Cassii Hen: This is the second time that my Scan & Go denied my credit card, but accepted it at self-checkout. The first time, I thought it was my error, and kept trying the credit card. I tried so many times (7) that almost $1000 was being held by my credit card company, although the app kept denying the purchases.I am not a happy camper with Scan & Go. Especially when none of the staff could explain why.

Mokka Zuki: Some products like spices, bottled sauces are already unsealed. This is not Sam's Club's mistake, but the store has to ensure customer safety.

I come because it’s close to my house and even after they’ve seen my face more than ten times I still have the same problem each time. Now they told me I cannot order for another six weeks bc of “distribution issues” but all the other locations have been helping me with no problem

Mary Bee: I purchased a rotisserie chicken on 2/28/2023. The wrong sticker was put on it, the sticker was for the rotisserie ribs. I did not notice and that’s my fault and wasn’t expecting a refund of the difference, which was $10. I called the maplewood location just to inform them this happened so they could be better aware and not overcharge anyone else. After waiting on hold 11 minutes for a manager I hung up. Horrible customer service left me not a happy member today.

Terry Signaigo: I hate having to use this place. Don't try ordering for pick up. Yesterday I went in 10 min before my order was supposed to be ready. The lady in charge of getting my order told me she would not get my order. The oder was 1.5 hours late being filled. They treat their customers horribly. None is there to help you. The most common reply from their employees is " not my problem."

Frederick Eccher1: Sam's club has gas and retail shopping. It's a store more dedicated to larger volume buying in the sense of 4 packages of cleaner instead of 1. Handicapped parking and restrooms are available. Parking is free. Membership is required except for the pharmacy. Membermark trademark is one Sam's club brand. 500 ml water is 7.5 cents per bottle if you get it in the 40 pack. I go their a lot.
