Jeanie was our sales rep. She has amazing knowledge on water and the systems. She takes her time and explains the product and the process in great detail so you fully understand what you are getting. If you can’t afford to purchase, they have a rental program that is very affordable. With the money you save on laundry powder, shampoo, automatic dishwasher soap etc. the rental is very affordable. The machine we have does not use electric and it gives us a constant supply of softened water. Be sure to check other companies because most of them only offer a single tank ... Which means when it runs out, so does your softened water.We highly recommend H20 Only and Kinetico!
S O: This is the way businesses should run. I was a walk in customer, on two occasions, needing assistance with a water softener component. Each time they provided me with excellent service, going beyond my expectations. Very nice folks, who care about their customers. Extremely knowledgable and pricing was more than fair. Susan Zwygart: I was there today to have my drinking water tested. A scientist/chemist named Jeannie helped me. She was a breath of sunshine. She walked me thru each step explaining them all and to why they read the way that they do. Very knowledgeable. As well she showed me all the different types of filtration systems they have and how they work. Anyone pondering this system in their homes, should stop in. Absolutely would highly recommend!
Matt Lawless: Very knowledgeable about all my water needs and then some. Installed my Kinetico water softener and new Kinetico de-chlorinator. Having just moved here, my family developed a very bad rash because of chemicals in the city water. After two weeks of filtered water, all skin problems cleared up. Expensive solution, but it works great. Installers did a great job.

Peter Valli: Completely unresponsive company. Have reached out over and over again with no success. They literally do not answer their phone. I’m not sure what sort of company conducts business this way. Left countless voicemails and emails trying to order more spring water and pay our previous bill. I’ve seen other reviews where people have also stated Aqua Systems is unresponsive and Aqua Systems responded “are you sure you have the right number?” We are absolutely calling the correct number. Your voicemail even stated that you are indeed Aqua Systems. Would be nice for a business to simply answer their phone.

Aqua Systems had decent prices for Diamond Spring Water bottled at the source in Hot Springs, AR.We've been using Diamond Spring Water from Aqua Systems for about 6 months now and we love it. Truthfully, I don't like to pay for drinking water at our house but trusting greedy corporate America & our constantly failing Gov't is foolish. So if I have to buy healthy drinking water for my family, Aqua Systems is the place for me.In addition, not only are my wife & I enjoying the crisp, clean tasting water, but the teenagers are loving it, too.

Meredith Johnson: I am very happy with my delivery driver. He is always respectful of my property, and even if I forget to put out my empty bottles, he will always leave me at least 3 so that I'm not without water. I appreciate that.
Kelly W: My dad died last yr and mom was taking it pretty hard and forgot to pay them. At first they were ok with her being behind. Finally got it paid up then My mom went in the hospital for months then rehab then back in the hospital. They stated sending letters about going into collections. I called these people 3-4 times to make payment arrangements leaving messages after messages with no response back telling them I will be making the payments I just need to know how much. Guess what they put her in collections.
Jan: Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Need a replacement on my tank as they have discovered it is defective. Never call me back when they say they will. I do not recommend them. I have been without a water softening system for almost a month. Keep telling me they are waiting on my new replacement tank.

Marcie H: The WORST company to do business with! I ordered this service through my Costco membership and have yet to receive the first delivery. They've come up with every excuse in the book and it's just one lie after another. Yesterday I received a call and the gentleman said, "you'll be our first delivery in the morning, you have my word" and now here it is 1:22 PM and no water delivery. After reading all their negative reviews, I cancelled. I don't have time or the energy to deal with a company like this, nor do I want to have to store empty water bottles hoping and praying this company will show up. I will also be contacting Costco to let them know how awful this experience was. They have too good of a name to associate with this non-sense. Absopure would be better off increasing their prices and paying drivers more so that they could actually deliver water.
Courtney Reilly: Every week I’m supposed to get a delivery “the driver is running behind”. I have asked to be called when deliveries aren’t on schedule and still don’t receive calls. Has been happening over 3 months now. Such a poor representation of customer service.
Vis Ian: Their three month long staffing shortage has caused water to get dropped off on random days without bottle pickup causing a backup of about 20 empty bottles. We've been calling them to pickup empty ones for a solid week and get "they'll be collected today" only for no one to come by.Love the water, but this is a bit much.

Kaylin Mahoney: I would steer very clear of online orders with this company! My husband ordered water 9/1/2022 paid for it and all! He called them 9/6/2022, it took them forever to find the order. However they wanted us to sign a monthly subscription with a contract in order to deliver the water that was already purchased. Which non of that was on the online agreements or terms in ordering a one time order like we have done in the past because I’m a traveling nurse we move every six months. We spoke to management who was nothing but rude we still don’t know if we’re going to receive the water that was purchased!

I placed an order on Thursday last week for a one time order of 3 5 gallon water, they agent couldn’t find me in the system for about 20 minutes. Then he finds my order and tells me I had to pay him for the order I payed for online. We went back and forth for awhile then after finally saying well you need to sign up on a contract with monthly subscriptions! I had enough and asked for a manager spoke with a man name Saen he wanted to argue about the same, then finally tells me it will be delivered tomorrow. I hope I get my water!

The bags of salt are too heavy for me now and I can't handle them anymore. And that when the bags of salt are delivered, my softener is also checked to to make sure it is operating as it should.

I've added the pictures I have of their machine its disgusting and distasteful if this is what they call new and clean I wouldn't want to eat any ice they made

James Lawing: The staff at ponds plus is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Jim for all his help he has always given me.

Ed Twente: A great place to get supplies for a fish pond or other freshwater hobby needs. There is also a large inventory of Koi and Goldfish and plants.
Doris Beason: They had the items I needed for my pond and they answered all my questions. I didn't stay long. It was cold and windy. But what I did see was a variety of water plants, liners and prefab ponds. Lots of choices.
