Ron Mansker: They sold us a $500 item told us there was a 30 day return policy at the Springfield Missouri location I called corporate because store refused to take item back the next day I ask corporate to pull video where the clerk told us 2 times there was a 30 day return policy they did pull the video but lied about what was said so I plan to file a lawsuit for damages! I strongly recommend stay away from these crooks for major purchases they will completely screw you over see you in court!!!

We just barely got in the door and the woman working said I was going to have to leave my purse in the car or put it behind the counter. I have a heart condition and I have to have my nitroglycerin with me because of it. I have a very small purse and I showed her everything in it and she still said I couldn’t have my purse with me. So we left and will never return again.

M B: Three times I’ve came in here with my gf an the breaded over weight manager time after time follows us around an ask very inappropriate questions. If you want to be objectified, followed, an asked multiple questions about if your a “bad boy or girl” then this place is for you, if not STAY FAR away. Nobody should be in manager position while making comments or actions like these. Definitely not a safe space.

Kara Kim: Terrible customer service policy and prices. Just go online for real.. also after reading the reviews the bearded guy gave me issues too!! Literally wouldn't let my boyfriend in the business so I bought some things without him..went outside to show him.. literally turned around and came back in because it was the wrong thing and they wouldnt give me a refund or store credit or anything .. I was outside for less than 3 minutes no exaggerating.If I'm going to deal with that I may as well buy the thing I want half price online that way I don't waste money.

Linsey Denney: I bought a top for my boudoir photo shoot, the sweet lady told me I could have store credit if it did not work and I returned it within the timeframe. I returned the item within the same week. The assistant manager was working when I was trying to return and told me I was told wrong and could not return it for any other item other than a larger size. (I did not like the leather top on me) I asked why I couldn’t exchange for a different item. He eventually gave in and stated I could use the money towards different items. (After 5 minutes of going back and forth and him inspecting the brand new item that was only tried on) Once I obtained 4 other items and paid the difference he responds that I cannot have the receipt of my new items because there’s no returning what I bought since this was an exchange. Even though I paid out of pocket for one of the items.I have loved this place and spent over $600 here. Sadly I will not be back due to this manager and how he treated me. Poor customer service.

JohnnyTest: I read another review that had a problem with the same person that I did. The bearded overweight guy was talking down to me and trying to talk to my girl. I let it go because I knew he had no shot, but he’s a creepy guy that should be let go. Also, I connected to that same person over the phone (I could tell by his voice) and he said I couldn’t get store credit even though the products are still sealed in air tight plastic bags. He said it’s “used” because it left the store. Is it really used if it’s air tight sealed? Really? Don’t go here.

Justin Christy: The service person was very good , they had a beard and was over weight , and I heard them on the phone with a customer and said "fine hang up then" what kinda customer service is that? He spoke down to me and my wife , I do not appreciate that. I will not be going there again.

Mae Holland: The place is SUPER overpriced. I almost bought a toy here and found it for half the price on Amazon. The staff treats everyone like they’re shady and about to steal stuff. The one thing I did buy from there was broken.

Captain Acid: They've got a lot of stuff but its overpriced. The cashier made a mistake and put items in my bag that I said I didn't want and she took from me and I wasn't charged for. Her mistake not mine and I smiled on my good luck and kept the item. When I returned to the store she accused me of stealing it. They take all the items off the counter and put them behind the counter to ring them up and bag them. She had the item she gave me info on it that made me decide I didn't want it so how did I steal it? Accusing someone of stealing instead of admitting your mistake is just plain wrong. I didn't return it because it wasn't my mistake. It happens all the time items bagged in wrong bag or ring up a drastically reduced incorrect pricing and you know what happens? People do what I did and smile about their good luck and keep the free stuff cuz it wasn't my mistake it was yours. I'll shop Patricia's if they don't got it Amazon it is. Someone should have taught you at some time in your life you gotta take responsibility for ur actions. Blaming me for your mistake just cost you a customer that's shopped there for 25 years since the days of the much better Paradise store

Luis Castillo: I've been shopping here for the past 5 years they know me by first name basis and treat me like family! The prices are great for the quality of products! The staff is well trained in there line of work and most have a personal experience with products which helps on hearing reviews from them personally. They've got a great selection of BDSM products, lubes, toys for her and him! Great choice of lingerie, I love that they ask me for my I.D. every time I use my debit card even though they know who I am. It makes me feel safe With my money. Still would like to say that this is a GREAT store and things must’ve improved since the last review. The staff member was super helpful and friendly, the store was very well kept, and clean. You are spoiled for choice toys both the more adventurous and for the beginners galore. Everything was pretty easy to find.Staff made sure I could test both my toys before I bought and made sure they worked. Reminded me for batteries and the works. Also glad they had lube testers! Will be coming here again if I’m ever in need.

They recently upgraded paint color and their surveillance system to cover more areas both in and out of the facility.Unfortunately they have yet to do any upgrades updates or changes to the interior itself. Hopefully they change it and improve the overall experience for patrons. To the owners operators of a store, you are in the heart of Springfield, plenty of traffic and opportunities your looking past.Booth / Entertainment Side:Great place to go. HOWEVER, you can drive 30 minutes west close to Joplin and go to Vegas video/Mens Spa and drop 15-20$ to have a good time, that’s valid through the day and you can come and go as you please up until midnight no extra cost.The place isn’t near as busy as it used to be and could vastly be renovated and redone.My suggestion as I’m sure others would agree is that they should renovate to where it is a space similar to Vegas Video, you pay a one time fee for the day to enjoy as you please rather than dropping 20-40$ in a machine and only being there 1-2 hours or less.The place is outdated, and in need of work, the booths are small.I hope that XSpot takes this recommendation and will do something to improve the experience. I know many others who I’ve met at xspot who even said themselves They’d rather go to Vegas Video because you get your money’s worth.2/5 Stars————Store Side:They have a great variety of movies, magazines and dvd’s and offer a pretty ok selection of toys, apparel and pleasure items. Prices are lower than typical adult shops and offer a great price for condoms lube etc 4/5 stars

The two people who worked on 03/11/23 were complaining about letting me try things because they “just put that one on the rack”. I’m an anxious person and they made me feel awful for even asking. They also complained about the store and the people in it. I felt so uncomfortable being there and I wish they were nicer. They absolutely could have waited to say mean things about people until the store was empty but nope! I don’t want them to be in trouble but I wish they would’ve been more polite about their attitude towards customers. I wouldn’t mind going back I just wanted to have a good experience and not end up crying because I felt embarrassed trying something that was supposed to make me feel good on. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

There is plenty of things you can do like glass cases and security devices to protect your goods.we weren't even offered the option of leaving it behind the cash register while we browse.We decided to leave considering that my purse carrys my wallet and I can't pay for anything anyway without my purse.Nor should we have to make several trips in and out just to shop there.It's a shame they don't teach their employees good customer service and how to first politely greet customers. They lost our businessAnd we were hoping to be repeat customers.

She had a lot of good suggestions and was very attentive! She encouraged me to try new things and appreciate my body in them. She was very uplifting and positive. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked with quality products. They had a good selection of products and a wide range of sizes, which I really appreciated. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
