining and events.
Nita Heft: Rooms are old, and the parking lot is not well lit.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
ben: Looks decent once you walk in but the rooms weren't the beat as far as stains in the carpet, shower area cracked n caulked over, outlets need updated along with the lights. For the money the place is making they don't put it back in the rooms.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Chris Yunick: Really nice location. Quiet. Easy to access food sites. We were there for a 4-day meeting. The wait staff was excellent!Rooms: Clean and fairly comfortable. Some loud crash would occur when the air conditioning came on. No housekeeping until after 3 days. Need to get fresh towels and coffee at front desk. But well-mannered staff.
Paul Burns: If you are worried about getting a sunburn while outside at the pool no worries because that outside pool is not available but the indoor pool is.
Mitch Ridout: Family came to see daughter's graduation. Lobby is incredible. Great service. Clean rooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Springfield: what do users think?
Summer Daniels: The rooms are amazing everything from comfort to style. The staff is great they really go out of their way to make sure that your comfortable during your stay. The breakfast has many options each morning it's a great place to stay 5 out of 5 stars for sure.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Teh01: Overall wasn’t bad. Room was spacious and convenient location to activities. Water pressure is absolutely terrible. If you have long and/or thick hair, don’t plan on washing it here. You’ll never get all the shampoo out and will be itching. My kids couldn’t take a bath cause tub stopper apparently didn’t work properly. They were accommodating when the a/c and thermostat weren’t working in one of the rooms. The front desk clerk came up within minutes and fixed the unit so we could use it, but the thermostat remained unusable. We had requested early check in but apparently that doesn’t mean much because they clean the rooms in whatever order they wish rather than cleaning the rooms of people that requested early check in first. They were able to get us in about 45 minutes early by us opting for a different room than originally planned. All and all I think they were just recovering from a very busy day before (completely full) when it came to the early check in thing. I would stay again if it wasn’t for the water pressure. Just didn’t feel fresh after a shower there which stinks.
Jannice Schamel: Feel organized. Stay close to Mercy hospital. Clean, friendly staff, full fridge and kitchen set up.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steph B: Nice hotel. Great location.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Truth Teller: Dirtiest hotel I have ever seen! Horrible staff and disgusting room!!!!
Jennifer Gromada: The location rating is low because it's next to the hospital, so there's helicopter and ambulance siren activity all night. The bed was comfortable, and room temperature control was wonderful. Unfortunately, the bedroom tv stopped working 2nd day of 3 nights. They were unable to fix it but offered to move me. I stayed, not a huge deal.I had requested extra towels prior to check-in, but they were not provided. Service issue, but otherwise, everything else was in order.Loved having a coffee maker, although with the breakfast downstairs, there wasn't much of a need for one.The folks working at the breakfast bar were all very nice and helpful when people came down. It was nice to see/hear it.The night gal could have been a smidgen nicer. With the tv issue, I asked if she could try and explain some trouble shooting over the phone, and she said no, she'd have to come into my room, which I was trying to avoid. Turns out during COVID they had to explain lots over the phone due to not have personal contact. Just wish it could have been handled better.I wouldn't stay again simply because of the sirens and helicopter noise at night.
Mark Mulone: Worst breakfast options possible Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Rachel Jones: Overall a pretty good hotel. I would say don't plan on the hotel restaurant for your dinner though and don't book this hotel for that reason only if you're planning a quick dinner experience after a long day. They only have pizza which is disappointing when they advertise as a fancy restaurant with a seasonal menu created by a chef. They also don't really do room service. Just telling you if you're a food person like me, so you don't end up on an hour long food quest in Springfield like I did. I did at least really like the bartender lady, though, and she made a strong drink! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Overall a good stay. Didn't feel unsafe in the parking area although other people experienced issues.Rooms: I really liked the lap desk included in the room!Food & drinks: Your restaurant is false advertising. Having pizza only is disappointing when it's marketed as a seasonal restaurant from a chef. I might not have booked this hotel if I had known.
Reggie Poussard Jr: We enjoyed our stay here so much that we decided to stay an extra night to enjoy the area a bit more. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the facility was very clean.Thank youRooms: The room was huge, and we were able to close off the master bedroom for privacy.
Abd Ala: Awful housekeeping serviceFilthy hotelAlso inspite of repeated asking, they may clean the rooms every 3 daysIf i wasnt desperate coming to the hospital next door,Id never step foot in this awfully run hotelHire more housekeeping staff n clean the rooms at least every other day
Lee Turner: This is a nice hotel. I love that they have 2 bedroom suites. The rooms are so quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here. Always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. We will stay here everytime we are in town. Keep up the great work TownePlace!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
