Leslie Smith: I admit, I have only had their “cake in a cup“, but it is totally fantastic!Rather than tossing the scraps and extra pieces of their “fancy cakes“, they put them in a cup with icing and more cake, and it’s heavenly.The cake is always moist and tasty, and of course the icing is the bomb.I normally just get the vanilla, but call them, because sometimes they have three or four other flavors besides their normal white, golden vanilla and chocolate.The price for this cup is very reasonable, and unless you are really depressed, you can share this large container with somebody else. 😊

We've had Cakery birthday cakes for years, and they recently created our Wedding Cake which was the most beautiful and delicious cake we've ever seen! It was everything. H Copeland: Not thrilled with customer service. I called very early before a holiday and was told pre-orders for that special event would be available at some point *after* a *specific* date. Called back the morning of that exact date to see about placing an order and they told me pre-orders opened about a week prior and were already sold out. Would have been nice to know that I needed to check their website every day after I initially called to make sure I didn't miss it. This day meant a lot to me, so I'm very disappointed I didn't even have an opportunity.I went a couple years ago for a macaron and it was disappointing. Great variety of flavors offered, but the technical execution is poor. The texture isn't what a true macaron should be. Their croissants weren't well-executed from a technical baking standpoint either, which I could tell just by visual appearance.

We had tea, savory foods, and lots of yummy deserts. The presentation was beautiful and the service was impeccable. We all - husband, 16 YO daughter, & 13 YO son - had a great experience.
X Gemstone: If you haven't been here yet... you are missing out! 🤯 Chef Simone's bourbon rolls are the stuff of Magix. The coffee and Thai tea are tied for 1st! I xpecially enjoy when split drinks are available. My mouth is watering thinking about her pecan pies during the fall season... OOO her 🥓 🌽 muffins are also 🔥This place fueled me through the entire pandemic. I'm serious. It was the only place that made me feel safe.

Cadence Giddings: A great patisserie! I love to visit when I am in the area. The macarons are perfectly made. They offer a wide selection of flavors- it’s hard to choose so you might as well get one of each! The other pastries are delicious too. The service is also good.

Cynthia Espino: A must stop spot if you are visiting St. Louis! The DARKNESS Croissant is exceptional as well as the Vietnamese Iced Cold Brew. Staff are super friendly, and they do a great job of moving the line quickly. They do sell out quickly, so plan accordingly.
Debjit Roy: Delicious pastry and savoury. We also got our birthday cake from them. It was pretty nice. Only thing with the cake was they didn’t have much varieties, but everyone loved that cake. It’s also so nice that if one goes there at noon on weekends, they won’t get most of the stuff.
Kia Cook: This place has the best macaroons! They are huge and buttery--the flavor gets better as they sit for a while. The decor of la pâtisserie is also luxe! Great place to go when visiting Saint Louis.
Austin Patton: This place was FANTASTIC (excluding the lemon croissant at least). I tried three things: the blueberry and almond tart, the tiramisu brownie, and the lemon stuffed croissant. Ignoring the croissant, I think this place is deserving of a 5 star rating.The homemade whipped cream on top of the tart was a great touch and overall the tart was very moist. Even though I’m generally not a big tart fan, I got it as the cashier recommended it and I would also definitely recommend it to anyone who goes there.The tiramisu brownie was very good, but my only complaint is that I didn’t really taste the undertones of coffee or mascarpone cheese that you would typically taste in tiramisu. The white layer seemed to taste more like cream cheese as if this was a chocolate cheesecake brownie instead. But even with the flavor profile that was different than what I expected, this brownie was still excellent.The lemon croissant was easily the least impressive pastry I ate here. It was relatively bland compared to the other two things, and the croissant was a tad dry. The filling wasn’t very sweet and only had a slight taste of lemon to it. I wouldn’t recommend it as I didn’t think it was worth the calories.

Mckenzie Mcmurray: I highly recommend La Pâtisserie Chouquette!Their macarons are fantastic, and we recently ordered a 48-hour cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was delicious and I can’t wait to get one for my birthday next month! Lol
Deep Chatterjee: It was my first visit. Pastries and other sweets are unique and great to taste. We brought some stuff for later. The ambiance of the place is also great. We went right when they opened and were there for a couple of hours, and I noticed they sell out quickly. So you have to be early.

After having several bad experiences with other places I was very hesitant about blowing money on a cake but I am glad I did the cake that I ordered is above and beyond what I thought it would look it is absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait till my daughters birthday tomorrow to Present her with this beautiful cake! Kevin McNicholas: We cannot say enough great things about our experience at Cake Fusion! I brought our 9-year-old daughter and Sherrone was so patient and kind in showing her all of the techniques that she wanted to try on the cake she was decorating. Our daughter was able to learn how to make the icing look tie-dye, created a chocolate drip topping, and made flowers on the top! They have hundreds of toppings to choose from, including candy, sprinkles, cookies, and more! It was such a unique and uplifting experience, and I would recommend it for kids or adults who are looking for a fun day! We will definitely be back!
katie hairer: I cannot speak highly enough about the cakes that I have received from Cake Fusion. She does a beautiful job from the cakes to the cupcakes and I've had both! The cupcakes were truly Gourmet and she went above and beyond our expectation. They really created something quite fantastic and the cake that we ordered for our anniversary was beautiful and she executed perfectly. My family looks forward to when we get to order cake from here because as my daughter says, it is so fresh I've not had a cake so moist and I do not know how she does it!
El Gray: Love. So glad I found it. I saw one of the twin owners making little bitty playing cards decorations for a specialty cake. Oohh. And really Enjoyed my humus and goat cheese while creating my vision board in a pleasingly pretty atmosphere. ( Yes Clean bathrooms boo) I did not cupcake - Dang Diet 🙄🙄. But I was told by everyone else there - they are amazing can't wait to go back in a few dropped pounds and enjoy!
Tuni Acosta: I came for a 10 year old's birthday party. The party was well organized and very educational, even for me. I didn't realize how simple it would be to teach young children how to make elaborate cupcake decorations. The owner is extremely nice and patient with the children. This is a great place for both adult and children parties. You will not be disappointed.

Shaunna Dunn: Today was my son's 7th Birthday. I'd invited friends and family to share the experience. I was excited when noticed The Cup offered the birthday cakes. My son hates confetti but loves the white cake with buttercream icing. Before ordering I called and asked could I request the confetti cake without the confetti. The baker informed me I could. I let the baker know my name and let her know I was submitting my order. She informed me to write in the notes my request. I submitted my order and wrote "confetti on the side". I go to pick up my cake today and there was confetti all over the cake. Birthday cake ruined 😒!! I pulled the recipe request next to the cake and my request was highlighted. So upset. Please pay special attention to request especially if it's a child's birthday.
Kelly Bogda: Very disappointed. I recommended this company to an out of town parent of a WashU student that wanted to do something special for their child for their birthday. The parent contacted the bakery and placed an order and arranged for delivery, and then the bakery cancelled at the last minute and did not contact the parent. I will not recommend them again.
