Jillian: It would be great if the pool manager used Spotify or SiriusXM to avoid 60% radio ads. Also, be careful on hot days. The paint of the side of the pool peels off on your shoulder/swim suit 😬Other than that, great pool!
Jesse H: Needs better maintenance. Bathrooms not cleaned. Service and quality of concessions pretty bad. The management company being used really needs a kick in the pants or be replaced. Midwest Pool Management. Oh, and the pools for adults are constantly closed. For some reason they thought it would be appropriate to blast Joy FM through the speakers. I’d love a partial refund on my season pass.
Melissa Mesch: Admission to the pool was easy. If you are a resident you need a service bill that has your address on it. Very friendly and accommodating.

michael crutcher: Been coming as a family for 10 years. Great aquatic center with lots for all. Competition pool is large with plenty of room. They have a high dive, only one I’m aware of in the area, and a real fast straight slide. Zero entry for youngest of swimmers. They allow inflatables which many area pools don’t and they let you have fun. Been to several other area pools with so many “can’t do” on the list it takes away the fun. Only real negative is parking is limited; and on a busy weekend you might need to park on the street.

Tammy Ludwig: I would have given 5 stars if customer service was better at front desk and concession stand. I walked in this morning at opening, one of the two people at the front desk was sitting with her feet reclined up in another chair facing away from the desk in her tsblet. I had to speak to her to get her attention.The girl at the concession stand barely cracked the window to take my order, I went to open it a little more so I could see her, and she shut it back in my face. Customer service goes a long way. This is not the first time I have experienced this rudeness by some of the staff.
Sharp T Borrine: The pool and surrounding areas are clean and well-managed. There is a concession stand, a children's water play area, waterslides, and a separate large pool with zero-depth entry and lap lanes.There are lifeguards in all areas, and they maintain a fun but safe environment for all.The aquatic center has residency requirements, so if you are not a Maplewood or Richmond Heights (or Brentwood?) resident, visit the Web site or The Heights before heading out to the pool.

Rebecca Baum: I went to have a day out at the pool and relax and cool off. This was my first visit to the pool and had never been there before. I'm so happy I decided to come. It was the last day and I enjoyed it immensely. The pool is five feet but, nice and spacious. Clean and well maintained and they also have a water splash pad where kids can climb around and get sprayed by the different water areas. Even adults like myself, enjoy walking through the cold spray. I think it's a fantastic place to take your family out for a nice fun family day or like me, looking to steal away alone to relax, lay out and get cooled off by the nice pool. They take cash at the booth but, card I believe you pay at the main building. It was $4.00 for an adult. I would really recommend this place for a reasonable summer day out. Call for hours and information. Friday is mainly for summer camp children but, open to the public 3-6pm. Adults can not bring a float rings but, the kiddos can. Just grab the sunscreen, towels and head out for a great day here at St. Vincent Park pool. You will be so happy you did ☺️

Chris Moore: The people that run this full pool for parties are not very organized first my daughters party was booked and then somebody else booked another party on top of that so she had to lose the party room and just have it underneath an area where they just had tables. And now four days before her party they canceled her party because they said they didn’t have enough staff so they’re closing on Sundays. She had people coming from 2 1/2 hours away and they didn’t even care they wanted her to change it when it’s already been set for that day. This place is not very organized for parties
C Anderson: My kids and I love it here each visit. All other pools in the city and county now want you to be a resident to attend but not white birch.

K Jack (Kyzer): Small but fun. Not bad priced, spent 19$ for 3 people. Wouldn't recommend going around adult swim, the elderly people are rude and entitled. Adult swim is over around 130pm but they linger so share their opinions and act like their the staff. The staff is really friendly and young. Lazy river, slides, kiddie pool, big pool with diving board. Good times.

This place was really fun with a variety of splash & play areas for literally all ages...infants to adults. And the concession stand had good food & surprisingly super affordable. I will most definitely be visiting here again...we had a blast

John Henley: Impressed with the upkeep of the park. Was visiting the city and love walking the trail. Though, the trail could use some tending: de-weeding/grassing, daily clearing, etc. and smoothing of the trail. It is a walking path, having a smooth clear path is more of a safety concern. Especially, for our older citizens that would love a nice stroll in this wonderful park
