Jimmy Conway: They don't follow all the other Western Union practices and guidelines. This should be noted on the website for the bank here. Also it's not at 701 Market Street. The entrance is closer to the corner of Clark and 7th Street than it is to Market Street. The teller's response was simply "I don't know who or where does Western Union like that, maybe Walmart." For someone who just walked 1.7 miles there to be told me I needed to go 8 miles away because they hadn't started up their computers to help me, isn't very professional, courteous, or customer friendly.

Ashley Tomlin: This place honestly doesn’t even deserve one star, but I even as I sit out here and wait for the western union system to reboot. Speaking of waiting, I’ve been patiently wAiting for over an hour now. And this seems to happen every time I get my western union from them, which also always happens to be late night, which shouldn’t matter anyway considering they advertise open 24/7 with window signs and their website. Not to mention the creep who just stay in the store, creepily watching you not even trying toHide it. She hung up phone one me while I was still talking I totally heard her slam phone down in my ear I swear I will be in there tomorrow to speak with a manager but if it’s the man that’s light skinned with colored hazel eye I know nothing will be done because he is not polite at all so with this being said my people my people why can’t we all treat each other with respect and to the lady who worked tonight you desperately need a costumer services class !!!!!! connie shelton: I didnt have a valid id made me feel really bad i was heading out to the car to get it and a assistant named cameron who works night replied with sure its valid on my way out the door to get another id very unprofessional gery displeased with this ghetto place her and her supervisor were very off putting someone needs retraining immediately because you dont do things like that if you can go to another location dont give them buisness
Tondalaia Edwards: The website says Western Union is 24 hours, but the lady was very rude and explained Western Union closed at 11:00, but she did not communicate that Western Union would open back up shortly. She just become more irritated when I told her the website says 24 hours. Young, light skinned, black girl with horrible customer service skills. I went to the 900 Grand Ave location, and they explained the closing policy and opened back up in a half hour for business.

Rob Villa: Worst service i ever have!.. the staff dont have the right knowledge to do their job!! I suppose to send money by using western union app so when i get to any participating location i just have to provide number and pay them, and save money cause the transaction fee is only 5 dollars, but this staff told me that she dont know about it, shes telling me that they have protocols to follow and insisted that she know what shes doing,.. i tried explaining to her that i use the app to transact, i even called western union and she dont want to talk to them... i ended up lossing money..
Monica Ward: Usually pretty quick service. Avoid coming near the 1st of the month, because it's usually a full house. Bill payments stop at 5:30pm, and I believe the same goes for Money Orders.
