I have a crazy schedule and for weeks have been unable to get an appointment anywhere local to get my hair done.Today was Sunday. I interrupted Pam's morning to discuss MY hair. She happily made arrangements to see me at 3:30. ON A SUNDAY. She didn't plan to be there, probably had plans with her family.I arrive and we assess the situation. She warns me of some minor concerns and we get on our way. Four and a half hours later, I walked out beaming. Lori: There is not enough good you can say about Pam Humphreys, this woman had her work cut out with my eyebrows alone as I had to have my face ripped out of a windshield when I was riding home from school with a friend in high school. She was amazing and talked me through the whole process while teaching me the best look, color and shaping and how to make them look as natural as possible. Then came the hair, I already knew basically what I wanted, but I had a partial hysterectomy at a young age so that has taken a toll on me but especially my hair now being almost 54yrs old. Pam did not disappoint nor did she skip a beat on making sure I had knowledge on the look I was going for especially as fine as my hair has gotten over the years, she is truly amazing. Pam is the kind of stylist you can go to and completly put all your trust and faith into even if you have no clue what you want and or need. For real, I believe you could walk in and just say, "Do what needs to be done" and you will not be disapointed!!! I walked in looking like a depressed mess and she transformed me, I literally told her, " Oh my gosh, I dont look depressed anymore"! Cathie Barasa: My daughter came to Hannah’s today for graduation nails. They quoted her one price over the phone but charged her $15 more. The “manager” Carrie did her nails. She was rude to her as well as other customers, wouldn’t let her look at her nails & left the table 3 times during the visit having other people jump in to work on her nails. When she saw the atrocious French tips, she asked for them just be painted a solid color since there wasn’t time to re do them. Carrie said, “they’re going to look bad but ok”. My daughter left with very thick, jagged & lumpy nails that weren’t even painted on the sides, although she had paint on her fingers. I returned asking for a refund & Carrie was unbelievably rude. She had her voice raised for the whole place to hear and blamed my daughter for her poor work. We have had a few other bad experiences here but decided to give it another try, mainly because it’s easy to get in….. now I know why. The poor work, lack of customer service & refusal to take responsibility & make a situation right shows how Carrie runs her business. We will never be back & will tell anyone not to waste their time or hard earned money at Hannah’s.Service:Acrylic nails
Abbie: I truly do not know how this salon has maintained a 4 star rating. The nails always break and the work is never consistent or good. The day my friend and I went, my friend got her nails done by the owner or manager, whichever she is, and she was talking on her cell phone the whole time and barely paying attention to my friend. Her nails looked awful. The lady doing my pedicure was very inexperienced and used the Dremel on my toes and cut me in a few places on my cuticle. Do not recommend.

ashley burbridge: Came in to get a pedicure and I sat for so long my water was cold and then everything they used on my toes you could tell was not changed out. They use the same scrub brushes and files and they don’t change them between clients. The only sanitary thing they do is wear gloves for their safety.

stephanie wellonen: The first time I went to Hannah's with my daughters I loved my nails and they stayed on really well and they looked nice. I believe it was the owner that did them. The second time I went back I had a younger girl and when I went to take my nails off about two and a half weeks later I had nail fungus growing. It doesn't take that long to clean your instruments. I won't be back because it took me over a month to get rid of the fungus. I've heard other people say it's not as clean in there as it used to be.Service:Acrylic nails

Alex Barlow: I ALWAYS come here to get my hair done , most times I do some wild styles ,colors etc. and they have always done an amazing job , sometimes I get a 'normal' cut and what I love is they know my swirls and licks that have made it very difficult to find a place I can rely on giving me a cut that I don't have cover with a hat after. My daughters and wife also love this place , the staff are very friendly folks and personable. The prices are great too! Scarlett Chaase: All but 2 reviews (very obvious since the others were all perfect 5 stars) that were added on March 21, 2022 were part of a review bombing by friends of the stylist Ashton. I know this because someone showed me a post on her Facebook (mind you, a friend of hers who disagrees with what's being done and provided me screenshots) begging her friends to fix her star rating. If you want a salon with reviews you can trust, I'd definitely look elsewhere. I'll be happy to provide those screenshots for proof if Google contacts me. I think review dumping is atrocious and very misleading to the community and will only support real businesses. Not to mention the type of immature responses the owner has to offer up. Nothing positive about this place.

