Allen Blevins: Nice selection of dog toys. Sadly I bought a Hero squeakable rough play dog ball. The squeaker dislodged internally in 15 minutes. Took it back to exchange, but they don’t have a relationship with suppliers that allows them to stand behind products. I also bought the best toy ever that is closest to indestructible ever. Prefer to buy local, but I know Amazon allows returns, so I will start there first. No toy is indestructible, the ball is still play worthy, the squeaker just rattles around loose inside 😥

Heidi Maddox: We have been bringing our pup diesel into their store since he was tiny baby, the owners are absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and kind. The store is always clean and well stocked and they are always ready with a treat for your furry babies. And now we get to bring his wife and son in aswell

Everyone there is really nice, they really appreciate your business. As much as I can tell, they are very knowledgeable about dogs and special needs.

eryn Smith: First of all, the staff are so friendly and personable! I feel like they are like real family friends at this point! Second, we love the services they provide such as the Mud Puppies self-serve grooming stations, special treat bar, rewards program, and much more! They were so knowledgeable when we were trying to decide on a food for our puppy. Third, their work with rescues is awesome and it shows they really do have a passion for animals! We adopted a kitten from them that they had found and cared for and visit frequently with him. They also have adoption events on the weekends quite frequently as well as supply drives and other fundraisers for the local rescues. Lastly, I really love that the products they choose to sell are high quality and most of the time family-owned or small business. :)

Brooke Williamson: I’m so sad to leave this review. I brought in my dachshund Charlie to have his nails trimmed for the first time. He is recently rescued and adopted so I told the groomer I wasn’t sure how he would react. I stayed in the room with them and witnessed a very harsh and quick approach to trimming my dogs nails. The groomer Karen even said things like “now you’re making me really mad” and “this is why you were taken to a rescue” and even told me that I’m “too nice and soft spoken for a dachshund” it was genuinely heartbreaking. Yes my boy was making it difficult for her but groomers are expected to be gentle and patient yet she was exactly the opposite. Then I noticed he was BLEEDING, I told her that and she responded “it’s because he’s pulling I cut one too short” but when I got home I realized that he was bleeding from the top of his paw not his nails (SHE CUT HIS PAW!) I was too shaken up to say anything until now. I must say the store staff was soooo kind and helpful but do not go to Karen for grooming!

Linda Woolery: Always very friendly and helpful. Have been buying my dog food there for almost 2 years. I used to have to special order it and was so happy when I found this store carried the brand. Staff/owners are always patient and helpful.

Kendra Blankenship: We love All About Dogs and Cats! It is the only place in the area that carry the dog food we feed one of our dogs since many cause stomach issues for her. Without them I would probably still be trying to track down a food that worked. They are always very polite whether I’m calling with questions or am in person. I’m excited to try out their dog wash station soon for our three as well!

We appreciate the adoption events held at All About Dogs and Cats for making the community aware of the great need to adopt pups rather than buy. My only complaint is that they are not located in our town, Fair Grove!
