Tim was out the next morning while we were out of town (neighbor let him in), diagnosed the problem, quoted approximate total over the phone, had the parts with him, fixed and resolved in an hour, with a 90 day guarantee! Dan Wills: Contacted Service Brothers for some service on a freezer in a refrigerator in my garage. Have used them before multiple times with no issues so felt comfortable using them again. Last Friday Tim the tech came out and looked the unit over. I was told it was a bad thermostat and they would need to replace. He picked up a new one and had it in within a hour or so it was replaced. For this I was charged almost $300, that I understood with the going costs for appliance repair. However, after the tech left, we noticed that the temp in the freezer was running in the 20s and not where we were told it should, at around 0 to 10 degrees. Thiswas after several hours, so I contacted the tech and was told he would return around mid afternoon on the following Monday. After waiting around the afternoon. I was then told he would be back after 5pm. He returned and told be he would return after getting a different thermostat, hopefully the next day to try to replace the one put in. On Tuesday, after not hearing anything from him I called and left a message, no reply. The next day I decided to contact the company and go a different route to see if I could get them to contact me and come out to change out the part. Was called back from another person but missed the call. Had to call back and leave a message. Since then I have called the company back a couple of times with no response yet. I am not happy with their lack of response. I was told that the part they put in may have been defective and bring out another, but no follow up yet. This was after I was told that they would be bringing out a different thermostat. At this point I have been waiting 4 days for the company's return visit with a different part to get the freezer down to an more acceptable temp to keep food frozen.Service:Freezer repair

The person came and tried to fix the heater, allegedly, but didn’t and messed up the switch in the process. Asked them to fix what they had done and they had the nerve to ask for more money before fixing anything. He did come back to fix it again and told me something else was wrong and that I should just buy a new one. He then proceeded to try to sell me one from his own inventory. I was not giving this man one more cent. Glad I didn’t because I had another company come and they replaced a belt and tightened some wires and it all works again just fine. I’d like my money back.

Michelle Morlier: Very unprofessional and unreliable!!! Refuse to “talk” verbally over the phone. Whenever we’ve called, he would text back with Please text me. But had no problem calling to work out payment for the $65 diagnostic fee. After days of no show and no calls or text, he finally shows up at 8pm, checks the refrigerator but isn’t sure what the problem is - said it could be this, or that, hopefully this. He said 3 different things and said he will price the part in the morning. I asked which part he was pricing since he wasn’t sure what the problem was? He said the least expensive problem???? He was more concerned on what method I would be paying the $65. I told him I would pay when he returned the next day with the follow up. He got upset and hung up on me. Said he’s been in business 21 years and never did anyone wrong. Not what some of his reviews say. How do you expect to be paid the diagnostic fee when you can’t even tell the customer what is wrong??? And why be surprised that I don’t trust you will return tomorrow when he stood us up so many times before and refuses to answer or return calls or text messages. Don’t be scammed by this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable!!!!

Specimen Je: This company is subcontracted for warranty repairs on appliances like frigidaire refrigerators. However, they know nothing about them. We had them come out unsuccessfully three times to fix an issue with our fridge in which time they managed to mess up the push button alignment on the control box somehow. It turned out (as we discovered and fixed ourselves) that our only issue prior to these people coming out had been the need for a new filter. These appliance experts didn't think to check something that basic based on the symptoms we told them, but did manage to cause future issues for us with our appliance. Don't use these people and if your warranty service is subcontracted through them, request an alternate arrangement with your product's company.

When something goes wrong within your 90 day warranty window they will ignore your calls and texts. I bought a refrigerator from Mark Anthony and immediately started having problems with it. He was supposed to come fix it but did not show up during our agreed time, then he just stopped responding to us. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from this company. I definitely would not recommend these dishonest people.

Within minutes they had everything figured out. I had to get a new panel box and a few outlets repaired. Due to the state everything was in. My house was put on high priority to get done. And they did. Within a few hours my house is fully functional and absolutely no problems. They checked all outlets and just did a thorough inspection of all electrical. John Guerra: The tech showed up when he said he would and he was professional. So, for that, I will give 2*. But he didn't have parts or experience with our dryer and quoted a price that was almost as much as a new dryer. It sounded like he was out of his depth. Instead, he suggested we buy a used dryer. In the end, I wasted two days waiting for him to do nothing. I paid $88 for his visit but I was disappointed.Fyi... I was able to fix the dryer myself using $30 in parts (cheaper if i wanted to order from Amazon and wait, but i was able to get the repair kit locally same day). It took me 2.5 hours (including the time to watch youtube videos to learn what I needed). Keep in mind I have never taken apart or serviced a dryer before in my life. Turns out an idler pulley replacement is one of the most common issues in dryers and relatively easy fix. The $30 kit also had a new belt and drum rollers, so i replaced those while i had the dryer apart. I would expect an appliance repair company to know how to handle this type of service for less than the price of a new dryer.Perhaps this company is more familiar with other types of appliances. But I wouldn't suggest them to fix a squealing dryer.
