When it came time to make the purchase, an invoice was generated, emailed, and I was able to easily pay easily via their portal.Upon purchase completion, there was quick followup from the office manager asking about delivery logistics for the white glove service, to ensure the equipment would fit and there would be no issues.The equipment was delivered directly by US MedRehab, as their tech was in my vicinity. White glove service, indeed. The equipment was carefully and quickly brought up to my apartment, set up exactly where I wanted it, and Aaron took the time to ensure the setup was appropriate for my needs, making adjustments to the seat, arms, etc. while I was using it - explaining everything along the way and showing me how to use it. The StepOne itself, although CPO, had the appearance of a brand new piece of equipment. Not a scratch on it.The whole team at US MedRehab worked together to make this such a positive experience. Every interaction exceeded my expectations. I read some sketchy negative reviews, which prompted me to over communicate and reach out by phone early on, and I guess they were just that, sketchy reviews.
