Adrian Li: I bought a used bike(2014 Giant Defy Composite, almost new condition) back in December and found out one of the spokes of the rear wheel was loose. Josh C. helped me tightened the loose spoke, trued the wheel and checked the tensions of the rest of the spokes. He also went above and beyond by flushing a sticky shifter. It was a wonderful experience. They got the work done quickly, did more of what was asked and the bill was really reasonable. The bike came home and sat in my office for two months.I took the bike for a 25 mile ride last week for the first time since the bike was worked on and after the ride I noticed one of the spokes of the rear wheel had fallen off the rim. I gave them a call about warrantying their work and they asked me to bring the bike in. I talked to Josh E.(owner) at the shop and he stated the loose spoke could be due to the poor quality of the wheel( giant pr-2 rim brake, 2014). Josh E. was kind enough to cover the cost of a replacement spoke and truing the wheel again but commented this will not be covered again if the same issue happens again, which is reasonable. They also got started on the work right away and it was completed within 30 mins. Ethan did an excellent job and he was very friendly to talk to.Despite not knowing what has caused the second issue, I felt Sunshine Bike Shop did a great job taking care of their customers and building out that relationship. I will be coming back for services and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

They brought out one of the trikes I was interested in, explained how everything worked, and let me ride it.After I purchased the trike they took the time to fit the bike to me and tune the components to my comfort.Great store, fair prices, great service.

Took my Schwinn beach cruiser in for spring tune up and care. Service tech was very helpful and friendly, and the initial estimate is quite reasonable. SD_RepMo: It's a great bike trail. I like to park at Ritter Springs park and ride a couple of miles of gravel before hitting the paved trail. There are more curves and turns and small hills than the typical Greenway in Springfield. It's a lot of fun and very scenic.

Brandon Roberts: I went to two other bike shops before coming to ABC and was very disappointed with those experiences due to the lack of details about the bike suggested , no explaining about upgraded versions of the same model and the seeming unwillingness to spend time trying to sell me a bike. ABC though was willing to spend the time to explain the difference in bike build and price making me feel welcomed. As a result ABC got my business and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

david steel: The guy fixed my left crank on my bike arm, and it was super cheap. Customer service was great, and you could watch them as they were working. Would recommend going to this bike shop first if you're in Springfield.

Christine Parker: They were helpful when we went to buy a bicycle, told us come in anytime and they would do free adjustments for us, check it out for us.
