Wendy Hemmen: ACE RECOVERY BAGS FOR TRAVELING TEAMS- A MUST!!!!!! We just returned from our first of several qualifiers and the ACE Recovery bag was secured and used by our 17s team after every single days competition. The team gathered and did recovery of their legs, feet, back, calves, arms, shoulders and bonded while doing it. Each day they were able to start the day fresh with minimal soreness, fatigue, and no injuries. We used to do ICE BATHS (a favorite of some coaches)- but this FAR exceeds it and the players love it and look forward to doing it every day. Some even try and see if they can use it in the airport or while driving home.

George Dowdy: Had a private lesson with Tu. She was amazing and so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! I feel like a totally different volleyball player after just one hour!
Jordan Brown: Ace lab is the best place to go to train if you are a volleyball player I highly recommend it and the trainers there are so kind I myself go to train there.

Kyle Konopasek: 9/29/2022: Only about a half dozen open practices thus far for my novice 4th grader, but I like what I see. The coaches have all taken time to help her and in a manner that is not demeaning or aggressive. She is gaining skills and confidence each week. I'm confident enough that we signed the invitation to a club team. As a parent with experience in youth athletics, I know she'll do great.
Crystal Armstrong: Scheduled two private sessions on two different dates with a coach who's also the director. The first time in November 2021 the scheduling tool had a Grain Valley location listed as the practice site, which was a complete waste of drive time. When I contacted the coach about rescheduling or getting a refund, I never heard back from her. The second time in March 2022 had the right location, but the coach never showed up. I was so frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism. I was told that parents who work with her know to call or text to confirm practice schedules. What about parents who are new to the organization? Not a priority. This may be a great club, but my interaction with the director had me me look somewhere else for my daughter.
Debra Kennedy: Elite will make room for anyone that tries out as long as they can pay the steep price. 2 hour practice twice a week for 5 months and there has been no improvement in the skills my kids being taught. It’s also closed practices so $2000 and you don’t get to watch what they work on ;)I strongly suggest you reaching out to your contacts and asking if anyone else has played for elite - after realizing I was not happy with my kids progress I asked around and another parent I know said they had the exact same concerns.Elite has only killed my daughters confidence not built it at all. I’m in a contract so I’m stuck but my money would’ve been much better spent on private lessons.

Erik Albers: High Performance is the best Volleyball Club in the area. My experience has been all good. It is nice to see results and Coaches that care deeply about the sport and respect the players.
Holly Koehler: This is my daughter's second year at HP and we love it! This year's clinics have been quite different due to covid but the club is managing well given the circumstances and St. Louis' regulations on youth sports. Every clinic that my daughter has been to this year she gets in the car talking about how much fun she had. That is really important to me and to her. She wears her heart on her sleeve. Anyway, HP is a high energy club and they can see the potential in players and really pull the best performance out of them. I definitely recommend HP!
