She hung up phone one me while I was still talking I totally heard her slam phone down in my ear I swear I will be in there tomorrow to speak with a manager but if it’s the man that’s light skinned with colored hazel eye I know nothing will be done because he is not polite at all so with this being said my people my people why can’t we all treat each other with respect and to the lady who worked tonight you desperately need a costumer services class !!!!!! connie shelton: I didnt have a valid id made me feel really bad i was heading out to the car to get it and a assistant named cameron who works night replied with sure its valid on my way out the door to get another id very unprofessional gery displeased with this ghetto place her and her supervisor were very off putting someone needs retraining immediately because you dont do things like that if you can go to another location dont give them buisness

Tondalaia Edwards: The website says Western Union is 24 hours, but the lady was very rude and explained Western Union closed at 11:00, but she did not communicate that Western Union would open back up shortly. She just become more irritated when I told her the website says 24 hours. Young, light skinned, black girl with horrible customer service skills. I went to the 900 Grand Ave location, and they explained the closing policy and opened back up in a half hour for business.