Sevde Sümeyye ŞAHİN: The hair service I received from Amanda was beyond awful! Worst hair result I've ever had in my life. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. My advice to you is to never use this service. She says it happens a few times, when the result is bad. I'm going to have to dye my hair myself. Definitely do not prefer it, believe me, I could have done the process better myself. I also believed the comments and went there. It is not worth it They didn't even make a hair that could go inside people. They say your hair is still healthy. My hair was already healthy. I couldn't even get the service I wanted. Lorraina: I’ve been a client of Studio 417 since 2018. I started with blonde highlights, then balayage then back to my natural brunette color with some layering. I typically see Michelle, and she has does a fabulous job every single time. She listens to your concerns and executes what you ask. Once in 2021, Michelle was booked out so I saw a lady named Mackenzie and requested a light trim however, she took off about six inches. It was devastating to me, but I continued to be a client here since it was one bad experience out of my several positive ones. I just told myself I wouldn’t book with anyone but Michelle.Fast forward to now, I was overdue for a trim & wanted to add more layering, but with my schedule being so crazy, Michelle was booked out in the time frame I needed. I decided to go ahead and try with another stylist despite my 2021 hair heartbreak, lol. I took an appointment with Neeley and in all honesty, I was super nervous it would be a mistake as my hair is very important to me. From the moment Neeley came out to introduce herself, she was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and patient, she listened to me, related to me, and went above and beyond to make my experience an 11/10. She finished my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever felt as confident walking out of the salon as I did today. M C: I went over to buy Kerastate Shampoo, more expensive than online purchase. The staffs neglected me, 4 of them were chit chatting at the back of their shampoo and hair color corner, even they saw me walked in and was looking for help, they just turned their head back to continue their chit chat and laughter. When needed someone to checkout my item, I had to walked over to a hair dresser for help, who is in the middle of cutting a hair, then a girl came over with an u happy face, no eye contact, I paid and she handed me the product and walked away! Definitely won’t go back and would not recommend this salon.

anna richey: Taylor did a half and half dye on my hair and the outcome was satisfactory. The colors didn’t seem to match the inspo picture very well but it was a good dye job regardless. I did leave the salon with my hair feeling like it was full of product & just really icky. I had to go home and wash it after I was done. Even the quick blow dry style was low quality and didn’t make my hair look or feel the best. I also wish Taylor spent more time on clients then her assistants, it felt like they did more than half of the job. Her guidance and expertise have completely changed my skin and skincare game. I came today to get a custom facial and chemical peel from Taylor. She offered me a buccal massage as a part of my facial. After explaining to me what the buccal massage does I gave it ago and loved it! Taylor is very knowledgeable and explains every step of the way and benefits. For anyone who is unsure of chemical peels or any other professional esthetician services, you have to go see Taylor she's the best!

Emily Derges: I was a walk in appointment, and it was my first time there. They got me in on a Saturday from a cancellation. I had Diana for root touch, color touch up and cut. I had red violet on my ends which is hard to get right. She killed it!!!!! I love my color and the appointment was fast. Through the whole process she did not pull my hair when brushing or washing or straightening which I really appreciate. Sometimes hair dressers are super rough when brushing out thin hair. She let me talk as much or little as I wanted which was a plus, it gave me time to just relax. I did not have to battle over how much she wanted to cut off of my ends, she let me pick and double checked that I was comfortable with the amount to cut off. Super easy to work with and super sweet. However, I went in for a correction and walked out with essentially the same thing I went in with and down $200 and 3 hours.
