Rachel Erven: This place doesn’t have a return policy bc they know they sell sick fish. Had to wait on my parrot fish bc they were getting some sort of “treatment”…. Got them home and within 24 hours, all my other fish (that have been alive and healthy without issues whatsoever) are dead and the 2 parrot fish I bought from here for $50 (outrageous) are barely hanging on and I’m sure will be dead soon too! These expensive parrot fish have killed my whole tank, including my fish I had over 4 years. And more stuff is growing in my tank that I’ve never seen. This place is awful. I wouldn’t recommend spending a dime on their overpriced sick fish.

Julie Davis: The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I hear Mike is leaving. He makes it a five-star shop with his knowledge and advice. It's hard to find people like him and, when he isn't there, it's just not the same. I would do whatever it takes to keep such an asset.

Sandy Bonds: Mike is a great employee there. He's very knowledgeable, always willing to help out and answer questions. The shippe itself, on the other hand, seems to be going downhill. The owner just doesn't seem to care about the customers anymore.
Kate Hall: Their aquatic plants are very healthy, and a nice variety at excellent prices! They're in all of my tanks.

Anita Lin: SO MUCH to see and enjoy!! I’ve never seen my 4 year old walk so much voluntarily in one day. If your kids love animals (land/ocean/sky) you should definitely check out this place. I love that you can re-enter the building throughout the day. It’s totally worth the price. Our family had a blast!!
Sarah Kennedy: The aquarium itself is awesome but they should have kept their pricing structure the same as it was originally. The “trophy room” part used to be able to be opted out on price wise. Now it’s $140 basically as a family of four. The old prices made more sense. Most people with kids aren’t wildly excited to see taxidermy.

Larry Attwood: Well very clean for a pet store, I bought over 100.00 of fish, lost 4 not to bad, however 14 day quantee, I took 4 fishes back, considering how much I spent not asking for anything but to replace the ones that perished, The water sample wasn't good enough, had to be sperate, nothing posted about being separate, But aggravation set in, But instead of getting PO'ed I complied, what it always is they want a water sample to say it's our fault of dirty water, But gladly sell some expensive chemicals that I didn't need. So I just got my money back, I already explained I did a partial change earlier, of course the water hadn't had time to settle. I know exactly how to care for my aquariums considering I have 4, and no big problems. But they do have a nice selection of fish.
