lccgl479: Today’s visit was a scheduled spring checkup on our HVAC System. We received a text from SS&B letting us know that our technician, Ryan was on his way. I received another text upon his arrival. Ryan introduced himself and explained what he was here to do today. He put coverings over his shoes prior to coming inside our home. He checked out our thermostat as well as the filters in the returns. He then moved into the garage where he accessed the HVAC system to perform required testing there. Ryan then went into the crawl space, at my request, to check out the ductwork. He finished his service by cleaning the coils and testing the capacitors. Ryan was friendly, courteous and professional. Steven Miller: Our furnace blower would not go on and I was getting an alert on my econet thermostat that there was no communication to the blower. I called on Friday evening after what I figured normal business hours and left a message about what was going on. I received a call from Jason soon after I left the message and he said he could come that evening if I wanted. Jason and Donny came over since they were available and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem. An electronic inside the blower motor assembly had burned up and Jason said he would try to get the part ASAP and would call me Saturday to let me know what was going on. He did call me as promised and an appointment was set up to replace the defective parts. Jason came out and was able to get my furnace back into service right away! Jason and Donny were very professional and friendly and were able to answer all the questions I had. I definitely recommend ATS because I was treated as a customer should be and I was impressed with their integrity. Seth H: I had a 20+ year old HVAC system that I was wishing to upgrade with a Goodman heat pump and furnace to help save on propane usage. ATS (Donny) came and took measurements to make sure everything was properly sized and sat down at my table to give me my quote before they had even left which was greatly appreciated. I asked several questions about the system and Donny was able to answer all of them. Their quote was the best of two other competitors I had contacted for a similar system.On the day of the install the arrived on time and spent all day carefully installing my heat pump, furnace, whole home humidifier, and smart thermostat. The two installers were very professional and personable. They explained how the new system would work, went over the functions of the new thermostat and humidifier with me and cleaned up everything from the install.New system has been installed for almost a month now and it has worked flawlessly. With the recent cold weather the system has been able to reduce my propane usage by probably 85% which is fantastic considering how volatile the price of propane can be. The system just works so much better than the 20+ year old system it replaced.Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend ATS to anyone for any of their services offered. Made an appointment through Lydia after she confirmed that they had installed the system back in 2013. We wanted a full inspection and quote for any repairs needed. Two guys came out on Friday Jan 14, said the furnace was fine but the ductwork under the house needed repair. They also recommended a new water heater. They said they would get a bid to me the following Tuesday. Never heard from them again. They can't say they have no record of us like so many outfits do (including them) in responding to negative online reviews. They know where we are and how to get hold of us as they called me back to confirm the appointment, plus they installed the furnace here. They just blew us off. Beware. Would not hire. Would not recommend.
