DONNA WICHMANN: Found what we needed. Help at check out very friendly
Jeff Marshall: Someone called in for pickup and it caused a 2 hour wait. However, those working were very professional and tried their very best.
Mia Huge: The Cafe staff were very rude. The soda machine was out of most sodas. They said we had to take whatever was there.I also asked for a twist ice cream. I was handled a chocolate, and I said I ordered a twist and told they do not have twist. I saw some customers that were getting a twist ice cream. Very poor staff.

Jim Merz: Two things that I will now go to Costco and Not Sam's. Gas lines: Lemay Sam's gas pumps are extremely slow and lines are ridiculous. Tire and battery place is rude and do not honor lifetime tire rotation if you are no longer a member. Costco will honor tire rotation even if you are not a member.

Melandie Bishop: I order buckets of icing and cases of cake in ADVANCE from the bakery , Everytime I come in to pick up what I have ordered days ago the workers act clueless and yell and argue about whether I ordered them or not . I come because it’s close to my house and even after they’ve seen my face more than ten times I still have the same problem each time. Now they told me I cannot order for another six weeks bc of “distribution issues” but all the other locations have been helping me with no problem

Mary Bee: I purchased a rotisserie chicken on 2/28/2023. The wrong sticker was put on it, the sticker was for the rotisserie ribs. I did not notice and that’s my fault and wasn’t expecting a refund of the difference, which was $10. I called the maplewood location just to inform them this happened so they could be better aware and not overcharge anyone else. After waiting on hold 11 minutes for a manager I hung up. Horrible customer service left me not a happy member today.

Serge T: Big box store, membership required. Generally good price on gas at least 10cent less than nearby gas stations. Good deals can be found in the store as well, also it feels that since about 2015 it is harder and harder to justify membership fees for the benefit you get.2023 update: love the self checkout using phone app. You can scan price and update the qnt get some money back by using the app. Also skip the line and head straight for the exit check. Basically app saves money and time.
EL JR: Terrible experience today. Took just an hour to get a Whole pizza. And family was very unhappy
Brian Storey: Kim (the optical manager I discovered) in the optical department was very unprofessional and discourteous. Did not acknowledge my presence waiting to pick up contact lenses and pay at the register. She ignored me for 10-15 minutes and then put me off when I asked to checkout. Only one person working the department. I was not given a time frame when she could get to me and certainly no apology. This is unusual at this store and very disappointing given that I spend thousands of dollars at this store each year for over a decade. I complained and ended up leaving the store with a really bad taste in my mouth. I reported it to a manager later and now you know my experience too.

R. D.: Very helpful and pleasant staff in the tire dept. They helped us with our tire problem right away even though they were busy. The prepared fresh food section is not as stocked as other locations, but it’s still good.

Gypsy Rose: The doors were locked20 minutes before
Roger Garstang: Cashier was amazing. Bathrooms need a better design though. Normal stalls are too tight and handicap is too big along with the toilet paper dispenser where legs are supposed to go.
Virginia van Berkum: Sams really invested in their curbside pick up in 2020 and the service continues to improve, now into 2023. Their people are their biggest strength, followed by the Sam's Club app. Associates pick your stuff accurately and load promptly and cheerfully. The app allows you to check in and communicate where you are parked. The only thing they could do a better job of is signage to tell first-timers where they should park for curbside pick up. It's not obvious at all from the front of the building at this location. PICK UP is now located in the front of the building, left side.

Karen Ewens: I love the scan app that Sam's has. I never stand in line to check out. I scan each item as I pick them up. When I am finished, I click the checkout button on the app and then head to the door. The attendant at the door scans my phone, checks my receipt against my cart, and I am out the door. I used to like self check out (for checking out with about 20 items or so), but this way, I don't have to touch my items or take them out of my cart. The scam app makes the shopping process more streamlined.

Jessica Runyon: Most rude employees ever... the 1st set of door got left open 5 mins before 10 on a Sunday so there was people standing in by the carts elderly and young kids to get out of the cold and they came out pushing everyone back out the door and one older lady said u are not herding cattle and one employees said well it sure feels like we are.. now just shows how sams clubs feels about there customer...

I'm glad they have scooters and wheelchairs to use as well as handicapped parking. I miss shopping there with my friend, Keim L. Baird, M.D. We had fun grocery shopping and laughed a lot. Mike the manager is really nice and said hi to me and Keim whenever he saw us. He even remembered our names. Sally who checks the receipts at the exit is really nice.I love their bagged seedless California Oranges, Yum!
Matthew Coerver: Seems to have pretty good prices on all their products. We usually order cupcakes for events we host. They are the best for the price that we have found.
