Jodie Bridger: I called to ask for assistance in obtaining parts and accessories to customize a wheelchair that was gifted to my daughter. The receptionist who answered the phone refused to let me speak to anyone who could help me customize the chair because I didn't purchase the chair through them.

Jerry Gingras: Traveled from out of state with my mobility limited wife to attend a wedding and to do some touring around the St Louis area. Mobility City was highly recommended by a friend in the area for renting a wheelchair.With no advanced notice nor reservation, we were greeted by Tim at the door who asked how he could assist. We told him our plans and he immediately rolled up a brand new chair that was light weight and comfortable for my wife. He took the time to demo the features and explain how to fold it down for easy transporting and packing.We had a wonderful visit and were able to see many more sites thanks to Tim and Mobility City for providing us the means (at a very reasonable price) to get the most out of our visit to St. Louis!
auntieclaire8255: What a wonderful experience!! I was there twice. First to look and get pricing. The second time, after doing a little shopping around, I went back there to buy. The pricing wasn’t a lot different from others but the owners here were SO helpful and friendly!! They were able to answer ALL of my questions without a pause. They know their products extremely well. They even stayed about 30 mins after closing to ring up my purchase and help us load my new power scooter into my boyfriend’s car. Heather Hampton: I had been looking for a power wheelchair for a while & kind of knew what I wanted but needed to test drive. I emailed them to double check that they had them in store because I live a couple hours away and didn’t want to waste a trip. Noelle got back to me quickly with an answer. So we came and they were so nice and helpful. I needed to make sure it fit in my car and they had no problem helping and letting us make sure everything fit before I made my decision. I then had trouble with my bank not letting me make such a big purchase lol but they were very patient with us while we figured it out. I really appreciate all their help & I really love my new Whill F power chair .

Sharp T Borrine: I rented a mobility scoot from Mobility City so I could fully enjoy a weekend visit from young family members. I generally feel trapped in my home because I can’t predict when my autoimmune issues will shut down my legs. Sometimes my arms fail me, so canes/ crutches can’t be trusted either.The scooter gave me the true freedom of knowing that I would FOR SURE make it back without the kindness of strangers or a call to 911.Tim at Mobility City filled out most of the paperwork on the phone. When I got there, a scooter was waiting, appropriate for my height & weight, clean, and fully charged up.I signed in two places, they taught me how to use it safely, and they loaded it in the car for me. I was off for a weekend with family, able to go wherever they wanted to go, and unafraid of being stranded by this traitorous body.They’re closed on Sunday, so they don’t charge you extra for keeping it until Monday. A free day of freedom! When we returned it, there was ZERO hassle. They came outside and got it from the car, and we were done.I will do business with them again, and I recommend them to anyone needing rental, sales, or repairs. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and neither condescending nor fawning for commissions.It was a wonderful experience with experienced professionals. 5 stars
Carole Thomeczek: What a nice experience, Carl was here a little over an hour, and did his job well, he was easy to talk with, and very friendly. The lady that called me this morning to let me know when the repairman would be here, was so sweet to speak with, the follow up this company does is great ( no dropping the ball with them ) they kept me informed at every step. Carl was right on time, and put everything away when he was done. The prices are fair, and reasonable. I am an 82 year old woman, and it's nice to work with a company you know you can trust, in the future if I need anything more I will not hesitate to call Mobility City.

While surfing online for used power chairs I could afford I came across the Mobility City site and I was thrilled to learn I could actually rent a power chair! The chair was delivered to me with a complimentary ramp and sand bags by kind Mr Derrick who took his time to make sure the ramp was well positioned for my safety. So I contacted Noelle several times until our hotel location was determined. My communication with Noelle was always prompt and courteous. Pricing was very competitive. I rented a lift chair for 11 days. Delivery and pick was also prompt and the delivery employees courteous as well. I was checking out the day of pickup and they were there early so I could make it to my doctor's appointment before my departure. I would recommend this company for anyone needing medical equipment. Lisa Moore: Wheelchair broke in more ways than one and it's only a few months old and after waiting months to even get it. My son is being deprived of going to Drs and getting needed tests done as well as rehabilitation due to faulty chair. This is an unacceptable injustice to my son.

e b: Called and the man that answered would not let me explain the reason for my call, and kept on making assumptions like, "You're trying to get a wheelchair without a copay?" "No, I'm asking you if you accept Medicare Assignment or if you charge on top of what Medicare will pay?" Simple question, but I couldn't get an answer. We both agreed that I should go elsewhere. I suggest you do too, or they get someone with better patience and knowledge to manage customer questions and calls.

Maury Bredahl: Arranging the rental and delivery to Ameristar was very easy and straightforward. The unit was waiting for us upon arrival. The rental unit was an inexpensive model with four wheels and so a wide turning radius. As with most rental units, parts show wear and tear. One of the arm rests flopped all the way over and we had difficulty with the key. The socket for recharging was in a hard-to-reach place under the seat.

Susan Toland: Wow. What a great job the Med X crew did taking care of me. I initially rented a wheelchair for the weekend & Terry did a great job fitting me for a wheelchair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant even though I wasn’t able to arrive until a half hour before closing time on a Friday. I told them then if the chair was comfortable enough after using it that weekend I’d probably buy it Monday. I was told I’d be given credit on the sale (if I bought the chair). When I bought it on Tuesday I wasn’t given credit for the rental but thought the price was reasonable so I didn’t complain. All together working with this team was a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend them!

The people ay Alliance were helpful at first but now they keep giving me excuses why they havent fixed my chair and have even admitted that they have forgotten about me. I would seriously recommend to use any other company instead of them! I lost my legs and they are just making the situation even worse with their neglect of responsibility.

Alicia Bell: I worked here years ago when it was united seating and mobility. Unprofessional, they could care less about their employees. They made up fraudulent information to terminate me. They took all the hard earned PTO away from people. Sarah was the manager at the time. My log on info was used to make notes on accts with errors and incorrect notes altogether that I didn't make at all. If I knew than what I knew now.
Marquita Gandy: This company is just awful! They completely dropped the ball on my order and really did not care at all.
Chris Wilk: NuMotion is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. They hung up on me twice before I was finally able to speak to someone. They will lie and say things have been approved by insurance only to hand you a hefty bill. Their work on my daughter’s equipment slow and expensive. If I knew of a place in the area that can repair pediatric wheelchairs I would stop using NuMotion immediately.
Jordan Fulton: Nu Motion is the WORST company. The communication is HORRIBLE. They do not call, email, or mail any balances due. They do not contact you what so ever. If you don’t have those balances paid, they will not help you. I have been thrown from person to person and still can not get any answers. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Jen Clark: Really should have read the reviews before ordering my wheelchair through these people. Buyer beware!!! I was told that if I wanted a power lift seat in my chair, it would be $1500 out of pocket, because Medicare doesn't cover this. I didn't have an extra $1500, so they referred me to Care Credit for a loan to pay it. They delivered the chair in December, and I paid the amount due that same day. However now, they send me a bill for an additional $1000+. I called to ask for an explanation, and she said it wasn't covered by Medicare. No kidding - they knew that ahead of time and that's why they told me it would be $1500 out of pocket. She would not budge. This is completely dishonest business practices!! If they had told me ahead of time it would be $2500 I would not have ordered it!

Lana Jacobs: Waited for parts for months. Each time they came out, it needed another part. The person evaluating the chair missed the parts needed 3 visits. The last time, they said we needed new paperwork from the doc because of their delays. The problem is that not enough wheelchair users work there to understand the barriers they perpetrate. At least our van lift service is owned by someone using a chair.
