Peter Valli: Completely unresponsive company. Have reached out over and over again with no success. They literally do not answer their phone. I’m not sure what sort of company conducts business this way. Left countless voicemails and emails trying to order more spring water and pay our previous bill. I’ve seen other reviews where people have also stated Aqua Systems is unresponsive and Aqua Systems responded “are you sure you have the right number?” We are absolutely calling the correct number. Your voicemail even stated that you are indeed Aqua Systems. Would be nice for a business to simply answer their phone.

chris downs: I've only had the system for 5 weeks, but so far, so good. I have extremely hard water and I can see the calcium deposits disappearing from the sinks. Our water always tasted great, and still does. The installation process went great. So far, so good.

Jared England: Our water at our house often smells like chlorine, so I purchased a water cooler at Sam's Club and researched where I could find spring water. Aqua Systems had decent prices for Diamond Spring Water bottled at the source in Hot Springs, AR.We've been using Diamond Spring Water from Aqua Systems for about 6 months now and we love it. Truthfully, I don't like to pay for drinking water at our house but trusting greedy corporate America & our constantly failing Gov't is foolish. So if I have to buy healthy drinking water for my family, Aqua Systems is the place for me.In addition, not only are my wife & I enjoying the crisp, clean tasting water, but the teenagers are loving it, too.

Paige Candler: These people don't care about you or that they're being paid to do something. My home has lead in our water; we literally can't drink it. I can't count on two hands the number of times we've been out of water from these people for WEEKS.Calls to customer service are useless. They say they'll deliver on __ day. That day comes and passes with no contact. It takes days of hours on the phone for them to admit that they missed the delivery and to give a reschedule day. But guess what? They miss that day, too! And what do they say? "Just go buy water in the meantime." What are they getting paid for then??Driver out sick? They don't call and say so. Days go by until you get someone on the phone to tell you the truth. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Just tell the truth! Let people know they're going to have to wait two weeks to get clean drinking water!Abso Pure is trash; don't waste your time if you don't have to.
Caroline Windholz: Tried getting service with this company. Twice was a no show. They do not call you back either. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.
Kevin Burns: This company has not been on-time the past 6 months. We have to call every time to have them reschedule. Currently they are 4 weeks behind. We have called the day after every scheduled delivery date and are told they couldn't make it to our residence and that they will reschedule for the following week since that is the only day they are in our area. They have lost drivers due to the pandemic. They are doing the best they can with the personnel they have.
Barbara Strashun: Terrible service. They never come when they're supposed to and then arbitrarily set new delivery dates without letting you know. Of course that means that no empty bottles are put out (because you don't know they're coming) and you end up with double the bottles (and deposits) because they don't ring your doorbell to let you know they're there! Calls to customer service are useless. They say they'll look into it and then never get back to you. They always have an excuse why your water wasn't delivered (holidays, short-handed, martian invasion, etc.) Will be looking for a new water delivery service.
Stephen Compas: We've used Absopure home delivery for 6 months. Three months, they've been late on their delivery by up to a week. Today, I was delivered 4 bottles 3 days before my scheduled delivery date. This means that I now have 8 5 gallon bottles to store where I only have room for 4. Plus, they are going to charge my CC for 4 more deposits, almost doubling my monthly charge. They are a hassle. I'm ready to drop them and switch to a filtered system. They just are not worth it in my opinion. :(
Melena Lara: absolutely the worst company to deal with. They will tell you they are taking care of something and it never happens, it requires 2 or 3 calls their cooler are sub par at best. I would not recommend this company in no way shape or form, save your money.

Jeanie was our sales rep. She has amazing knowledge on water and the systems. She takes her time and explains the product and the process in great detail so you fully understand what you are getting. If you can’t afford to purchase, they have a rental program that is very affordable. With the money you save on laundry powder, shampoo, automatic dishwasher soap etc. the rental is very affordable. The machine we have does not use electric and it gives us a constant supply of softened water. Be sure to check other companies because most of them only offer a single tank ... Which means when it runs out, so does your softened water.We highly recommend H20 Only and Kinetico!
S O: This is the way businesses should run. I was a walk in customer, on two occasions, needing assistance with a water softener component. Each time they provided me with excellent service, going beyond my expectations. Very nice folks, who care about their customers. Extremely knowledgable and pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.

Clean water is vital to our health & we value the expertise Jeanne provided about Missouri water & the best products for our home. We interviewed five companies & found H2Only Kinetico to be the best!
Susan Zwygart: I was there today to have my drinking water tested. A scientist/chemist named Jeannie helped me. She was a breath of sunshine. She walked me thru each step explaining them all and to why they read the way that they do. Very knowledgeable. As well she showed me all the different types of filtration systems they have and how they work. Anyone pondering this system in their homes, should stop in. Absolutely would highly recommend!
Matt Lawless: Very knowledgeable about all my water needs and then some. Installed my Kinetico water softener and new Kinetico de-chlorinator. Having just moved here, my family developed a very bad rash because of chemicals in the city water. After two weeks of filtered water, all skin problems cleared up. Expensive solution, but it works great. Installers did a great job.

X-Stream Power Wash & Paint, Inc. Services: In the past they always had a superior salt product it was white Morton salt that would not freeze. I bought 200 tons. After seeing the first couple of loads that came in I canceled the rest of the loads. They were still charging the premium price for a very inferior product. Thank God I canceled the rest of my order. The salt is mostly very fine with a very high moisture content. It's probably the worst salt I've ever seen. It freezes so fast that you have break it up on every lot several times. Making it nearly impossible to use. I feel like got ripped off.

However, there is a railroad right beside the facility, and occasionally when the train is blocking the road, traffic blocks the loading docks. Other than that, getting into the dock is easy. The shipping and receiving department are polite and courteous, and the forklift drivers get your truck loaded/unloaded fast

Meredith Johnson: I am very happy with my delivery driver. He is always respectful of my property, and even if I forget to put out my empty bottles, he will always leave me at least 3 so that I'm not without water. I appreciate that.
Kelly W: My dad died last yr and mom was taking it pretty hard and forgot to pay them. At first they were ok with her being behind. Finally got it paid up then My mom went in the hospital for months then rehab then back in the hospital. They stated sending letters about going into collections. I called these people 3-4 times to make payment arrangements leaving messages after messages with no response back telling them I will be making the payments I just need to know how much. Guess what they put her in collections.
Jan: Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Need a replacement on my tank as they have discovered it is defective. Never call me back when they say they will. I do not recommend them. I have been without a water softening system for almost a month. Keep telling me they are waiting on my new replacement tank.
