J Mac: I purchased Chanel perfume from the Chanel counter and it had no fragrance after a few minutes of applying it. I called Chanel directly and found out Dillard's is not a recognized or authorized dealer of the Chanel brand. I can't believe a large company like this can get away with this. I will never purchase there again.
Ryan & Miranda Collins: Hours on your website are incorrect, fried to come and shop w different weekends but you don't open till the afternoon. Every other anchor store opens at 10 at least. It's not hard to understand why a store is struggling when it's never open.

michelle holder: When shopping for shoes for my 87 year old mother it’s important to be able to relate to the sales person. We really appreciate the Middle Aged blond lady ( I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name) but she has been there since 2011. She not only knows how to direct the shoes needs you explain you have, but takes you to them and tells you I why they work well for others. Proper training is important especially when dealing with customers who have been coming many years. We prefer a women sales person to help us select women wear.

Sherry OBrien: I ordered 2 twin blankets. They were delivered to a store across the country from where I am. It took me contacting them 4 times. They only refunded me half of what I paid. No one is responding to my request for the rest of my money. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not shop there since they literally stole my money.

Richard Rodriguez: Workers need to make sure they take off all security tags. When they don't, it holds up the line and makes people think that you're stealing something. Wasn't a very pleasant visit with my grandpa. As he almost got to the car the guy came out and said for him to come back in so he could take the security device off. So I took the stuff in for grandpa since he's hunched over and can barely walk.

Although there could be more attentiveness to the try ons because fresh strawberry cleanser was filled with product on the lid, most try ons are extremely well kept :)

As someone who's worked in the mall for years, the Employees at Sephora are the most snotty, invasive workers. Makes the entire shopping experience annoying and unnerving.

My husband went by there to pick up my makeup (he is a kind soul) they very curtly tried to tell him that one other version of my brand was the same and it would be perfect for me (it was original vs matte, and sorry, I know what I need friend) and then RUDELY told him that they don't carry it anymore. This is NOT the first time I have had issues with your employees. There are times that they are very sweet, but there are others there that are condescending for no reason. It's makeup, people. Get off your high horse. You are working RETAIL which means you'd better be nice to your customers or they will go elsewhere and your store WILL shut down. I will be going to ULTA from now on. You are in the MALL WHICH IS DYING. Try a little harder.

I was standing behind for a short while, looking for a specific product and when she realized I was there, she apologized for being in my way! She asked what item I was looking for and she helped me find it. She was genuine in her questioning for why I was interested in that specific one. She brought me to another similar product that may be better for my situation. When discussing the benefits each one has, a question came up that she didn’t feel comfortable answering because she wasn’t 100% sure that the answer was correct. So she went out of her way to find someone who could give a definite answer. She then brought me a few other products to look into as well.I felt very welcomed by her and like she actually cared about me and my skin. I’m fairly new to skin care and I feel like not only did I find a product I think may fall in love with, I feel like I left the store with more confidence in my future purchases.

Olivia Portis: I’ve never written a review on here, but this experience was god awful. my friend and I came in 15 minutes before close, and one of the workers was so nice telling us how much time we had left before close. We told her we would be out of there by close for sure. We were looking around and about 5 minutes later a blonde lady (that works there) in a gray pullover came over with the nastiest attitude telling us they closed soon, giving the impression we should leave right then and there. I’ve never been talked to like that and I even work in customer service, so I thought making a review was only right. Im not sure what her issue was but it’s definitely deep within.

james micheal: My daughter used a $100 prepaid card there on December 28th 2022. She spent about $53 at this store. She bought herself stuff she had been wanting and was very proud to be able to do it herself.She hasn’t used her card since, but today ,January 7, she called to check her balance today and it was zero. The remaining balance had been used to buy dog clothes. We don’t have a dog.I called to let them know that I assumed someone somewhere in their chain had kept the number of the card, but the manager was unhelpful and somewhat rude when I called.Good luck if you choose to shop here. From what I’ve seen and read online it’s a fairly normal occurrence for people to have their card numbers stolen when they’re used at Ulta.

My hair was supposed to be black roots and platinum hair. April the salon manager,You should be ashamed for not honoring the mistake that you said you would take care of. Sorry I can’t recommend your salon and I will be spreading the photo and message across all my social media. I also had to get a haircut because of how fried my hair was. And now my hair is very short!

Breanna Brewer: If I could rate this location a zero star I would. I have been loyal to ulta well over 10 years now. I came into their salon for a multi tone color. A touch up on my roots and caramel lowlights at the bottom. I had multiple services done to my hair I wasn’t discussed with prior and looks nothing like what I wanted. The stylist was rushing the entire time and got dye all over me, my shirt and my glasses ruining them. The services were over $200 and when I called to speak to their “manager” she has the worst attitude and customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. According to other reviews this is not their first time with this issue. I will NEVER return to ulta again and will make sure to let everyone know the poor quality and customer service of this location.
Olivia Rose: Usually I find my experience to be very pleasant at Ulta. Today someone asked if I needed help and I mentioned a particular type of product I was looking for. I was holding a couple of other products in my hands which I had researched and spent hours listening to estheticians and dermatologists about. I am always nervous to try new things and to put things on my skin, so I had been cautious and read up. This person told me that they were more used to high end products and that the $10 products I was holding are bad for my skin. They said the “esthy” in them was screaming inside but that some people are on a budget. I kept quiet and let her bring me a $50 product she thought would be better. I didn’t buy it because I hadn’t researched it yet and was not prepared to spend $50 on one item today. I am comfortable with what research I do and with my sources, but I do hate to think of others on a budget like myself, or even people unsure of what products to buy being belittled that way. It was uncomfortable. It won’t stop me from purchasing, and maybe it was just a bad day. I will think twice before asking for help.

(I recently had surgery and don’t care what I look like at the moment) I went to IT cosmetics and looked, and looked and looked. Your esthetician staff was to busy doing their own makeup to even say hello. I left and purchased nothing even though I had every intention to spend $100+/-.I regularly shop in sweats and t shirts. There is nothing more that I hate than staff ignoring me because I don’t look the type that day. PS: I have my cosmetology license.

TWOINTENTIONS INTENTION: New in town and figured that I would give Ulta's stylist a go as I hear they do a great job.Was quoted $95 over the phone for an all over color. Extremely expensive and not all that great quality of color or coverage. My final charge was $113, plus I left a $20 tip because I support service industry folks. I also bought other products so my expenses was high.The Stylest was male and seemed more concerned about his surroundings than paying attention to me his client, plus had a person in training and was coloring the the other side. Well he missed bunch of spots and the color faded two weeks. I know how to take care of the colored hair as the product and service was not worth it.Boo

My ex boss recommended me to Ulta salon after I told her how awesome her hair looked, best recommendation I could’ve gotten! When I asked them for someone who was good with super thick hair they pointed me to Katie and I’ve been a regular customer ever since!! Katie found the perfect blend of Redken hair products for my hair, and created the most gorgeous shade of burgundy for me that I’ve found yet! Every time I leave her chair I get so many compliments!! She is awesome at what she does! And I love the other stylists, I enjoy visiting with them while I get my hair done, it’s always so much fun when I go to visit! Amazing stylists, pricing and atmosphere! Worth every single penny!

Brianna Morgan: I’ve gotten my hair done twice now by Meg and I am freaking obsessed!! I’ve gotten compliments on it non-stop since I got it dyed and cut yesterday. My hair is so thick and long and I have a hard time with changing it up but Meg is the sweetest and is so patient and gave me so many tips, tricks, and advice along the way.
