Neil Chanter: I have used A+B Cycle since 2003. They have been nothing but awesome. Extremely knowledgeable on all things bike related - but in a totally non-pushy way. While clearly the experts, I have also never experienced that bike-shop-condescending feeling/tone that you can sometimes experience elsewhere when you are out of town. Beyond their sales/service in the retail world of bikes - they are also incredibly good about supporting local cycling issues, events, rides and races. Equilibrium Touch LLC: Very inconsistent with finishing times and pricing over the phone. I waited a month for them to not do as they told me they would. Ended up buying my parts elsewhere and doing it all myself. They are all nice and seemingly helpful. But time management and organization is lacking. I was told thatcmy simple job would be done in 2 weeks. They kept putting it on the back burner to walk-ins. I WAS A WALK IN...

Brandon Roberts: I went to two other bike shops before coming to ABC and was very disappointed with those experiences due to the lack of details about the bike suggested , no explaining about upgraded versions of the same model and the seeming unwillingness to spend time trying to sell me a bike. ABC though was willing to spend the time to explain the difference in bike build and price making me feel welcomed. As a result ABC got my business and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
david steel: The guy fixed my left crank on my bike arm, and it was super cheap. Customer service was great, and you could watch them as they were working. Would recommend going to this bike shop first if you're in Springfield.

Christine Parker: They were helpful when we went to buy a bicycle, told us come in anytime and they would do free adjustments for us, check it out for us. So a few days after buying it we brought it back in, the chain was rubbing in certain gears, and was told that he probably couldn't make it any better but we could try...and that was it, no suggestions, no comments. Jens MacAller: Having my suspension rebuilt for a third time this year and NOT by Trail Labs this time. After two failed service attempts I will not be using Trail Labs ever again. Both times I got my shock back and it would not hold air pressure. I’m concerned I may have even damaged it by riding as it lost air so fast I bottomed out harshly multiple times after filling the shock just before riding. Save yourself the time, money, and maybe serious damage to your suspension products and choose a different service option.

After talking with the owner, things are sorted out and I'd recommend them for shock or fork service. After all, isn't that what you want in a company? Rick M: William was quite responsive to my questions about servicing my fork, shock, and dropper. His team returned the serviced components with a description of the work completed along with the removed parts. AFAIK, the service is on par with the manufacturer's, but requires less in-house time by scheduling your service, much like servicing your auto. The cost is comparable as well. I plan to complete my own lower service mid season, but send them my fork for the annual.
