Ashley Nichols: The team at Chick-fil-A Glenstone know how to make a girl feel special!! The customer service is exceptional! I went through the drive thru yesterday and as I was pulling in, a team member was smiling and waving to greet me. As she took my order, she complimented my outfit. Then as I waited for my food, another member came over to my car and asked how my day was going and what I was out doing. Once I received my food from another member, someone had written, “Have a great day!” on it. This experience truly made my day! They were so intentional and went to much effort to ensure that I had a great experience, despite the busy lunch rush happening. I so appreciate how these girls made me feel seen instead of just feeling like another car going through the line. Chick fil a should be very proud of their team! They are truly making a difference!

AnySpy: It's Chick-fil-A. The food is great, but the service is not up to snuff. The workers are inefficient. Waiting 30 minutes to order my food, and another 10 to receive it is not good. They don't read out the order when handing the food off, resulting in people accidentally stealing food.I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this location in comparison to other locations, but that's basically it.
